Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan serta tanya jawab akan arti pentingnya meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas proses belajar daring di tengah pandemi virus corona, agar proses pembelajaran daring dapat terlaksana dengan baik, dan siswa dengan mudah memahami materi yang disampaikan para pedidik. Metode kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berlangsung dari bulan November sampai dengan Desember 2020 dan terdiri dari tiga tahapan kegiatan. Tahapan pertama yaitu tahap persiapan dalam melakukan survey lokasi mitra, peserta kegiatan dan penyusunan materi. Tahap ke dua yaitu pelaksanaan yang meliputi pemberian ceramah materi Peningkatan Kualitas dan Efektivitas Proses Belajar Daring di Tengah Pandemi Virus Corona. Tahap ketiga yaitu evaluasi antara lain untuk mengetahui seberapa dalam pemahaman peserta pelatihan terhadap materi yang diberikan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah SMK Muhammadiyah Parakan hanya menggunakan aplikasi whatsapp dalam melakukan pembelajaran daring, sehingga kurang efektifnya kegiatan belajar jarak jauh. Perlu adanya aplikasi lain yang digunakan sekolah ini agar guru dapat menyampaikan materinya dengan efektif, serta siswa dapat memahami materi yang disampaikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) partially and simultaneously on the stock price of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk. The independent variables used in this research are Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER). While the dependent variable used in this study is the stock price. The population in this study includes all the financial statements of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the sample of this research data is the company's financial statements in the form of the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk for the period 2011-2020. The method used in this study this is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was carried out using statistical tests, namely the T test (partial) and the F test (simultaneous). The data source for this research is the official website of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk. Furthermore, the data collection method used in this study is a type of quantitative data. The results of this study indicate that partially Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) have a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk. Simultaneously, Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) have a negative and insignificant effect on the stock price of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This Community Service is entitled Training on the Implementation of IQ, EQ and SQ in Formation of Santri Character at the Salafi Riyadul Ihsan Islamic Boarding School, South Tangerang City. The purpose of carrying out community service activities is to provide counseling and ask questions about the importance of implementing intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence in shaping the character of students.In forming students with character, they must have soft skills.This community service activity method takes place from October to November 2021 and consists of three stages of activity. The first stage is the preparation stage in conducting a survey of partner locations, activity participants and preparing materials. The second stage is implementation which includes giving lecture materialTraining on the Implementation of IQ, EQ and SQ in Formation of Santri's Character. The third stage is evaluation, among others, to find out how deep the understanding of the training participants to the material provided.         The conclusion of this community service activity is that studentsThe Salafi Riyadul Ihsan Islamic Boarding School is enthusiastic in accepting new knowledge and actively asking questions about how to implement intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence in shaping one's character. Keywords :Implementation IQ, EQ and SQ, Student Character  ABSTRAK Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berjudul Pelatihan Implementasi IQ, EQ dan SQ dalam Pembentukan Karakter Santri di Pondok Pesantren Salafi Riyadul Ihsan Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berlangsung dari bulan Oktober sampai November 2021 dan terdiri dari tiga tahapan kegiatan. Tahapan pertama yaitu tahap persiapan dalam melakukan survey lokasi mitra, peserta kegiatan dan penyusunan materi. Tahap ke dua yaitu pelaksanaan yang meliputi pemberian ceramah materi Pelatihan Implementasi IQ, EQ dan SQ dalam Pembentukan Karakter Santri. Tahap ketiga yaitu evaluasi antara lain untuk mengetahui seberapa dalam pemahaman peserta pelatihan terhadap materi yang diberikan. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Etika Kerja dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT. Kaliraya Indah Manufacturing Ltd Cikokol Kota Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, sampel yang di dapat sebanyak 85 responden dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan uji f. hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Etika Kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja yang dibuktikan dari hasil persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y=3,111+0,898 X1 dan nilai Thitung ≥ Ttabel (7,905 ≥ 1,989) dengan nilai signifikan ≤ 0,05 (0,000 ≤ 0,05) dan nilai koefisien determinasinya sebesar 63%. Pengalaman Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja yang dibuktikan dari hasil persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y=15,609 + 0,883 X2 dan nilai Thitung ≥ Ttabel (5,222 ≥ 1,989) dengan nilai signifikan ≤ 0,05 (0,000 ≤ 0,05 ) dan nilai koefisiennya sebesar 51,1% . Etika Kerja (X1) dan Pengalaman Kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja yang dibuktikan dari hasil persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 0,199 + 0,646 X1+ 0,465 X2 dan nilai Fhitung ≥ Ftabel (106,825 ≥ 3,110) dengan nilai signifikan ≤ 0,05 (0,000 ≤ 0,05) dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 72,3%. Kata Kunci: Etika Kerja, Pengalaman Kerja dan Prestasi Kerja Karyawan  ABSTRACT This study aims to determine "The Influence of Work Ethics and Work Experience on Employee Work Performance" either partially or simultaneously at PT. Kaliraya Indah Manufacturing Ltd. Cikokol Tangerang City. The research method used in this research is the quantitative method, the sample obtained is 85 respondents using a saturated sample. The data analysis method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test, and f test. The results of the study show that Work Ethics (X1) has a positive and significant effect on work performance as evidenced by the results of a simple linear regression equation Y = 3.111 + 0.898 X1 and the value of Tcount ≥ T table (7.905 ≥ 1.989) with a significant value  ≤  0.05 (0.000  ≤  0.05) and the coefficient of determination is 63%. Work Experience (X2) has a positive and significant effect on work performance as evidenced by the results of a simple linear regression equation Y = 15.609 + 0.883 X2 and the value of Tcount  ≥  Ttable (5.222  ≥  1.989) with a significant value of  ≤  0.05 (0.000  ≤  0.05 ) and the coefficient value is 51.1%. Work Ethics (X1) and Work Experience (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Work Performance as evidenced by the results of the multiple linear regression equation Y=0.1990.646 X1 + 0.465 X2 and the value of Fcount ≥ Ftable (106.825 ≥ 3. 110) with significant value ≤ 0.05 (0.000 ≤  0.05) with a coefficient of determination of 0.723, which means that the influence of work ethics and work experience on employee performance at PT. Kaliraya Indah Manufacturing Ltd. Cikokol Tangerang City by 72.3% while the remaining 27.7%. Keywords: Work Ethics, Work Experience and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to find out partially or simultaneously the Influence of Compensation and Career Development on Job Satisfaction in Chigo X Flip Area 3 South Jakarta. The research methodology used is to use quantitative methods. The population in this study is all employees who work at Chigo x Flip Area 3 South Jakarta, which is 105 people. The samples used in this study used random sampling techniques and used the slovin formula to calculate how many samples would be used in the study. The data analysis method uses validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicolinity test, heterokedasticity test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous). The results of the research show that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence between compensation on job satisfaction in Chigo x Flip Area 3 South Jakarta, where the partial t test value that the compensation variable has t calculated 6.356 > t table 2.021 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. 2) There is a positive and significant influence between compensation on job satisfaction in Chigo x Flip Area 3 South Jakarta, where the partial t test value that the compensation variable has a t calculation of 7.050 > t table 2.021 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. 3) There is a positive and significant influence between compensation and career development on job satisfaction in Chigo x Flip Area 3 South Jakarta, where the F test value above is obtained with an F value of 48.888 > F table 3.118 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the South Jakarta City Administration Fire and Rescue Sub-dept. both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is quantitative. This research took a sample and population of 233 respondents with a sample of 70 respondents using sample sampling. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Partially testing the hypothesis for the work discipline variable obtained tcount > ttable or (4.073 > 1.99601). This was also confirmed by the ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). This means that there is a significant influence between work discipline and employee performance. Partially testing the hypothesis for work environment variables obtained tcount > ttable or (5.396 > 1.99601). This is also confirmed by the ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). This means that there is a significant influence between the work environment on employee performance. Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained Fcount > Ftable or (21.830 > 3.103). This was also confirmed by the ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between work discipline and work environment on employee performance. The coefficient of determination obtained by the R-square value is 0.395, so it can be concluded that the work discipline and work environment variables influence employee performance variables by 39.5% while the remaining 60.5% is influenced by other factors not explained in this research such as leadership, compensation, work stress, etc

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation and organizational culture, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance at CV. Mandiri Photo Kebayoran Lama Branch, South Jakarta with a sample of 52 employees. The method used is a quantitative method. The data analysis used in this research is the classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and F test. The results of this research are that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance in the Y regression = 17,100 + 0.721 Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 3,821 + 0.905 Work motivation and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 3,888 + 0.359 X1 + 0.623 X2. The coefficient of determination value is 72%, while the remaining 18% is caused by other variables not examined in this research. The test results for the first hypothesis obtained a calculated t value > t table or (7,880 > 2,008). Based on the results of testing the second hypothesis, the calculated t value > t table or (3.821 > 1.670) is obtained. Based on the results of testing the third hypothesis, the calculated F value was 62,883 > F table 3,190. This shows that simultaneously the variables of work motivation and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of recruitment and training on employee performance at PT Yaman Pangan Indonesia in Pasar Kemis, Tangerang Regency. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula and a sample of 107 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that recruitment has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 43.0% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (8.908 > 1.983). Training has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 40.7% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (8.489 > 1.983). Recruitment and training simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.624 + 0.412X1 + 0.396X2. The coefficient of determination value is 57.1% while the remaining 42.9% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained calculated F value > F table or (69.114 > 2.690).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Efikasi Diri dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Rumah Kreasindo Berkah, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh, yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, autokorelasi, dan heteroskedastisitas), analisis regresi linier sederhana dan berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, serta uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persamaan regresi berganda yang diperoleh adalah Y = 6,194 + 1,090X₁ + 0,306X₂. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,844 mengindikasikan hubungan yang sangat kuat antara Efikasi Diri dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,835 menunjukkan bahwa 83,5% variasi Kinerja Karyawan dipengaruhi oleh Efikasi Diri dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, sedangkan 16,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa Fhitung (175,443) > Ftabel (3,134), sehingga H₀3 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Efikasi Diri dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Rumah Kreasindo Berkah Kota Depok

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruhi gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tara Kusuma Indah Cikarang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 446 orang dengan teknik pengambilan data random sampling, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 210 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f dengan bantuan software Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) for window Versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung 9,017 > ttabel 1,971 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung 4,962 > ttabel 1,971 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai Fhitung 80,631 > Ftabel 3,04 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja menyumbang sebesar 0,438 (43,8%). Sedangkan sisanya 52,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.
