Abstract

This study aims to measure 5 levels of service quality to find out how good the service was in the 2019 Simultaneous Election. Service quality was measured by the TERRA dimensions, namely tangibility, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, and assurance with a Likert measurement scale. The object of this research was 280 residents who were active voters at TPS 42 and 43, with a sample of 60 people. The data that has been obtained was processed into descriptive statistical data which were used as a database to determine the dimensions of TERRA which are still not optimal in the next general election. Descriptive data processing showed that most of the respondents strongly agree with the statement of service quality related to the TERRA dimension. The measurement result showedthat the service quality of TPS 42 and 43 is in the high range scale. This shows that the quality of service at TPS 42 and 43 was very good and complies with KPPS guidelines so that it should be used as a role model for other TPS.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of identity, image, and trust on brand loyalty Honda motorcycles in Malang. Using quantitative methods with a population of 2,364 users in Malang City, a sample of 100 respondents was taken through purposive sampling. The data was obtained through a questionnaire survey which was tested with multiple linear regression. The results show that brand identity affects brand loyalty with a significance of 0.000 and a regression value of 0.376; in addition, the brand image has a significant value of 0.001 and a regression value of 0.341; brand trust has a significance value of 0.005 and a regression value of 0.295; and brand identity, brand image, and brand trust simultaneously affect brand loyalty with a significance value of 0.000 which indicates a positive relationship to brand loyalty. This is due to the advantages of Honda motorcycles in terms of advanced technological features and saving gasoline, as well as attractive appearance and design

Abstract

KPPS Kelurahan Bandulan berada di bawah Kecamatan Sukun, merupakan salah satu KPPS yang berada di Kotamadya Malang yang dibentuk berdasarkan Keputusan Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Malang No. 47/HK.03.2-Kpt/3573/KPU-kot/III/2019. Tingkat kualitas layanan perlu diukur untuk mengetahui seberapa baik layanan dalam pelaksanaan Pemilu Serentak 2019. Kualitas Pelayanan Pemilu 2019 diukur dengan dimensi TERRA yaitu tangibility, emphaty, responsiveness, reliability, dan assurance dengan skala pengukuran likert. Pengolahan data secara deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden sangat setuju dengan pernyataan kualitas layanan terkait dimensi TERRA. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan kualitas layanan TPS 42 dan 43 masuk ke dalam skala rentang tinggi. Ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan pada TPS 42 dan 43 sangat baik dan memenuhi panduan KPPS sehingga patut dijadikan panutan bagi TPS yang lain.

Abstract

Gramedia Malang Basuki Rahmat faces challenges in maintaining employee productivity due to work-related stress arising during the store renovation process. This study seeks to assess the degree to which such stress influences employee effectiveness. A quantitative framework guides the study, involving a total employee of 70 individuals. From this group, 41 employees were deliberately selected based on predetermined qualifications using a purposive sampling method. Primary data was gathered through employee responses to structured questionnaires, while supplementary insights were drawn from diverse scholarly references. Data acquisition relied on a questionnaire utilizing a Likert scale, followed by rigorous reliability and validity assessments. The analytical process incorporated descriptive evaluation, statistical prerequisite examination, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis verification, and coefficient of determination assessment. The results reveal that work stress exerts a substantial adverse effect on employee performance. These results provide a foundation for human resource management in formulating strategies to mitigate work stress, ensuring that employee performance remains optimal.
