Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi dikelas IV SD Negeri 2 Liligundi adalah kurangnya sumber atau bahan ajar lain yang digunakan oleh guru untuk menunjang pembelajaran di kelas, sehingga hasil belajar siswa kurang maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan modul berbasis pendekatan saintifik, (2) mendeskripsikan kualitas pengembangan modul IPA berbasis pendekatan saintifik, (3) mengetahui efektivitas modul IPA berbasis pendekatan saintifik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Model pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu model Hannafin dan Peck. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan tes. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif kualitatif, deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Validitas media diuji coba kepada ahli isi mata pelajaran, ahli desain, ahli media, uji coba perorangan, kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan Untuk hasil secara berurutan yaitu 95,3 %, 85,2 %, 92%, 94,6%, 96,08%, dan 97,06%. Hasil uji efektifitas yang dianalisis dengan teknik statistik inferensial (uji-t) mendapatkan hasil rata-rata pretest (62,5) < hasil rata-rata posttest (88,3). Setelah dilakukan perhitungan secara manual dengan menggunakan uji-t didapatkan hasil yang menunjukkan thitung (9,521) > dari ttabel dengan db= n1+n2-2 = 10 pada taraf signifikan 5% yaitu 1,812. Jadi thitung > ttabel, maka berdasarkan ketentuan bila t hitung > t tabel maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar siswa sebelum menggunakan modul berbasis pendekatan Saintifik dan sesudah menggunakan modul berbasis pendekatan Saintifik.Kata Kunci : Model Hannafin dan Peck, modul, hasil belajar. So that, student’s learning outcomes were not really optimal. The purpose of this study was to (1) describe the process of developing modules using a scientific approach, (2) describe the quality of a science module development which used a scientific approach, (3) determine the effectiveness of a science module that used a scientific approach. This research was a research development. The development model used was Hannafin and Peck's model. Data collection methods used in this research were observations, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. Analysis of the data used was descriptive qualitative techniques, quantitative descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The validity of the media was tested on subject matter experts, design experts, media experts, individual trials, small groups and field trials. The results were respectively 95.3%, 85.2%, 92%, 94.6%, 96, 08%, and 97.06%. The results of the effectiveness test were analyzed by inferential statistical techniques (t-test) to obtain an average pretest result (62.5) from the table with db = n1 + n2-2 = 10 at a significant level of 5%, 1,812. So t count> t table, then based on the provisions if t count> t table which could be concluded that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. Meaning that there were significant differences in student’s learning outcomes between before and after using modules with scientific approach.keyword : Hannafin and Peck model, module, learning outcome.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the programs of the head of the madrasah, the condition of the existing teachers in school, and the strategies used by the head of the madrasah to improve the competence of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Al Washliyah, Johor Medan Building. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological approach that uses observation, interview, and documentation study techniques to obtain data from research informants, namely: the principle of the Aliyah Al-Washliyah madrasah, administration, and 5 teachers at the madrasah aliyah Al-Washliyah, Johor Medan Building. This study uses data analysis techniques with the interactive analysis technique of the Miles and Huberman model, with the main components of the analysis, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion/verification, and checking the validity of the data in this study including Credibility Test, Transferability Test, Dependency Test, and Test. Certainty. The findings in the research obtained are as follows: (1) Decision-making strategies improve teacher pedagogical and professional competence through a decision based on the results of selecting several alternative problems that have been determined for the achievement of madrasah goals. Making these decisions includes identifying problems, formulating problems, and selecting alternative decisions based on calculations and various aspects that may arise. At the implementation or operational stage, the head of the madrasah as a leader must make many routine decisions to control activities following the plans and conditions in force. Whereas in the supervision stage, namely monitoring, checking, and evaluating the results of implementation is carried out to evaluate the implementation and decision making that have been made (2) programs of madrasah principals in improving teacher pedagogical and professional competence, including: Providing libraries, involving Workshop Teachers, supervision, giving awards, Personal Communication between Principals and Teachers, training, School Level MGMP Activities and Ministry of Religion coaching. (3) conditions of pedagogic and professional competence of teachers in madrasah al washliyah, building Johor Medan, including madrasah head and teacher teachers who are in good condition including teachers who have professional competence seen from all teachers who already have certification, appropriate qualifications and some already have S2 and continue to the next level have certification, appropriate academic qualifications and some already have S2 and continue to the next level.bThe results of the data analysis concluded: the implementation of Madrasah principals in improving pedagogical and professional competence in Madrasah Aliyah Al Washliyah, johor medan buildings were classified as successful because of the running of the program designed by the head of the madrasah, as well as the decision making of the head of the madrasah in implementing policies was successful by taking steps with attention ethics and discipline of school culture. conditions of academy qualifications, certification, training, are already in place. Even so, some shortcomings exist in the madrasah, such as the infrastructure is not very complete, but all of these are not an obstacle in carrying out the wheels of education in the school.

Abstract

Aspek-aspek yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas kerja guru di SMKN se Kota Mataram adalah iklim organisasi, ketidakpuasan terhadap kebijakan sekolah, ketidakpuasan terhadap honor/gaji yang diterima, ketidak harmonisan hubungan antara guru honorer dan guru yang telah berstatus PNS, peluang untuk menjadi ASN dan kondisi kerja yang masih belum memberikan kenyamanan bagi guru. Akan tetapi, hasil observasi awal yang dilakukan oleh peneliti belum dapat memberikan jawaban kongkrit mengenai apakah guru telah memiliki kepuasan kerja serta loyalitas terhadap lembaganya, atau sebaliknya. Kemudian apakah loyalitas dan kepuasan kerja guru tersebut berpengaruh terhadap iklim organisasi dan kompensasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Loyalitas Guru Honor dengan Dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian asosiatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 170. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu angket. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode SMARTPls. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa iklim organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru honorer di SMKN se Kota Mataram. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru honorer di SMKN se Kota Mataram. Iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas guru honorer di SMKN se Kota Mataram. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas guru honorer di SMKN se Kota Mataram. Loyalitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru honorer di SMKN se Kota Mataram. Iklim organisasi tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja guru di SMKN se Kota Mataram. The Influence of Organizational Climate and Compensation on Honorary Teacher Loyalty Mediated by Job Satisfaction (Study at SMKN in Mataram City) Abstract Aspects that affect job satisfaction and job loyalty of teachers in SMKNs throughout Mataram City are organizational climate, dissatisfaction with school policies, dissatisfaction with the honorarium/salary received, disharmony in the relationship between honorary teachers and teachers who have PNS status, opportunities to become ASN and working conditions that still do not provide comfort for teachers. However, the results of initial observations made by researchers have not been able to provide concrete answers regarding whether teachers have job satisfaction and loyalty to their institutions, or vice versa. Then does the teacher's loyalty and job satisfaction affect the organizational climate and compensation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate and compensation on honorary teacher loyalty mediated by job satisfaction. This research uses associative research method. The sample in this study amounted to 170. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the SMARTPls method. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that organizational climate has no significant effect on job satisfaction of honorary teachers at SMKNs throughout Mataram City. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of honorary teachers at SMKNs throughout Mataram City. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of honorary teachers at SMKNs throughout Mataram City. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of honorary teachers at SMKNs throughout Mataram City. Loyalty has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of honorary teachers at SMKNs throughout Mataram City. Organizational climate has no significant positive effect on loyalty mediated by teacher job satisfaction at SMKNs throughout Mataram City. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on loyalty mediated by teacher job satisfaction at SMKNs throughout the city of Mataram.

Abstract

Penting bagi guru untuk melakukan inovasi dalam pembelajaran agar mampu meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa yang diharapkan mampu untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model project-based learning melalui kegiatan lesson study. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh peningkatan kategori keaktifan siswa yakni pada siklus I berkategori aktif dan pada siklus II menjadi sangat aktif. Selain itu terjadi pula peningkatan hasil belajar yang ditinjau dari ketuntasan klasikal yakni pada siklus I 67% dan siklus II 79% dengan rata-rata hasil belajar pada siklus I 74 dan rata-rata hasil belajar pada siklus II 78. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model project-based learning melalui kegiatan lesson study dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. It is important for teachers to innovate in learning in order to be able to increase student learning activities which are expected to be able to improve learning outcomes. This study aims to increase student learning activities and outcomes by applying a project-based learning model through lesson study activities. This research is a collaborative classroom action research. Data collection techniques by observing and tests. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained an increase in the activity category of students, namely in the first cycle they were active and in the second cycle they became very active. In addition, there was also an increase in learning outcomes in terms of classical completeness, namely in cycle I 67% and cycle II 79% with an average learning outcome in cycle I 74 and an average learning outcome in cycle II 78. Thus, it can be concluded that the application the project-based learning model through lesson study activities can improve student learning activities and outcomes.

Abstract

Abstrak The purpose of this study is to develop a marketing strategy for Madrasahs in increasing student interest. This study is limited to the product creation stage. Data collection uses documentation studies, observations, and in-depth interviews. Data validation is carried out by triangulation of sources and techniques. Data analysis techniques use the Miles and Huberman Model (interactive model): data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of this study: 1) the strategy implemented is to use a promotional strategy by distributing brochures and/or presentations to the determined Kindergarten Madrasahs, by holding annual activities such as AZKIA, this activity is followed by Kindergarten Madrasahs around MIN 16 West Aceh. 2) The obstacles and lack of marketing strategies implemented by this Madrasah in increasing student interest are that time management is not yet appropriate, the committee is not active enough, the foundation has not been involved, the distribution of brochures is not effective enough, marketing is not extensive enough, it does not yet have a Madrasah marketing strategy document, and it has not been able to ensure and communicate that the services offered are relevant to the needs of the community, and 3) The product produced is a Madrasah marketing strategy based on the Delta Model in attracting student interest: Keywords: Delta Model, Madrasah Marketing Strategy, Student Interest

Abstract

Kota Banjarbaru menjadikan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) sebagai salah satu sumber utama Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), meskipun terdapat kendala berupa tingginya jumlah piutang PBB akibat rendahnya kepatuhan wajib pajak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis pengaruh signifikan Kesadaran, Sosialisasi, dan Insentif secara simultan terhadap Piutang Daerah PBB di Kota Banjarbaru. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh signifikan Kesadaran terhadap Piutang Daerah PBB, mengidentifikasi pengaruh signifikan Sosialisasi terhadap Piutang Daerah PBB, serta mengukur pengaruh signifikan Insentif terhadap Piutang Daerah PBB di Kota Banjarbaru. Tujuan lainnya adalah untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling dominan memengaruhi Piutang Daerah PBB di Kota Banjarbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 40 wajib pajak PBB di Kota Banjarbaru selama periode tiga bulan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kesadaran, Sosialisasi, dan Insentif secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Piutang Daerah di Kota Banjarbaru. Namun, secara parsial, Kesadaran dan Sosialisasi tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan, sementara variabel Insentif berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah negatif terhadap Piutang Daerah. Variabel yang paling dominan memengaruhi Piutang Daerah adalah Insentif (X3). Nilai R Square sebesar 0,310 menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat adalah sebesar 23%, sedangkan 77% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model project-based learning (PjBL) melalui lesson study. Penelitian ini dilaksankan dengan tiga tahapan di setiap siklus yaitu perencanaan (plan), pelaksanaan (do), refleksi (see). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data terdiri dari angket dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar matematika siswa meningkat yang ditunjukkan dengan persentasi peningkatan dari 24% menjadi 62% pada kategori sangat tinggi dan 21% menjadi 29% pada kategori minat belajar tinggi. Begitu pula dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa meningkat dari kemampuan awal 18%, menjadi 38% pada siklus I dan 79% pada siklus II dengan rata-rata hasil belajar 70,88. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model project-based learning (PjBL) melalui lesson study dapat meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas X.6 SMAN 1 Labuhan Haji.
