The purposes of this research were to analyze the income of paddy farmer households, the expenditure of paddy farmer households, and the level of paddy farmer household’s welfare. This research was conducted at Yogyakarta village of Gadingrejo subdistrict of Pringsewu regency. The samples were chosen by simple random sampling method. The number of respondents in this study was 68 paddy farmers. The data was collected in June-July 2014. The method of data analysis used in this study is quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the income of paddy farmers at Yogyakarta village was Rp19,590,645.92 per year obtained from Rp11,292,223.13 per year (57.64%) of the paddy farm, Rp5,748,422.79 per year (29.34%) of the farm in addition to paddy and the income from outside the farm was Rp2,550,000.00 per year (13.02%). The expenditure of paddy farmer households at Yogyakarta village was Rp17,980,227.94 per year obtained from Rp10,818,970.59 per year or (60.17%) of the expenditure for foods, and Rp7,161,257.35 per year (39.83%) of the expenditure for nonfoods. Based on the criteria of Sajogyo (2007) paddy farmer ‘s households at Yogyakarta village of Gadingrejo subdistrict of Pringsewu Regency, 37 (54,41%) were categorized as prosperous farmer households and 31 (45.59%) farmer households were categorized as economically enough. This research aimed to analyze the economic benefit the members received from KUD Usaha Bersama (Usaha Bersama Village Unit Cooperatives) and the cooperatives’ economic benefit contribution to its members’ household income, the household income of the cooperatives’ members, and to develop an alternative strategy of developing KUD Usaha Bersama further. This research was taken place in KUD Usaha Bersama in Trimodadi Village of Abung Selatan Sub District of Lampung Utara Regency selected purposively. This research employed case study method. Data of this research was collected in March 2016. The data related to cooperatives was obtained from cooperatives’ administrators, while that related to operation performance was obtained from 72 cooperatives’ members as the respondents selected by simple random sampling technique. The results showed that the economic benefit the members received from cooperatives were still relatively low, in which the contribution of such the economic benefit on the members’ household income was small in percentage. The household income of KUD Usaha Bersama members belonged to low category based on Indonesian National Revenue Standar. the strategy that could be taken for developing KUD Usaha Bersama was growth strategy including optimizing the capital circulation by means of utilizing the community feeling helped with the presence of cooperatives, using many business units corresponding to the community’s need in order to help the community by the presence of cooperatives, and optimizing the capital circulation by utilizing more modern technology. The aims of this study are to determine the profit, income of farmer households and to analyze the difference of return, income, and costs between paddy-paddy-corn and paddy-paddy-watermelon crop systems in Tejosari, East Metro subdistrict, Metro City. The method used in this research is a survey method. Data were collected in March-April 2018. The study uses a sensus sampling method with the number of respondents consisted of 30 farmers practicing the paddy-paddy-corn crop system and 10 farmers of the paddy-paddy-watermelon crop system. The results of this study indicated that the more beneficial crop system is the paddy-paddy-watermelon crop system. The income of farmer households from the agricultural sector (on farm and off farm) still provides the largest contribution and there is differencein return, income, and costs between the system of paddy-paddy-corn and pady-paddy-watermelon crop systemKey words: crop system, household income, profit

This research purposed to analyze household income of vegetable farmer, income distribution ofvegetable farmers and vegetable farmers welfare level in Simpang Kanan Village. Simpang Kanan Village, Sumberejo Sub districts, Tanggamus Regency was selected purposively because of vegetable producer in Lampung Province. The amount of the respondent for this research was 60 vegetable farmers were selected by census from farmers bunch in Simpang Kanan Village. This research was conducted with survey methods from November 2014 to May 2015. Analyze of vegetable farming used Soekartawi (1995), analyze of welfare rate based on Sajogyo (1997) and the income distribution by Gini Ratio based on Oshima and World Bank criteria. The research data was included primary and secondary data. The primary data was obtained by interviewing respondents using questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained by searching various literatures and related agencies. The result of this research showed that farmers household income source composed from several land such as yard farm, paddy field farm, kail yard farm, garden farm and non farming activity. The average worth of each household income source was Rp 53.467.405,31 from farming activity and Rp13.740.000,00 from non farming activity. Income distribution in research area was disproportionate with quite high gap, and farmer’s welfare level in research area was at moderatelevel, with non food expenditure was higher than food expenditure. Percentage of prosperous farmer were 78,33% and the poor farmer were 21,66%. This means that the farmers were prosepere enough in social welfare. This study aims to analyze level of income of farmerparticipants and non-participantsof ricepostharvest program, and post-harvest value-added of rice.The survey was conducted in Raman Fajar Villageas the program participantand Ratna Daya Villageas non-participant. From each sampled village, two farmer groups were selectedpurposively. The number of respondents were 25 farmers from each farmer group. Data were collectedthrough interviews using questionnaires and analyzed using tabulation and t-test. The results showed that 1) the average rice farming income of farmers participating in the program is smaller than that of nonparticipants, 2) there is asignificant difference in rice farm income between farmer participants and nonparticipantsin rainy season but there is no difference in dry season, 3) the use of rice Milling Unit (RMU) gives a positive value-added to farmers participating in the program in Raman Fajar Village Raman Utara Subdistrict of East Lampung Regency. The purpose of this research was to know financial performance, costumer’s performance, internal business process performance, and employee satisfaction. This research was conducted at a n agricultural company in Lembang, West Java. This research was a case study in which data was analyzed method by Balanced Score card approach. The data was collected on August 2015. All data was analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis. The result showed that the financial performance of the Agricultural Company was on bad category in which scores obtained was only one out of six as a maximum score. The Costumers performance was on good category by obtaining score of five out of six. The Internal Business Process performance category was on quite well in which scores obtained was four. The Employee satisfaction performance category was on quite well, in which scores obtained was two. In overall showed that the plantation performance was quite well. This study aims to determine: the level of competence, and motivation of leaders of farmer groups which make partnership with Gunung Madu Plantations on Independent Program; the correlation of the competence and the motivation on farming income. This research is a case study and ues a census method. Respondents are all farmer group leaders joining independent program in Gunung Madu Plantations in Central Lampung regency. The research variables consist of a number of dimensions and indicators were measured by using Likert scale. The methods of data analysis are using quantitative descriptive and categorization as well as Rank Spearman test. The results showed that the level of competence and motivation of farmer group leaders are in the high category and sugar cane farming income is in high category; the competence and motivation of farmer group leaders have a close ties to the sugar cane farming income. The purposes of this research are to determine income of upland rice farming, income level of farmer household, and household welfare level of upland rice farming. This research was conducted in Sidomulyo Sub-district, South Lampung District. The location is determined purposively by consideration that Sidomulyo Sub-district is one of the rice producing centers with the highest number of upland rice farmers in South Lampung District. The number of respondents in this study was 54 farmers. The methods of analysis used in this research are descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that it is unprofitable rice farming with R/C value over total cost of 0.69. The income of farmers in rice field that has the greatest contribution is on farm (cultivation of rice fields and corn farming) income with percentage of 54.74 percent of total household income. The household welfare level of upland rice farming according to poverty criteria by Sajogyo (1976) belongs to sufficient and by the World Bank belongs to not poor category. The purposes of this research were to analyze the level of household income and the welfare of coffee farmers in Gunung Terang Village, Air Hitam District, West Lampung Regency. This research location was chosen purposively in Gunung Terang Village, Air Hitam District, West Lampung Regency. The research was conducted by survey method. Data collection was carried out in October 2017 until November 2017. The sample size was 40 coffee farmers who were drawn by simple random sampling technique. The analysis used analysis of farm income and household welfare according to Sayogyo criteria. The results of this study indicate that the average household income of coffee farmers in Gunung Terang Village, Air Hitam Subdistrict, West Lampung Regency were relatively high and the welfare of coffee farmer households based on Sayogyo criteria were categorize as prosperous.Key words: coffee, income, prosperity

The purposes of this research are to analyze the financial feasibility of cocofiber agrondustry, the added alue from processing in cocofiber agroindustry and the prospect of cocofiber agroindustry. Cocofiber is fiber made from coconut shell. This research was conducted in Katibung subdistric of South Lampung Regency. This research location was chosen purposively based on stablished and the new one agroindustry in Katibung Subdistric. The.
