Abstract

Pertumbuhan Internet dan teknologi memungkinkan setiap orang mendapatkan setiap informasi secara praktis dan efisien. Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan atau biasa disebut BPJS Kesehatan merupakan Badan Hukum yang dibentuk untuk menyelenggarakan program jaminan sosial nasional dalam bidang kesehatan untuk seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Perkembangan pesat dalam variabel jumlah peserta terus ditunjukkan oleh BPJS kesehatan setelah 5 tahun beroperasi. Hal ini dapat tercapai karena tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat yang semakin tinggi terhadap layanannya. Indeks kepuasan peserta terus mengalami peningkatan dari 75% menjadi 78,6% pada tahun 2016. Seiring dengan peningkatan indeks kepuasan tersebut, pada tahun 2017 BPJS Kesehatan meluncurkan aplikasi Mobile JKN agar pesertanya dapat secara mudah melakukan pengunduhan data peserta BPJS. Teknologi ini perlu terus dievaluasi dengan metode evaluasi kegunaan untuk mengukur efisiensi, efektivitas, dan menilai kepuasan pengguna. Evaluasi kegunaan ini juga bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah usabilitas yang muncul dalam pecahan kecil system aplikasi mobile JKN. Metode usabilitas yang digunakan adalah Domain Specific Inspection. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nilai efisiensi sebesar >75% pada repetisi kelima. Atribut efektifitas bernilai 3,91 dari skala 5 dan atribut satisfaction bernilai 3,39. Abstract[Title: Usability Testing on BPJS Kesehatan Mobile JKN Application  Using Domain Specific Inspection] The growth of Internet and related technology enables everyone to get every information needed in a practical and efficient manner. The Health Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS Kesehatan) is a legal entity established to organize a national social program in the health sector for all Indonesian. Rapid development in number of participants continued to be shown by health BPJS after 5 years of the operation. This can be achieved due to public trust escalation. Participant satisfaction index continued to increase from 75% to 78.6% in 2016. Along with the increase in the satisfaction index, in 2017 BPJS Kesehatan launched the Mobile JKN application so that participants could easily download BPJS service and personal data. This technology needs to be continually evaluated using Usability Testing methods to measure efficiency, effectiveness, and user satisfaction. This usability evaluation also aims to identify usability problems that arise in a minor fraction of the JKN mobile application system. Method used in this study is Domain Specific Inspection. The results of this study are obtained as follow, efficiency value is higher than 75% after five repetition, effectiveness value achieve 3.91 of scale 5, and user satisfaction value achieve 3.39.Keywords: Application, BPJS Kesehatan; Domain Specific Inspection; Usability Testing

Abstract

The global pandemic of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) that hit Indonesia since March 2020 has changed the face-to-face system from offline to online. Video Conference (VC) becomes an alternative choice for delivering material, both learning and working. VC is a technology that allows users to hold face-to-face meetings at their respective places simultaneously. Various VC apps are becoming increasingly popular these days, such as Google Meet, Zoom, Youtube, Webex, Skype, GoTo Meeting, and Big Blue Button (BBB). This study is intended to provide a usability test of VC applications (such as Zoom, Google Meet, and BBB) and provide recommendations for VC as an online conference media based on user preferences. The usability measurement technique used is the System Usability Scale (SUS) and the USE questionnaire. The results of this study show that Zoom has the highest usability value compared to Google Meet and BBB, Google Meet is ranked second and BBB is ranked third.

Abstract

Jalur ganda lintasan kereta api (Double Track) yang dibangun di sepanjang Daerah Operasi 4 Semarang mulai beroperasi pada 14 April 2014. Dengan adanya jalur ganda ini maka letak persilangan kereta api akan berkurang. Operator pengendali kereta merupakan pihak yang menentukan persilangan kereta. Permasalahan yang hendak diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah dengan adanya pembangunan jalur ganda/ double track  kehandalan pengendali kereta api Daop 4 meningkat atau justru menurun. Dengan adanya jalur ganda lintasan kereta api maka pengendali kereta bertugas menentukan rute baru perjalanan kereta api. Di sisi lain dengan adanya double track, beban tugas pengendali kereta berkurang karena letak persilangan yang berkurang. Dengan tereduksinya beban tugas maka diharapkan performa kerja meningkat sehingga tercapai keandalan yang maksimal. Untuk mengetahui besar nilai keandalan maka diperlukan perhitungan keandalan manusia dengan metode HEART. Metode HEART (Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique) merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam menentukan nilai keandalan manusia berdasarkan perhitungan kuantitatif dan juga penilaian bersama pakar/ ahli. Hasil penelitian berupa nominal reliability (R) yang didapat dari perhitungan 1-HEP. Dari hasil perhitungan, didapat nilai probabilitas kesalahan/ HEP operator pengendali kereta sebesar 0.027 nilai keandalan/ reliability (R) sebesar 0.972. Adanya jalur ganda ini terbukti dapat meminimasi probabilitas human error yang dilakukan pengendali kereta karena berkurangnya penentuan letak persilangan.  ABSTRACTDouble track railways which built alongside Daop 4 Semarang start to operate at april 4th 2014. As there is this track, there will be least amount of train crosses location. Train control operator is the one who determine train crossing. Issues to be examined in this study is whether the presence of double track railway will increase or even decrease the reliability of controller operator. With this new track, controller operator will have to determine a new train route. On the other hand, workload is reduced because of the reduced train cross location. As workload reduced, the expected performance of work  will increase in order to achieve maximum reliability. To find great value of reliability required a calculation of reliability with HEART method. HEART (Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique) is a method used in determining the value of human reliability based on quantitative calculations and assessment of expert. The results of the study in the form of nominal reliability (R) is obtained from the calculation of 1-HEP. From the calculation, the value of HEP obtained 0.027 so the reliability (R) will be 0.972. Double track was shown to minimize the probability of human error performed by railroad crossing control operator as the reduction of train crossing location.

Abstract

PT X is a cement manufacturer company that experienced a loss of production caused by the high value of downtime. Based on downtime data, the raw mill machine appears to have the most significant value in machine downtime. This study aims to measure the raw mill machine's effectiveness in applying Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). The method used in this research is Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). This method measures engine effectiveness and loss factor analysis using the Six Big Losses method, as well as finding the root cause through a five why and cause and effect diagram to give the most suitable recommendations. The result of this study found that the average OEE value in 2021 was below the international OEE standard of 85%, which is 72% and 67% for Raw Mill Plant 9 and Raw Mill Plant 10, respectively. The low performance of Raw Mill Plant 9 and Raw Mill Plant 10 machines is a consequence of breakdown losses and reduced speed losses that had happened. The root causes were a lack of training for mechanics and no stock control for spare parts. The recommendations are to improve training programs and facilities and create a spare parts inventory management system.

Abstract

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia has established standard rules for the quality of outpatient service in hospitals. One indicator of the quality of outpatient services at a hospital is the patient's waiting time to be served either by a specialist or other services such as a pharmacy. Respira Hospital Yogyakarta is a special pulmonary and respiratory hospital in Yogyakarta that continues to improve the quality of its services. Based on the results of observations and interviews it is known that in terms of waiting time, patients at Respira Hospital Yogyakarta still have to wait to get service. Examples of queues that occur include patients waiting for a specialist doctor's examination for around 75 to 90 minutes. waiting at the pharmacy and cashier for up to 60 minutes or more. This study attempts to evaluate the waiting time for outpatient services at Respira Hospital Yogyakarta using a simulation. Based on the simulation results, it is known that the patient's waiting time in the system is 217.33 minutes and the longest waiting time is in the pediatric polyclinic and pharmacy departments. After the scenario implementation were made, namely in the pediatric polyclinic and pharmacy sections, the waiting time decreased to 177.19 minutes. This means that evaluations carried out using simulations can help hospitals reduce waiting time for outpatients

Abstract

PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU IV Cilacap merupakan salah satu kilang minyak terbesar di Indonesia yang memiliki peran strategis dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan energi nasional. Salah satu unit utamanya adalah Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) II yang mengolah campuran berbagai jenis crude oil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan komposisi crude oil dengan menggunakan metode Linear programming berdasarkan pendekatan Gross product worth (GPW), untuk memaksimalkan margin operasional kilang dan sebagai evaluasi terhadap margin aktual. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan data yield produk, harga jual produk, dan batasan pengolahan dari masing-masing jenis crude oil untuk bulan November dan Desember 2024. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa optimasi dengan model LP memberikan komposisi yang lebih efisien dan menghasilkan margin yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan metode konvensional. Komposisi optimal yang memaksimalkan margin pada bulan November terdiri dari crude Banyu Urip, Quaiboe, WTI, Katapa, dan Saharan. Sementara pada bulan Desember terdiri dari crude Egina, Quaiboe, Banyu Urip, Saharan, dan Katapa.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial role in employment generation and contribute substantially to national economic development, particularly in developing countries. This study examines an SME in Yogyakarta that produces, on average, 175 crates (4,200 bottles) of sauce and 5 crates (1,200 bottles) of sweet sauce daily. The bottle washing process is currently performed manually, requiring up to 3,737 minutes per day. This inefficiency increases labor dependency and delays production due to the unavailability of clean bottles. To address this issue, the study adopts the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method to translate customer needs into technical specifications for product development. The House of Quality (HoQ) framework is utilized to identify twelve critical product attributes that inform the design of a sauce bottle washer. The resulting design comprises 17 components, including a main frame, dynamo, washing basin, bottle holder, bearing units, inner brush shafts, pulley shafts, brushes, pulleys (2.5-inch and 10-inch), gears, V-belts, chains, caps, wheels, switches, and stoppers. The implementation of this washing system successfully reduces the total bottle washing time by 720 minutes per day. This improvement enables the SME to meet its daily production targets more effectively and contributes to increased operational efficiency.

Abstract

A company should implement good quality management to maintain consumer confidence in producing quality products. FMEA serves to identify product failures in a process and the causes of defects or losses that occur during the production process of a product, component, or system. The research aims to analyze quality control and identify production defects that cause a decrease in quality. The samples studied were rejected goods in production activities. Forty damaged parts were used as the samples in this study. This study used both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis was conducted to determine the type of rejection and then to rank the risk, while qualitative analysis was performed with Ishikawa diagram to evaluate risk priorities. This research not only helps identify and assess the root cause of rejected goods but also affects the following year's planning by proposing measures to reduce risk. Check sheets and histograms are used to present further research. The analysis results show two classifications of defects in production: size error and painting error, with the most dominant defect, size error, and equal to 73.17%. Based on the analysis of the causes of defects, several factors were found that caused product defects; man, material, method, machine. The man factor has the highest value in contributing to defect, with an RPN score of 192.

Abstract

Purpose: A company expands its product marketing by utilizing information systems. The quality of its information system influences product marketing expansion. Only a few companies have maximized the use of company websites. Usability testing on the company's official website determines the page's usability level.Design/methodology/approach: To address this issue, usability testing is conducted in this research using the System Usability Scale, whose testing involves page users. This usability level measurement technique has its characteristics. This method can obtain the level of usability precisely with user respondents from the page.Findings/result: Website testing was carried out with a structured and accurate SUS questionnaire using ten questions. The SUS score calculation was 80, considered excellent and acceptable to users.Originality/value/state of the art: PT Inka's Information System has never been analyzed during design or development. With this usability test, it is hoped that website users can find out the perceptions and problems experienced by users when interacting with the official website
