Abstract

Internet banking atau mobile banking adalah salah satu bentuk aplikasi yang berbasis internet yang dapat digunakan sebagai pintu gerbang menuju dunia perbankan masa depan. Dalam memberikan layanan, pihak bank tidak ingin mengecewakan nasabahnya karena aplikasi internet banking yang sulit digunakan sehingga mengakibatkan nasabah gagal dalam mencari informasi atau gagal melakukan aktivitas perbankan. Melihat pentingnya usabilitas sebuah aplikasi, maka dilakukan penelitian terhadap aplikasi Mandiri Online untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari aplikasi tersebut, mengidentifikasi permasalahan usabilitas, serta menyusun rekomendasi perbaikan. Aplikasi tersebut diuji menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) dan pendekatan heuristic evaluation dengan responden sebanyak 40 orang untuk metode SUS dan 5 evaluator dengan kriteria single-expert untuk pendekatan heuristic evaluation. Hasil pengujian aplikasi Mandiri Online dengan instrumen SUS adalah sebesar 79,6 yang berarti aplikasi Mandiri Online dinyatakan dapat diterima (acceptable), termasuk dalam grade B dengan rating good. Dari penelitian ini juga diketahui bahwa terdapat beberapa permasalahan usabilitas mayor yang harus segera diperbaiki dan harus diberi prioritas tinggi. Dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut membutuhkan beberapa usaha, seperti  menambahkan fitur search untuk mencari nama bank, membuat pengelompokkan instansi pada menu multipayment, membuat atau menambahkan panduan penggunaan atau flowchart penggunaan Mandiri Online, dan menambahkan fitur help pada Mandiri Online. Abstract[Title: Usability Analysis of Mandiri Online Apllication] Internet banking or mobile banking is a form of internet-based application that can be used as a gateway to the future of banking. In providing services, banks won’t to let down their customers because of internet banking applications are difficult to use, resulting in failure to find information or fail to conduct banking activities. Seeing the importance of application usability, a study of Mandiri Online application was conducted to find out the appropriatness of the application, identify usability issues, and construct recommendations for application improvement. This application was tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and heuristic evaluation approach with 40 respondents for the SUS and 5 evaluators with single-expert criteria for the heuristic evaluation. The result of testing the Mandiri Online application with the SUS instrument amounted to 79,6 which means this application was declared acceptable, included in grade B, and with a good rating. From this study it is also known that there are some major usability problems that must be corrected immediately and must be given high priority. In solving these problems requires several efforts, such as adding search feature to search the bank’s name, creating agency groups on multipayment menu, creating or adding usage guidelines or flowcharts for using Mandiri Online, and adding help feature to Mandiri Online.Keywords: Heuristic Evaluation; System Usability Scale; Usability

Abstract

The Ngudi Rejeki Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Gunungkidul Regency has developed a mocaf (Modified Cassava Flour) production business as a solution to increase the added value of local cassava, which has a low selling price. However, limitations in production capacity and business strategy hinder the potential development of the business. This study aims to analyze the business model of KWT Ngudi Rejeki using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework that includes nine main elements of the business, and provide strategic recommendations based on the analysis results. The research approach is descriptive qualitative with a case study method, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document review. The results of the analysis show that although KWT has a good business foundation, there are several areas that require improvement, such as product diversification, adoption of modern technology, expansion of distribution channels, and development of strategic partnerships. The contribution of this research lies in the formulation of a more innovative and measurable business strategy, which is expected to strengthen the competitiveness and business sustainability of KWT Ngudi Rejeki in national and international markets. In addition, this research provides policy recommendations in the form of government support and related institutions in terms of technology training, business assistance, and promotion of local products.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the development of tourism in Maluku Province, Indonesia on Instagram. The data used in this study are hashtags from several excellent tourist attractions or tourist priorities set by the maluku province tourism office. The data is then processed using social network analysis to find the level of importance and connectedness of tourism hashtags with other hashtags used in image captions on Instagram posts. The results showed that there are nine hashtags that have an important role in the network because they have high values in the measurement of degree centrality, betweenness centrality, closeness centrality, and eigenvector centrality. The hashtags are #maluku, #ambon, #natsepa, #pulauosi, #pulaubair, #beach, #repost, #indonesia, and #namalatu. Two of nine hashtags have a high betweenness centrality value, namely #natsepa that represent natsepa beach tourism and #namalatu that represents namalatu beach tourism. Both of these tours have a high value betweenness centrality with a different form of hashtags, namely #natsepa.id and #namalatu02. This research conducted using social network analysis degree measurements such as degree, betweeness, closeness, and eigenvector to analyze insight of tourism topics in Instagram. The result of this research can give insights to the tourism actors, especially in Maluku Province, of how the hashtags are connected and related. The relation of the hashtags can be used as social media marketing strategy.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of sugar and its by-products. Currently, the determination of the amount of production at PT XYZ has not been adjusted to meet customer demand, which may continue to decrease or increase for each period. If there is a condition that the amount of production is greater than demand, it will increase the cost of storage due to accumulation. Meanwhile, if the amount of production is smaller than demand, there will be an out-of-stock condition that can reduce consumer confidence. These problems can be solved by forecasting Tambora Sugar demand at PT XYZ to meet consumer demand using the forecasting method (forecasting) with the help of WinQsb software with input, namely sugar demand data from 2021 PT SMS. The request data will later be analyzed from the request using a scatter diagram. Furthermore, after the pattern is known, the appropriate forecasting method will be determined and inputted into the WinQsb software. Based on the calculation results, it is known that the demand pattern from last year tends to trend down so the chosen method is the Double Exponential Smoothing (DES), Single Exponential Smoothing (SES), and Linear Regression (LR) method, with the best method being Linear Regression which produces the smallest error. The output is in the form of a Master Production Schedule (MPS), namely in the 13th to 18th periods, respectively 2142; 1757; 1373; 989; 604; 220 sacks.

Abstract

Tirtonirmolo is one of the villages from Kasihan District whose routine activities are administrative services, which are supported by Bumdes so that the economic activities of the community grow and make a positive stretch for the village economy and the welfare of the community. Such dynamic economic and governmental activities at this time suddenly seem to stop, there is no activity as usual, because of the corona virus outbreak which has changed the structure of society, both government services and the economic movement of the community. The problem of the Tirtonirmolo Village Government is that it must continue to carry out government service duties and encourage community empowerment to continue to carry out economic activities, with the guarantee that the implementation of government services and economic activities must run safely. The service activity method is to design a service information system based on the needs of the village government, design an automatic disinfectant tool to meet protocols, design a social distancing-based work environment, empower the economy by providing training in the application of information systems for products and services online so that the economy of the Tirtonirmolo community will recover as before. there was a Covid-19 outbreak. The expected output target is to restore a clean and healthy working environment and an ever increasing economic movement.

Abstract

The global pandemic of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) that hit Indonesia since March 2020 has changed the face-to-face system from offline to online. Video Conference (VC) becomes an alternative choice for delivering material, both learning and working. VC is a technology that allows users to hold face-to-face meetings at their respective places simultaneously. Various VC apps are becoming increasingly popular these days, such as Google Meet, Zoom, Youtube, Webex, Skype, GoTo Meeting, and Big Blue Button (BBB). This study is intended to provide a usability test of VC applications (such as Zoom, Google Meet, and BBB) and provide recommendations for VC as an online conference media based on user preferences. The usability measurement technique used is the System Usability Scale (SUS) and the USE questionnaire. The results of this study show that Zoom has the highest usability value compared to Google Meet and BBB, Google Meet is ranked second and BBB is ranked third.

Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur kereta api yang menggunakan alat produksi yang kompleks. Salah satu departemen yang menggunakan alat produksi yang kompleks adalah Divisi Fabrikasi Roof Construction dengan proses kegiatan berupa pengelasan Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW). Terdapat potensi bahaya dari aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh karyawan pada area Roof Construction. Potensi bahaya yang dapat terjadi yaitu pada proses pengelasan GMAW karena terdapat beberapa bahaya seperti radiasi sinar ultraviolet, anggota tubuh terpercik bunga api, menghirup fume hasil pengelasan, bahaya listrik, kebakaran, dan kebisingan. Dengan merumuskan dan mempertimbangkan kemungkinan kecelakaan kerja atau risiko yang dapat timbul, maka dapat mengetahui tindakan preventif yang bisa dilakukan. Penerapan metode Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) para pekerja pada proses pengelasan Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) diharapkan dapat mengerti risiko bahaya yang dapat terjadi serta memberikan rekomendasi atau usulan pengendalian risiko yang diberikan untuk meningkatkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja PT XYZ. Pada proses pengelasan GMAW terdapat 13 risiko bahaya dimana terdapat dua risiko dengan tingkat medium atau sebesar 15 % dan sebelas risiko dengan tingkat high atau sebesar 85 %. Pengendalian risiko yang dapat dilakukan adalah berupa pengendalian administrasi yaitu membatasi paparan tenaga kerja terhadap sinar ultraviolet dan kebisingan, serta menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD).

Abstract

Purpose: A company expands its product marketing by utilizing information systems. The quality of its information system influences product marketing expansion. Only a few companies have maximized the use of company websites. Usability testing on the company's official website determines the page's usability level.Design/methodology/approach: To address this issue, usability testing is conducted in this research using the System Usability Scale, whose testing involves page users. This usability level measurement technique has its characteristics. This method can obtain the level of usability precisely with user respondents from the page.Findings/result: Website testing was carried out with a structured and accurate SUS questionnaire using ten questions. The SUS score calculation was 80, considered excellent and acceptable to users.Originality/value/state of the art: PT Inka's Information System has never been analyzed during design or development. With this usability test, it is hoped that website users can find out the perceptions and problems experienced by users when interacting with the official website

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku konsumen produk Mocaf melalui segmentasi berbasis data menggunakan metode K-Means Clustering. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya pemahaman mendalam mengenai pola konsumsi, preferensi, dan karakteristik demografis konsumen Mocaf, yang menjadi kendala dalam pengembangan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang mencakup informasi terkait usia, pekerjaan, lokasi tempat tinggal, dan preferensi produk dari 195 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menentukan jumlah klaster optimal menggunakan metode Elbow, yang menghasilkan empat klaster utama. Setiap klaster memiliki karakteristik unik berdasarkan demografi, lokasi, dan preferensi terhadap produk Mocaf tertentu. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan strategis yang dapat digunakan untuk menyusun strategi pemasaran yang lebih terarah, seperti pemanfaatan media digital, kolaborasi dengan komunitas lokal, dan promosi berbasis produk unggulan sesuai segmen pasar. Selain itu, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan strategi pemasaran berbasis data yang tidak hanya relevan dengan kebutuhan konsumen tetapi juga mendukung penguatan produk lokal di pasar yang lebih luas.
