Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian adalah untuk membangun kemampuan Guru SMP di Kota Lubuklinggau dalam membangun kemajuan pendidikan dengan beragam media inovasi yang dapat dikembangkan melalui pelatihan yang diadakan tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Metode dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah metode diskusi dan praktek secara langsung mengenai media pembelajaran yang sedang didesain. Untuk metode diskusi sendiri dilaksanakan dihari pertama dengan diskusi secara langsung dengan sistem tanya jawab secara langsung. Sedangkan untuk metode praktik dilaksanakan dengan langsung peserta belajar membuat media sesuai yang diajarkan tim pelaksana pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyakat ini adalah Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, tim pelaksana berusaha untuk memfasilitasi kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan baik, agar dapat memberikan manfaat bagi bapak ibu Guru SMP di Kota Lubuklinggau. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, tim pelaksana penggunakan metode sosialisasi yang kemudian dikembangkan dengan memberikan pelatihan penggunaan media inovatif agar Guru SMP dapat mengembangkan dirinya di era digital seperti saat ini. Guru-Guru SMP di Kota Lubuklinggau memiliki pengalaman dan menambah pengetahuan serta keterampilannya dalam memilih media inovatif yang dibutuhkan dalam mengajar di Kelas maupun secara online. Para Guru SMP ini sangat antusias sekali dalam mengikuti kegiatan yang dilaksanakan selama 2 hari. Banyak pertanyaan yang dilontarkan oleh para Guru terkait media inovasi yang cocok dalam dunia Pendidikan. Guru masa kini harus memiliki kemampuan yang besar dalam mengembangkan media. Hal ini penting karena berguna bagi pengajaran terhadap siswa ditingkat SMP. Adanya semangat yang besar dalam menggunakan media inovasi, akan membuat tim pelaksana semakin semangat dalam memberikan materi yang tentunya dibarengi dengan peningkatan Guru SMP dalam mendesain media pembelajaran inovatif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the private madrasah ibtidaiyah program in improving the quality of graduates. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assidiq Giriyoso, Jayaloka District, Musi Rawas Regency. The research subjects consisted of the Principal, Board of Teachers, Chairperson of the Foundation, Students. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique according to Miles & Huberman is interactive model analysis. The results of the study, evaluation of the madrasa program is the most important thing in the success of madrasas in carrying out their programs, madrasas have carried out evaluation activities, so that obstacles and obstacles were identified, such as facility support and student readiness in participating in the tahfiz program, so that this can be a problem in the successful implementation of the madrasa program. However, this matter has been followed up to the head of the madrasah, so that it becomes a consideration for improvements to be made, so that in the future these obstacles and obstacles do not occur again. In conclusion, Madrasahs have carried out evaluation activities, so that obstacles and obstacles were identified, such as facility support and student readiness in participating in the tahfiz program, so that this can be a problem in the successful implementation of the madrasa program, but this has been followed up to the madrasa principal. Abstract

This article aimed at managing information technology based school supervisory managerial supervision database. The approach in this study uses a system approach with a waterfall model. The steps of developing the model are requirements analysis, design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system test. The results show that School supervisors in the North Musi Rawas District Office still use the manual system, and design of managerial supervisory information systems for principals are designed based on planned flowcharts. The results of expert validation, the supervisory managerial supervisory database includes; curriculum and learning administration, class administration, school administration and management, organization and institutions, facilities and infrastructure, staffing, funding, students, community participation, school cultural environment are appropriate to be used. Abstract

Sudut Sastra merupakan wadah dan tempat berbagi informasi seputar literasi imajinatif dalam menghasilkan karya sastra. Fokus dalam kegiatan ini adalah menulis puisi berbasis kearifan lokal. Permasalahn yang dihadapi mitra di Kelurahan Mesat Jaya Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Timur II adalah belum adanya wadah yang membantu dalam meningkatkan kesadaran literasi remaja sehingga remaja tidak mampu menghasilkan atau memahami karya sastra terutama sastra berbasis kearifan lokal. Solusi yang diberikan adalah pembentukan Sudut Sastra yang nantinya bisa mewadahi dan membantu dalam membangun serta meningkatkan kesadaran literasi remaja di Kelurahan Mesat Jaya Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Timur II. Kegiatan yang dilakukan di Sudut Sastra ini berupa kegiatan pembekalan materi mengenai menulis puisi. Evaluasi akan dilakukan pada akhir kegiatan, bertujuan untuk menilai dan mengukur keberhasilan peserta selama mengikuti pelatihan yang dilaksanakan di Sudut Sastra. Adapun luaran dalam pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah hasil pengabdian berbentuk artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan di tahun 2022, Terbentuknya Sudut Sastra beserta struktur kepengurusannya di Kelurahan Mesat Jaya, Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Timur II. Meningkatnya keterampilan menulis puisi bagi remaja di Kelurahan Mesat Jaya, Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Timur II. Kata Kunci:Literasi, Sastra, dan Sudut Sastra

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the school principal's Alaskan system in improving teacher performance. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was conducted at elementary school principals in Lubuklinggau City. The subjects in this study were all people seen by researchers as able to provide data about the elementary school principal's Alaskan system in improving teacher performance. The research subjects included school principals, teacher boards, and staff. Data collection techniques include; observation, interview, and documentation. In contrast, the data analysis technique used is the data analysis method, according to Miles & Huberman, namely interactive model analysis. Data analysis took place simultaneously, which was carried out simultaneously with the data collection process with a flow of stages: data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing & verifying). The study results show the Alaskan system for leaders in knowing the condition of their subordinates do not have to do blusukan every day because they remember that leaders must carry out other tasks in carrying out their duties. Blusukan can also be carried out suddenly to find out the condition of their subordinates at work, and then also, in the era of the advancement of information technology era leaders can utilize information technology tools to support the activities of carrying out blusukans such as the use of CCTV media to monitor the conditions of their subordinates at work. In conclusion, the school principal blusukan system can utilize information technology tools to support blusukan implementation activities, such as the use of CCTV media to monitor the conditions of his subordinates at work Keywords: System, blusukan, principal, performance, teacher

Abstract

The problem in this research is how to use the library at PGRI Silampari University for learning activities and self-development. In its use, the role of the library is not only used by students, but also by lecturers. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the utilization of the PGRI Silampari University Library as a source of student learning. This research method is descriptive qualitative. This method discusses research based on field data or direct observation. To find out the level of usefulness of the PGRI Silampari University Library, the researcher described his research using various reference sources and interviews. The results of this study are the PGRI Silampari University library as a learning resource, that is, all groups, both lecturers and students, can use the library to support the learning system on the UNPARI Campus. Various references can provide valuable benefits both in learning and research. It is very clear that the library has various kinds of references that can support campus activities. The conclusion from this research is that the library as a reference source must be prioritized. Lecturers can invite students to visit the UNPARI library both to support materials and research.

Abstract

Pelatihan dan pendampingan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah serta publikasi merupakan upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan kompetensi akademik mahasiswa. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membekali mahasiswa dengan keterampilan menulis ilmiah yang sistematis, kritis, dan kreatif, sekaligus mendorong mereka untuk mempublikasikan hasil penelitian di jurnal bereputasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan intensif, pendampingan berkelanjutan, serta praktik langsung penyusunan artikel ilmiah. Pelatihan mencakup pemahaman struktur penulisan, metodologi penelitian, teknik penyusunan literatur, analisis data, serta etika publikasi. Pendampingan dilakukan secara personal dan kelompok untuk memastikan mahasiswa mampu merevisi dan menyempurnakan karya mereka sebelum submit ke jurnal. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap kaidah penulisan ilmiah, termasuk kemampuan merumuskan masalah, menyusun tinjauan pustaka, dan menganalisis data. Selain itu, partisipasi mahasiswa dalam publikasi jurnal nasional dan internasional meningkat, yang berdampak pada peningkatan reputasi akademik perguruan tinggi. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan program meliputi komitmen tinggi dari fasilitator, akses terhadap sumber referensi terkini, serta motivasi internal mahasiswa. Kendala yang dihadapi antara lain keterbatasan waktu mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan naskah dan rendahnya tingkat kepercayaan diri dalam submit ke jurnal bereputasi. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan yang terstruktur dapat secara efektif meningkatkan kualitas karya tulis ilmiah mahasiswa serta produktivitas publikasi. Rekomendasi untuk pengembangan selanjutnya termasuk penyediaan modul digital, kolaborasi dengan reviewer ahli, dan pendirian klinik penulisan untuk pendampingan jangka panjang. Dengan demikian, program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kapasitas individu mahasiswa tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pengembangan budaya akademik yang berkelanjutan di lingkungan perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the participative leadership of driving school principals at State Senior High Schools (SMA) in Lubuklinggau City. This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. The research subjects consisted of the Principal, Teacher Council, School Staff. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research, the participatory leadership of the school principal driving Lubuklinggau City State High School (SMA) is as follows: able to create a good work climate, build two-way communication, verbal and non-verbal, provide motivation, and be able to collaborate with subordinates and make the right decisions. In conclusion, the school principal can build two-way verbal and non-verbal communication and can provide motivation, thereby creating a conducive work climate; with a conducive work climate, there will be good cooperation between the principal, teachers, and school staff. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of private high schools in improving school quality. This study used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. The subjects of the study consisted of the Principal, Teachers' Council, and School Staff. Data collection techniques; interviews, documentation, and observation. Using the Miles & Huberman data analysis technique, namely interactive model analysis. The results of the study, educators and education personnel, were carried out through selective recruitment, ongoing training, competency development, and routine performance evaluations. Students formed OSIS, extracurricular clubs, and coaching teams to support student activities. Facilities and infrastructure, namely compiling a facility management team, setting a maintenance schedule, recording needs. Finance, namely optimizing the use of existing facilities, carrying out routine maintenance, and ensuring the feasibility of facilities to support the learning process. Facilities and infrastructure through periodic audits, checking the feasibility of facilities, and collecting input from users for improvement and development. Conclusion, the management of private high schools in improving school quality consists of planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating schools which include; teaching and education personnel, students, facilities and infrastructure, finance, and curriculum.  Keywords: Management, School Quality, Senior High School
