Implementation of Excellent Private Ibtidaiyah Madrasah Programs in Rural Areas Ahmad Gawdy Prananosa; Donni Pestalozi; M. Rusni Eka Putra

This study aims to determine the implementation of the flagship program of private madrasah ibtidaiyah in rural areas. Using a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. It was held at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assidiq Giriyoso, Jayaloka District. The research subjects consisted of the Principal, the Board of Teachers, and the Foundation. Data collection technique; observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis step uses an interactive model from Miles and Huberman. The results of the research show that the implementation of the madrasah flagship program is implemented well, namely: 1) the material is delivered according to the ability level of the students, 2) the material delivered has been planned in the learning implementation plan, 3) the teacher is prepared to focus on the abilities of each student, so that the material what is conveyed can be easily accepted by students, 4) facilities and infrastructure, especially tahfiz boarding schools are prepared in front of their respective classes, 5) the curriculum prepared is in accordance with the analysis of students' abilities, which are listed in the learning implementation plan, 6) finances, especially in giving honorarium for teaching staff, according to the number of working hours that have been carried out, and 7) relations with the community are always well established, especially in supporting madrasah flagship programs, because the community is an important element in using products from madrasah. In conclusion, the implementation of the flagship program of tahfiz al-qur'an and English can really have a positive impact on the development of madrasah, because the alumni of madrasah ibtidaiyah Giriyoso are able to compete academically with other students, at the state junior high school level, so that parents entrust their children to school in madrasah

This article aimed at managing information technology based school supervisory managerial supervision database. The approach in this study uses a system approach with a waterfall model. The steps of developing the model are requirements analysis, design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system test. The results show that School supervisors in the North Musi Rawas District Office still use the manual system, and design of managerial supervisory information systems for principals are designed based on planned flowcharts. The results of expert validation, the supervisory managerial supervisory database includes; curriculum and learning administration, class administration, school administration and management, organization and institutions, facilities and infrastructure, staffing, funding, students, community participation, school cultural environment are appropriate to be used. The problem in this study is that volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City still have jumps and punches in the weak category, this is due to the weak power of the students' leg muscles which causes the smash to be performed less than optimal. The research objective was to determine whether there was a relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the smash ability of volleyball players at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City. The variables of this study were the leg muscle explosive power as the independent variable, and the smash ability was the dependent variable. This type of research is correlational research. This research was conducted on 14 male volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City. The instrument for collecting the explosive power of the leg muscles used the vertical jump test and the smash used the smash ability test. The data analysis technique used the product moment correlation formula. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between the leg muscle explosive power (x) and the volleyball smash ability (y), the calculation result was rxy = 0.55 from this value can be categorized as moderate. The results stated that there was a significant relationship between the explosive power of leg muscles on the smash ability of volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City, this was stated based on hypothesis testing where t hit = 2.280 > t tab = 2.178.

This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, control and evaluation of educators at SD IT Mutiara Cendekia Lubuklinggau. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. The research subjects consisted of the principal, the board of teachers and staff, the guardians of elementary students of IT Mutiara Mutiara Scholar Lubuklinggau. The results of the study, the planning of educators is done well as the teacher and student ratio (2/22) is very relevant in the learning and teaching process. Conclusions in this study, namely 1), the planning of Mutiara IT Scholar SD Lubuklinggau elementary school educators went well namely recruiting educators by selecting the administration of job application files and the ability to read al-Qur'an as well as micro teaching tests, 2) the implementation of educators through coaching from the foundation twice a month, 2013 curriculum training and teacher quality development seminars, 3) the principal controls the teaching staff by going around the learning room during the learning process, checking the attendance of educators through finger print, and learning journals in the classroom, 4 ) the school principal uses a questionnaire, and then disseminates it to students so that the information about the teaching staff in carrying out their tasks can be known and provided guidance by the school principal. This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's leadership style and communication skills on the performance of high school teachers in North Musi Rawas Regency. The research method in this study uses a quantitative approach, using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study used multiple regression analysis with the classical least squares method (Ordinary Least Square), then assumption tests include; multicollinearity, heterokedasticity, autocorrelation, normally distributed. While the statistical hypothesis using the T test and F test. The results of the analysis of variable X1 obtained t-count = 2.644 and p-value = 0.027 / 2 = 0.013 <0.05, meaningful leadership style has a positive effect on teacher performance. Then from the results of the analysis of variable X2 obtained t-count = 2.526 and p-value = 0.013 / 2 = 0.006 <0.05. In conclusion, communication skills have a positive effect on teacher performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the recruitment of lecturers and education personnel at STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the study, Recruitment of lecturers and education staff at STKIP PGRI Lubklinggau include; setting standards, implementing recruitment, evaluating, controlling and improving quality. Determination of lecturer recruitment standards involves all related units such as quality assurance institutions, majors, study programs, the head of staffing and the general administrative body, the chairman and vice chairman. The recruitment depends on the needs of lecturers and education personnel in each study program, which is to meet the needs of the ratio of lecturers and students. Conclusions, the recruitment of lecturers and education staff at STKIP PGRI Lubklinggau includes; setting standards, implementing recruitment, evaluating, controlling and improving quality. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a direct positive relationship between teachers of public high schools in the city of Lubuklinggau. This study was designed using a survey method and in data collection using a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 38 teachers from Public High Schools in the city of Lubuklinggau. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive direct effect of transformational leadership on innovation. The conclusions from this study are the results of the transformation of effective principals, the innovation of high teachers. Keywords: Influence, Transparency of Leadership, Innovation, Teacher.

The purpose of this study was to determine classroom management in the SMA Negeri 2 Model Lubuklinggau City. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques include; observation, interview and documentation. To determine the validity (trustworthiness) of the data required inspection techniques. There are four criteria that can be used to test the validity of data, namely the degree of trust (credibility), transferability, dependability and the certainty of data and research results, data analysis techniques using techniques; editing, category, displaying data and interpretation. Conclusion, classroom management in Lubuklinggau City Model 2 Senior High School is quite good, this can be seen from the classroom atmosphere and students' motivation in learning quite well and then also adequate facility support in managing classroom management. The purpose of this research is to manage an android-based lecturer performance database. The approach in this study uses a systems approach with a waterfall model. The steps in developing the model are; 1) requirements analysis, 2) design, 3) implementation and unit testing. 4) integration and system test. The results of the study, the results of the database expert validation include; study programs, lecturers, courses, classes, students, and reports are appropriate to use. Website expert validation is carried out on 5 indicators, namely; a) content, b) readibility, c) speed, d) technological sophistication, and e) access worth using.
