Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the private madrasah ibtidaiyah program in improving the quality of graduates. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assidiq Giriyoso, Jayaloka District, Musi Rawas Regency. The research subjects consisted of the Principal, Board of Teachers, Chairperson of the Foundation, Students. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique according to Miles & Huberman is interactive model analysis. The results of the study, evaluation of the madrasa program is the most important thing in the success of madrasas in carrying out their programs, madrasas have carried out evaluation activities, so that obstacles and obstacles were identified, such as facility support and student readiness in participating in the tahfiz program, so that this can be a problem in the successful implementation of the madrasa program. However, this matter has been followed up to the head of the madrasah, so that it becomes a consideration for improvements to be made, so that in the future these obstacles and obstacles do not occur again. In conclusion, Madrasahs have carried out evaluation activities, so that obstacles and obstacles were identified, such as facility support and student readiness in participating in the tahfiz program, so that this can be a problem in the successful implementation of the madrasa program, but this has been followed up to the madrasa principal. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the school principal's Alaskan system in improving teacher performance. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was conducted at elementary school principals in Lubuklinggau City. The subjects in this study were all people seen by researchers as able to provide data about the elementary school principal's Alaskan system in improving teacher performance. The research subjects included school principals, teacher boards, and staff. Data collection techniques include; observation, interview, and documentation. In contrast, the data analysis technique used is the data analysis method, according to Miles & Huberman, namely interactive model analysis. Data analysis took place simultaneously, which was carried out simultaneously with the data collection process with a flow of stages: data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing & verifying). The study results show the Alaskan system for leaders in knowing the condition of their subordinates do not have to do blusukan every day because they remember that leaders must carry out other tasks in carrying out their duties. Blusukan can also be carried out suddenly to find out the condition of their subordinates at work, and then also, in the era of the advancement of information technology era leaders can utilize information technology tools to support the activities of carrying out blusukans such as the use of CCTV media to monitor the conditions of their subordinates at work. Abstract

This research aims to determine the participative leadership of driving school principals at State Senior High Schools (SMA) in Lubuklinggau City. This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. The research subjects consisted of the Principal, Teacher Council, School Staff. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research, the participatory leadership of the school principal driving Lubuklinggau City State High School (SMA) is as follows: able to create a good work climate, build two-way communication, verbal and non-verbal, provide motivation, and be able to collaborate with subordinates and make the right decisions. In conclusion, the school principal can build two-way verbal and non-verbal communication and can provide motivation, thereby creating a conducive work climate; with a conducive work climate, there will be good cooperation between the principal, teachers, and school staff. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of private high schools in improving school quality. This study used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. The subjects of the study consisted of the Principal, Teachers' Council, and School Staff. Data collection techniques; interviews, documentation, and observation. Using the Miles & Huberman data analysis technique, namely interactive model analysis. The results of the study, educators and education personnel, were carried out through selective recruitment, ongoing training, competency development, and routine performance evaluations. Students formed OSIS, extracurricular clubs, and coaching teams to support student activities. Facilities and infrastructure, namely compiling a facility management team, setting a maintenance schedule, recording needs. Finance, namely optimizing the use of existing facilities, carrying out routine maintenance, and ensuring the feasibility of facilities to support the learning process. Facilities and infrastructure through periodic audits, checking the feasibility of facilities, and collecting input from users for improvement and development. Conclusion, the management of private high schools in improving school quality consists of planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating schools which include; teaching and education personnel, students, facilities and infrastructure, finance, and curriculum.  Keywords: Management, School Quality, Senior High School
