Abstract

Effectiveness of Health Education Towards The Increase of Young Women On The Treatment Of Dismenorrhea With Abdominal Stretching In SMP Negeri 1 Cisalak Subang 2020ABSTRACTHealth education is a series of experiences that influence an individual's knowledge. The success of health counseling depends on the component or the media of learning. Based on the results of the recapitulation data of SMP Negeri 1 Cisalak’s female students who had to leave their study activities and rest at home due dismenorrhea to 33%, the figure is quite high compared to the incidence of other diseases that cause students to rest at home. The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of health education through video and leaflets on young women's knowledge of the treatment of dismenorrhea with abdominal stretching in SMP Negeri 1 Cisalak. This research uses Quasi Experiment Design and Non Equivalent Control Group (pretest posttest control group design) approach method. The sample of this research is 153 students who were taken from the 3rd grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Cisalak. Respondents will be divided into two groups. A total of 77 were included in the video group and a total of 76 were included in the leaflet group. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The study was conducted in August 2020. The results used Paired samples T-Test with an average knowledge score of 80.07 leaflet group and 83.70 video group with P-Value of 0.000. The conclusion of this study is that there were significant differences in average scores between leaflet and video groups. So health education is more effectively provided with video media. Abstract

Physical changes that occur in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy sometimes cause discomfort to the mother, one of which is lower back pain. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of pregnancy exercise on reducing low back pain in pregnant women in the second and third trimesters of the Cipayung District Health Center. The population of this study were all patients at the Cipayung District Health Center with a sample of 20 respondents. This study was a quantitative pre-experimental study with a one group pretest- posttest design type. Retrieval of data using the Numeric Rating Scale. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate. The results showed that the p-value was 0.001 with the p value of this study showed the p value <α (0.05) which means that it has a very significant difference in value. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted for the reduction of low back pain in pregnant women in trimesters II and III. It is recommended that pregnant women in the II and III trimesters do exercise so that the lower back will experience a reduction in pain where the mother can ask for information from health workers about how to do pregnancy exercise Keywords Pregnancy exercise, lower back pain, pregnant women in the II and III trimesters

Abstract

Children are the next generation of the nation in the future, of course, they need to get good attention and education so that their potential can be channeled and developed properly, so that they will grow and develop into humans who have various abilities and skills that are beneficial to life. Sex education in children is defined as education about the anatomy of organs that can be continued in sexual reproduction. Based on the various solutions for the activities mentioned above, the output targets to be achieved in this program are formulated, including scientific publications and increasing knowledge of teachers and students. This type of counseling with participatory methods in the Prevention of Sexual Violence in Children with Learning Media for teachers and students at PKP JIS Kindergarten, East Jakarta. The activity was carried out in January at the PKP JIS Kindergarten East Jakarta. The results of a series of community service activities for teachers and students at PKP JIS, Kindergarten, East Jakarta, turned out to be quite satisfying, both mastery of the material that had been given. The participants' understanding was seen during the discussion, KSPA asked and answered. From the results of the questions carried out in the discussion with the participants after being given counseling material, it can be concluded that the KSPA counseling went well, teachers and students looked enthusiastic about the large number of participants who attended and hoped that this activity would continue

Abstract

Sex education in children can already be given to children at this age. Sigmund Freud (Santrock) in the theory of psychoanalysis that explains the development of gender and the development of sex roles in someone who has begun to give birth to a child. It seems that the efforts that have been made have not been maximized, this can be seen from the phenomenon of violence against children which is very worrying, especially sexual violence. Various print and electronic media reported many cases of sexual violence from various regions in Indonesia so that Indonesia was said to be an emergency of sexual violence. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of learning videos to increase PAUD children's knowledge of Sexual Violence in Kec. Batu Ampar Batam City, Riau Islands Province. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) carried out for two cycles. Each cycle consists of 2 meetings with the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research was conducted at PAUD Kec. Batu Ampar, Batam Kepualau Riau on April 22, 2019. The subjects of this study were PAUD students Kec. Batu Ampar, Batam as many as 30 children. All decision makers can explain about sexual violence against children (KSPA) and can explain examples of KSPA. PAUD teacher's knowledge of child sexual abuse in general is good, it can be seen from the informants' answers that are straightforward about the definition of sexual violence on children and can provide examples of sexual violence against children such as seeing or feeling the child's intimate organs (genitals and or breasts), obscene views, sexual abuse,showing his genitals to children. Keywords :  sexual assault, child sexual abuse, knowledge, tutorial video

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pengetahuan dan persepsi guru SMA terhadap pendekatan Deep Learning. Pendekatan deep learning ini dirancang untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih mendalam, relevan, dan menyenangkan bagi siswa melalui tiga pilar utama, yaitu Mindfull Learning, Meaningfull Learning, dan Joyfull Learning. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif metode survei yang melibatkan 20 orang guru SMA di Kota Bandung dan Kota Bandar Lampung melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan analisis data percentage correction. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 90% responden yang pernah mendengar istilah deep learning, 65% responden mengungkapkan jika deep learning bagian dari kecerdasan buatan (artificial intelligence). Kemudian 55% responden menganggap bahwa deep learning sangat penting dalam konteks pendidikan, 55% responden sangat mengetahui cara penerapan deep learning dalam pendidikan, hanya 25% responden yang mengetahui aplikasi deep learning dalam pendidikan dan 15% responden menyebut bahwa Vertex AI sebagai aplikasi deep learning. Selanjutya, 65% responden setuju bahwa mereka perlu mengusai deep learning untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan 35% responden menyebutkan jika deep learning dapat membantu dalam mengidentifikasi kebutuhan siswa. Terdapat 45% responden menganggap jika mereka sudah siap menggunakan deep learning dalam pembelajaran. Diharapkan, hasil analisis ini dapat memberikan gambaran tentang kesiapan dan harapan para pendidik dalam menghadapi dinamika perkembangan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia.
