Abstract

Datawerecollectedthroughstructuredinterviewsandobservationdocumentation. The data collectedisabout thepublic perception ofwanderthatin terms ofeducation, income, andotherlocations.These results indicatethat thefirstis based onthe public perception ofeducation,theyfeelthateducationis very importantbecausenowtheyfeelthislack ofeducationmakestheirlife difficult,sotheydecidedtomigrate. Secondly, based onthe public perception oftheir incomestatesthatthe incomethey earnis notenoughto make ends meet. Third, based onpeoples perceptionsabouttheir locationstatingthatnomadsnomadsis inKanagarianSulikAielotgenerallylocated in areasof JavaandSumatra. Fourth, based onpeoples perceptionsaboutthe otherstates thattheygo abroadisbecause ofmaritalstatus.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the behavior patterns and strategies used by SMAN 8 teachers in improving character education for students, considering that today the character of the nation's children is increasingly immoral. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research approach used is qualitative research, with descriptive methods. In this case, the description will be more to provide a review in the form of a real and comprehensive picture related to the implementation of online learning. This study uses observation, interviews and documentation techniques in the data collection process. From the results of the study, it is clear that the behavior patterns and strategies used by SMAN 8 teachers to improve character education in students are very good and have been successfully implemented and imitated by their students.

Abstract

The enthusiasm for student learning is important in an effort to support students in their learning achievements both in academic and non-academic achievements. The failure of students is a concern for researchers to see the background which is a source of enthusiasm for learning for students. Based on the results of the researcher's research, the researcher saw many cases where students had low interest in learning because there was no enthusiasm for learning from within the students. This research will examine the inhibiting and supporting factors that become the enthusiasm for student learning at SMK Mandiri Medan. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. Where the researcher made direct observations and conducted interviews with several students as samples. Based on the results of the study, the researchers found several factors that supported students' enthusiasm for learning including high motivation, enthusiasm, a sense of accomplishment and a desire to develop. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in the enthusiasm for learning in class XII students at SMK Mandiri Medan include a non-conducive learning environment, lack of support for students, excessive pressure and demands. Abstract

Minuman Nutrisari adalah salah satu merek minuman kesehatan yang cukup terkenal di Indonesia. Produk ini pertama kali diperkenalkan oleh PT. Nutrisari Prima Lestari pada tahun 1992. Nutrisari dikenal dengan produk-produknya yang terbuat dari bahan alami, terutama buah-buahan dan sayuran segar, yang diekstraksi dengan teknologi modern untuk mempertahankan nutrisi dan rasa alami. Konsep Nutrisari adalah menjadikan buah-buahan dan sayuran sebagai bahan dasar yang sehat dan bermanfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh, serta memberikan pilihan minuman yang lebih baik daripada minuman berkarbonasi yang mengandung gula tinggi. Kepuasan Pelanggan dan loyalitas konsumen sangat penting bagi suatu perusahaan, karena dapat memengaruhi performa produk dan kesuksesan perusahaan. Konsumen yang puas dan setia cenderung membeli produk dari merek yang sama secara terus-menerus dan merekomendasikan merek tersebut kepada orang lain. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan harus memastikan bahwa produk dan layanan yang ditawarkan memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan konsumen, serta melakukan perbaikan jika diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh variabel X1 kepuasan pelanggan dan variabel X2 loyalitas konsumen terhadap Y tingkat konsumsi produk Nutrisari. Adapun lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada masyarakat Jakarta dengan responden sebanyak 100 orang. Metode analisis data yang dilakukan adalah Uji Asumsi Klasik seperti Uji Autokorelasi, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji Heterokedastisitas serta menggunakan alat analisis Regresi Berganda. Peneliti akan membuat luaran jurnal nasional akreditasi sinta 5 mengenai penelitian ini.
