Abstract

Mong elementary school children, so this problem should be resolved by providing training in reading the Al-Qur’an properly and correctly to improve their ability. Reciting Al-Qur’an. Based on these problems, community service students majoring in Islamic education counseling 3 UINSU will provide training in learning to read the Al-Qur’an to elementary school children in Brandan Barat Subdistrict with the hope of helping and improving the reading of the Al-Qur’an to elementary school children in the Subdistrict. The. The method used in this activity uses Using qualitative research methods, because the approach taken is through a descriptive qualitative approach, in qualitative research using the results of interviews and observations and training methods for elementary school children in Brandan Barat Subdistrict by conducting training in reading the Al-Qur’an at the homes of residents who are Koran teachers in the new village of Brandan Barat subdistrict. This Al-Qur’an reading training is carried out every evening at the Koran teacher’s house and is assisted by community service students from UINSU. Based on the results of the implementation of the program carried out by UINSU community service students, they will be able to improve the abilities of elementary school children in Brandan Barat Subdistrict both in reading the Al- Qur’an, training in the tone of reading the Al-Qur’an and reading tajwid verses of the Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seorang Guru bagi masyarakat awam selama ini dipahami sebagai orang yang pekerjaannya mengajar. Ditambah lagi dengan Pergeseran pengertian guru dari orang yang pekerjaannya mengajar menjadi pendidik profesional, tetapi bagi sebagian orang mungkin tidak begitu dimasalahkan. Guru memiliki pengaruh yang luar biasa bagi arah pengembangan pendidikan di Indonesia pergeseran pemahaman terhadap guru dari mengajar menjadi pendidik sudah menjadi keputusan hukum di Indonesia yang telah disahkan baik aturan tentang Guru dan Dosen. Hukum memberikan penjelasan guru sebagai pendidik profesional ketimbang sebagai orang yang pekerjaannya mengajar dengan kemampuan tenaga professional. Siswa akan terdorong untuk belajar manakala mereka memiliki motivasi untuk belajar. 1) Kuatnya kemauan untuk berbuat, 2) Jumlah waktu yang disediakan untuk belajar, 3) Kerelaan meninggalkan kewajiban atau tugas yang lain, 4) Ketekunan dalam mengerjakan tugas. Menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa merupakan salah satu teknik dalam mengembangkan kemampuan dan kemauan belajar. Salah satu cara yang logis untuk momotivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran adalah mengaitkan pengalaman belajar dengan motivasi siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to apply group counseling with a behavioral approach to improve the learning achievement abilities of class VII students at MTS TPI Medan. This research uses quantitative. The method used in this research is one group pre-test and post-test design. The population in this study was all 60 class VII students. The research sample consisted of 9 students. The data collection tool is a learning achievement questionnaire whose validity has been tested using SPSS 29.0. From the results of the t test in the form of a paired sample test, learning achievement ability is in the high category with an average value (mean) of 16.88889 and also shows that there is a significant value of <.001, meaning less than 0.05, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected. So it can be said that there is a significant difference between learning achievement abilities before and after implementing group counseling with a behavioral approach.

Abstract

The enthusiasm for student learning is important in an effort to support students in their learning achievements both in academic and non-academic achievements. The failure of students is a concern for researchers to see the background which is a source of enthusiasm for learning for students. Based on the results of the researcher's research, the researcher saw many cases where students had low interest in learning because there was no enthusiasm for learning from within the students. This research will examine the inhibiting and supporting factors that become the enthusiasm for student learning at SMK Mandiri Medan. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. Where the researcher made direct observations and conducted interviews with several students as samples. Based on the results of the study, the researchers found several factors that supported students' enthusiasm for learning including high motivation, enthusiasm, a sense of accomplishment and a desire to develop. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in the enthusiasm for learning in class XII students at SMK Mandiri Medan include a non-conducive learning environment, lack of support for students, excessive pressure and demands. Abstract

The spirit of learning for students is very important to support their academic and non-academic achievements. Student failures are a concern for researchers to see the background that is the source of learning spirit. Based on the research results, many cases make students lose interest in learning because there is no learning spirit from within the students themselves. This study will examine the factors that hinder and support student learning spirit at SMK Mandiri Medan. The method used in this research is qualitative method, with researchers conducting direct observations and interviews with several students as samples. The results of the study show that supporting factors for student learning spirit include high motivation, enthusiasm, sense of achievement, and desire for development. Meanwhile, the obstacles to student learning spirit in class XII of SMK Mandiri Medan include an uncondusive learning environment, lack of support for students, pressure, and excessive demands.

Abstract

Abstrak. Komunikasi antar pribadi merupakan keterlibatan internal secara aktif dan individu menjadi pengirim sekaligus penerima pesan, memberikan umpan balik bagi dirinya sendiri dalam proses internal yang berkelanjutan, komunikasi antarpribadi dapat memicu bentuk komunikasi yang lainnya. Pentingnya situasi komunikasi antarpribadi ialah karena prosesnya memungkinkan berlangsung secara dialogis. Dialog itu sendiri adalah bentuk komunikasi antarpribadi yang menunjukkan terjadinya interaksi. Mereka yang terlibat dalam komunikasi bentuk dialog ini berfungsi ganda, masing-masing menjadi pembicara dan pendengar. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk pentingnya komunikasi orang tua di era modern dalam membentuk Kepercayaan Diri Peserta Didik Yang Kesulitan Dalam Berkomunikasi Di Kelurahan Amplas, Gunung Tua dan Desa Tembung. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan lokasi penelitian di Desa Tembung Kec. Percut Sei Tuan Kab. Deli serdang, Kelurahan Pasar Gunung Tua Kec. Padang Bolak Kab. Padang Lawas Utara, Dan Di Kelurahan Amplas Kec. Medan Amplas. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa di dalam kelas sangat perlu dilakukan. Interpersonal communication is an active internal involvement and individuals become both senders and recipients of messages, providing feedback for themselves in an ongoing internal process, interpersonal communication can trigger other forms of communication. The importance of the interpersonal communication situation is that the process allows it to take place in a dialogical manner. Dialogue itself is a form of interpersonal communication that shows the occurrence of interaction. Those who are involved in this form of dialogue have a dual function, each being a speaker and a listener. The purpose of this research is the importance of parental communication in the modern era in shaping the self-confidence of students who have difficulty communicating in Amplas, Gunung Tua and Tembung villages. The research method that the author uses is a qualitative research method with the research location in Tembung Village, Kec. Percut Sei Tuan Kab. Deli Serdang, Pasar Gunung Tua Village, Kec. Back and forth District. North Padang Lawas, and in the Amplas Village, Kec. Sandpaper Field. Efforts made by teachers in increasing student confidence in the classroom really need to be done.
