Abstract

ABSTRACTThe terminal is a place for stopping public transportation, both city and intercity, where potential passengers meet. with an angkot that takes him to his destination. People tend to choose urban and inter-city transportation as a means of transportation to the target area. To review retribution at the Landungsari terminal in Malang City as a service to use a parking space for transportation vehicles while waiting for departure, amidst the Corona Covid-19 virus epidemic. The fact is that public transportation drivers accept the application of terminal fees imposed by the Malang City government, the stipulation is Rp. 1,000 (one thousand rupiah). During the Corona Covid-19 Pandemic, the activities of the drivers were disturbed so that the income level decreased due to the absence of passengers. The government implements terminal fees in order to expect remuneration for the location of the terminal provided by the government for the community, especially public transportation drivers looking for income. It is recommended for drivers to comply with tax retribution payments in a timely manner so that they can help and participate in increasing regional tax results in the city of Malang in the midst of the Corona Covid-19 pandemic, by following the health protocols of both drivers and public transportation passengers such as washing hands, wearing masks and maintaining distance. Keywords: Public transportaition, corona, retribution, stationABSTRAKTerminal merupakan tempat pemberhentian kendaraan umum, baik kota maupun antarkota, tempat calon penumpang bertemu. dengan angkot yang membawanya ke tempat tujuannya. Masyarakat cenderung memilih transportasi perkotaan dan antar kota sebagai alat transportasi menuju daerah sasaran. Meninjau retribusi di terminal Landungsari Kota Malang sebagai pelayanan penggunaan tempat parkir kendaraan angkut sambil menunggu pemberangkatan, di tengah wabah virus Corona Covid-19. Faktanya, para sopir angkot menerima pemberlakuan retribusi terminal yang diberlakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Malang, ketentuannya Rp. 1.000 (seribu rupiah). Pada saat Pandemi Corona Covid-19, aktivitas para pengemudi terganggu sehingga tingkat pendapatan menurun akibat tidak adanya penumpang. Pemerintah menerapkan biaya terminal dengan harapan adanya remunerasi bagi lokasi terminal yang disediakan oleh pemerintah bagi masyarakat, khususnya para pengemudi angkot yang sedang mencari penghasilan. Disarankan bagi para pengemudi untuk mematuhi pembayaran retribusi pajak secara tepat waktu sehingga dapat membantu dan berpartisipasi dalam meningkatkan hasil pajak daerah di kota Malang di tengah pandemi Corona Covid-19, dengan mengikuti protokol kesehatan keduanya. pengemudi dan penumpang angkot seperti mencuci tangan, memakai masker dan menjaga jarak. Kata kunci: Angkutan umum, korona, retribusi, stasiun

Abstract

One of the business sector in Indonesia is Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM), which have an important role for economic growth, but for now, small, and medium enterprises are one of the businesses that have collapsed due to a decrease in income due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine whether there is a difference in income after and when Covid-19 occurs in, small and medium enterprises (UKM). The method used in this research is quantitative research methods and different tests. In this research, it was obtained by collecting questionnaires. The population in this study was not known how many, so the researcher used the Non Probability Sampling technique. The researcher used the accidental sampling method, the number of samples. Obtained as many as 31 UKM.Based on the results oh the different test, it obtained a significance value of 0,002<0,05 so that the Covid-19 variabel (X) had a positive effect on the income variabel (Y), which stated that the results of tcount were greater than, namely 3,439(X), 4,689(Y) > 1,468 means ho is rejected and is accepted. The decline in income in small and medium enterprises (UKM) in Landungsari Vilage and how to take emergency measuresto help Small and Medium Enterprises to survive the condition of the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The prioritized issues in developing branding and marketing for Bubur Pedas (Spicy Porridge) micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through social media and digital marketing strategies can be addressed gradually by adopting digital branding and marketing approaches. The implementation of sustainable programs, along with mentoring to establish business partnerships, plays a crucial role in this process. This study presents the execution of a Training on Branding and Marketing Development for Bubur Pedas Products through Social Media and Digital Marketing conducted by the Community Service Team, which received a positive response from Bubur Pedas MSMEs, represented by Kak Eva. The training results have significantly assisted the MSMEs in enhancing their product marketing by improving product quality through packaging design and effective marketing strategies on social media and digital platforms. Consequently, this training method proves to be both effective and efficient in enhancing the competitiveness of Bubur Pedas products from MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the selling price determination strategy at the Gendhis Agroindustry Apple Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) located in Bumiaji District, Batu City, with a focus on the application of the Mark-Up Pricing method in calculating product selling prices. Methods: The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a markup pricing approach. Researchers collect data through interviews, observations, and documentation that includes the cost of raw materials, labor, and factory overhead involved in production. The data obtained is used to calculate the selling price of the product using the Mark-Up Pricing method. The study's results indicate that SME Gendhis Agroindustry Apple currently sets the selling price based on a rough estimate without detailed calculations. This causes a significant difference between the market price and the price calculated using the Mark-Up Pricing method. With a 40% mark-up, the selling price of apple milk pie products is IDR 3,072 per piece and apple brownie chips are IDR 4,276 per piece. Although this method is simple and effective in covering production costs and profit margins, this method does not take into account external factors such as consumer purchasing power and the level of market competition, The conclusion of this study shows that the application of the Mark-Up Pricing method is effective in covering production costs and profit margins. However, the lack of detailed calculations and external factors such as consumer purchasing power and market competition need to be considered. It is recommended that SMEs record production costs in detail and conduct market analysis to adjust selling prices to consumer purchasing power and market conditions.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in Indonesia's economy, especially in the food industry sector such as tofu factories. However, MSMEs face significant challenges in improving their competitiveness, such as fluctuations in raw material prices, limited capital, intense market competition, and lack of access to digital marketing technology. This study aims to analyze the experiences and challenges faced by tofu factory MSMEs and the strategies that can be applied to enhance their competitiveness. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with in-depth interview techniques and direct observations of business owners in Batu City. The research findings indicate that the main challenges include high production costs, limited capital, and lack of product innovation. Strategies that can be implemented include cost efficiency, product diversification, digital marketing utilization, and quality improvement. With the right strategies, tofu factory MSMEs can strengthen their competitiveness and ensure business sustainability in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of tax planning to optimize income tax (PPh) Article 21 for employees of PT. Magnum Attack. The research location is where the researcher conducts direct research, observing actual events that occur from the object being studied in order to obtain accurate data. This research was conducted at PT Magnum Attack. The type of research used in this study was a descriptive quantitative approach by describing or depicting the actual state of the research object to identify and analyze the problems faced by the research object and then compare them with existing standards. The data sources used to support this research are primary and secondary data. The data collection methods used by the researcher are observation, interviews, and documentation. The research method used by the researcher in this study is data collected through report studies and literature studies used as guidelines in conducting quantitative analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the alternative to Article 21 income tax deduction that provides the greatest benefit to PT Magnum Attack is the gross-up method. This method excludes employee food and phone allowances from the take-home pay calculation and instead provides catering and vouchers. These costs can be deducted from the company's profit and loss and can be recognized fiscally as a deduction from the income tax payable.

Abstract

Learning motivation plays a vital role in achieving optimal learning outcomes. This study aimed to examine the effect of educational-themed films on enhancing students’ learning motivation. The research involved 14 psychology students from Malikussaleh University who were divided into an experimental group and a control group. The research design used was a pretest-posttest control group design. The experimental group was given an intervention using Nussa and Rara video media, while the control group was not. The results showed that the mean score of the experimental group (10.60) was higher than that of the control group (9.30). The significance value obtained was 0.015 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant difference in the gain scores between the two groups. These findings suggest that educational-themed films have a positive effect on increasing students’ learning motivation and can be used as an alternative media in the learning process to enhance motivation and engagement.
