Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of Problem Based Learning-based science modules to improve problem-solving skills and to determine the feasibility of Problem Based Learning-based science modules. The method used in this study is the Research and Development proposed by Dick and Carey. Module development is assessed based on the feasibility of materials, learning tools, media, and language by 3 lecturers, 1 language expert, and 1 teacher. Data collection ability to solve problems using tests. The development stage of the Problem Based Learning-based science module to improve problem-solving skills in human and environmental materials begins with a needs analysis, the design stage is in the form of drafting the module draft, the develop stage is in the form of validating the module draft, after being valid, a trial is carried out. The modules developed have a very good quality category so that they are suitable for use in science learning. Furthermore, there is an increase in the average problem-solving ability during learning using a Problem Based Learning-based science module to improve problem-solving skills as indicated by the results of the pre-test and post-test.

Abstract

Kesehatan mental di sekolah dasar merupakan hal penting untuk diketahui. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) mengidentifikasi kesehatan mental di sekolah dasar; 2) mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kesehatan mental di sekolah dasar; serta 3) menganalisis artikel publikasi (tujuan, metode dan hasil penelitian) dalam jurnal ilmiah periode tahun 2010-2022 yang relevan dengan kesehatan mental di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review dengan seluruh artikel yang ditemukan yang selanjutnya diseleksi sesuai kriteria inklusi, eksklusi dan quality assessment. Dihasilkan 36 artikel ilmiah yang dapat dianalisis sesuai dengan pertanyaan penelitian yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian berupa gambaran kesehatan mental di sekolah dasar yang selama ini masih belum banyak dibahas oleh penelitian terdahulu termasuk faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh didalamnya, metode atau teknik yang digunakan dan kecenderungan penelitian selama kurun waktu tahun 2010 – 2022. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada ditemukannya penelitian berikutnya yang dapat dijadikan sebagai pijakan awal para peneliti berikutnya yang memiliki ketertarikan dalam tema penelitian tentang kesehatan mental di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Abstrak : Pengembangan Media Papan Permainan dalam Pembelajaran Menulis Siswa Kelas III Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangakan Papan PETRALIS (Permainan Terampil Tulis) sebagai media pembelajaran menulis untuk siswa kelas III Sekolah Dasar. Responden yang terlibat yaitu ahli media, ahli bahasa, ahli materi, dan siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu RnD (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner. Melalui uji ahli diperoleh skor 85,88% dari ahli media, 95% dari ahli bahasa, dan 97,14% dari ahli materi. Untuk one to one evaluation diperoleh skor 99,58% dan small group evaluation diperoleh skor 97,81%. Hal ini menunjukkan Papan PETRALIS mencapai kriteria sangat baik dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Kata kunci: Pengembangan, Papan Permainan, Pembelajaran Menulis

Abstract

Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) merupakan bahan ajar yang dapat digunakan dalam kegiatan praktikum. Dengan menggunakan LKPD, peserta didik memperoleh petunjuk untuk melakukan kegaiatan tersebut dan mengonstruk pengetahuan. Sayangnya, peserta didik masih kesulitan saat menggunakan LKPD yang tersedia di sekolah, terutama pada konten petunjuk praktikum. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKPD yang sudah ada dengan cara mengintegrasikan model pembelajaran Predict Observe Explain (POE) ke dalamnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah research and development dengan mengikuti model pendekatan sistem Dick dan Carey. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pre-test dan post-test, peneliti mendapati perbedaan hasil belajar yang cukup signifikan antara tahapan pre-test dan post-test dengan hasil akhir yang memuaskan. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD berbasis POA mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve environmental care attitudes through extracurricular scouting in class V scouts. The research was conducted at SD Negeri Gondangdia 01 Pagi in Central Jakarta. The subjects of this research were VA class students totaling 29 people. The classroom action research model used was the Kemmis and McTaggart model. Research data collection techniques include questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The pre-cycle data on the environmental care attitude of students is 14%. After being given action, the data on the environmental care attitude of students in the first cycle amounted to 45%, then in the second cycle it increased and had met the success criteria set by reaching 83%. The increase in environmental care attitudes is shown by students diligently cleaning the classroom and school environment, throwing garbage in the trash according to its type, recycling garbage, not using disposable products, doing greening, and others. The conclusion of this research is that the application of scouting extracurricular activities can improve environmental care attitudes in VA class scouts of SD Negeri Gondangdia 01 Pagi in Central Jakarta so that teachers can make scouting extracurricular activities as an alternative to improve environmental care attitudes in elementary school students. Abstract

Berdasarkan wawancara dan observasi awal yang dilakukan di SDN Gondangdia 01 Pagi ditemukan bahwa hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas VA belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) yang telah ditentukan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar muatan IPA siswa kelas V SDN Gondangdia 01 Pagi melalui penerapan model Student Facilitator And Explaining pada materi magnet. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kelas V SDN Gondangdia 01 Pagi dengan jumlah siswa 29 orang yang terdiri dari 15 siswa laki-laki dari 14 siswa perempuan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Rancangan penelitian mengikuti tahap penelitian yang mengacu pada modifikasi diagram Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart, yaitu 1) Perencanaan tindakan, 2) Pelaksanaan tindakan, 3) Observasi 4) Refleksi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi guru dan siswa serta tes hasil belajar dari siklus I ke siklus II. Hasil tes belajar siswa yang diperoleh pada siklus I, yakni siswa yang tuntas 15 dari 29 siswa atau persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 52% serta aktivitas siswa dalam kategori baik. Pada siklus II diperoleh ketuntasan klasikal 83% serta aktivitas siswa dalam kategori sangat baik. Dengan demikian penerapan Student Facilitator And Explaining dalam pembelajaran IPA pada materi magnet dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN Gondangdia 01 Pagi. Abstract

This classroom action research aimed to improve science learning outcomes through the RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, Create) learning model among students of Class VC at SDN Menteng Atas 14, South Jakarta. The study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the RADEC learning model, with the success indicator being an improvement in students’ learning outcomes in science. The research subjects were 22 students in Class VC, consisting of 11 male and 11 female students. The study employed the cyclical model of Kemmis and McTaggart, which involves the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The success criteria of the study were met if 80% of students reached the Minimum Learning Mastery Criteria (KKTP), which was set at 75, and if 80% of the RADEC model implementation was achieved. In Cycle I, the percentage of students who achieved cognitive learning mastery was 68%, indicating that the criteria had not yet been met. In Cycle II, this percentage increased to 86%, showing significant improvement. The observation instruments for teacher and student activities during Cycle I showed implementation rates of 80% and 85% in the first and second meetings, respectively. In Cycle II, these rates increased to 85% in the first meeting and 95% in the second meeting. The implementation of the RADEC learning model can be considered an effective approach to enhance science learning outcomes among fifth-grade elementary school students, as it is student-centered and actively engages learners in meaningful learning experiences to understand the subject matter.

Abstract

This Science lessons in grade IV at SDN Rawamangun 02 Pagi had previously been delivered through theoretical explanations, but there was still a lack of direct exploration activities, so many students had difficulty understanding the concept of magnetic force in concrete terms. As many as 65% of students had not achieved learning mastery due to the lack of simple experiments. By applying a guided inquiry model assisted by realia media, students were actively involved in experiments, such as testing objects around them to determine magnetic properties and observing magnetic pole interactions. The learning process was conducted in two cycles, including planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques include tests, observations, field notes, and documentation. The results show an increase in learning mastery from 62% in Cycle I to 86% in Cycle II. The guided inquiry model assisted by realia media has proven effective in creating more active and concrete learning and improving science learning outcomes in elementary schools.
