Abstract

Religiosity is a religious delusion expressed by doing daily worship, praying, reading books and manifested in various sides of life. A person's level of religiosity lies not only in individual sprirituality, but also religious activity in daily life and is carried out consistently. The increase in religiosity is not separated from the influence of religious activities such as tahlilan, routine studies and other religious activities. In addition, the existence of non-formal educational institutions and religious facilities such as mosques and mosques is also one of the factors in increasing the value of community religiosity. Temayang is a sub-district consisting of 12 villages. A geographic information system is required to describe the level of religiosity of each region. This research is qualitatively descriptive. The methods used in this study are inductive methods and deductive methods. Quantitative data includes population recapitulation, population education level, and potential religious facilities/infrastructure. Qualitative data covers the value of community religiosity and community religious activities. Data collection techniques used include observation, interview,and documentation. Data is processed using the data triangulation method. From the data obtained that the tema village is the village with the largest number of religious activities. From the data spread of polls can be summed up belun village, Ngujung, Temayang, Jono, Kedungsari and Pandantoyo.is a village of high level of religiosity while Buntalan, Papringan, Soko, and Bakulan village religious level is still low.

Abstract

Intelligence is the custom to create new products that have cultural values ​​and habits to solve problems personally. Intelligence can be seen from various dimensions, because intelligence is more focused on the process to achieve the best conditions ahir. This is in accordance with the nature of children who are basically sacred and have the potential to always develop so that requires the process of actualization through education both from the community, school and parents. The task of parents is to find the child's ability by being more sensitive to the activities of children that can be interpreted as ability. The parent must be a unyielding explorer in discovering his son's abilities.

Abstract

Produktifitas kerja adalah kemampuan seseorang atau sekelompok orang guna menghasilkan produk, baik berupa barang maupun jasa yang secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatif semakin bertambah dari waktu ke waktu Kewajiban untuk mempublikasikan hasil penelitian sebagai bukti pelaksanaan tri darma perguruan tinggi, merupakan aturan yang diwajibkan Pemerintah bagi semua dosen di perguruan tinggi. Melalui aturan tersebut, diharapkan nantinya dapat mendorong dosen untuk meningkatkan kualitas, kuantitas penelitian dan publikasi ilmiah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengungkapkan produktifitas dosen di bidang penelitian dan publikasi ilmiah. Informasi ini nantinya dapat digunakan oleh stakeholder untuk melakukan pembinaan terhadap kinerja dosen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dan untuk mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan, maka digunakan kuesioner yang memiliki validitas dan reliabilitas tinggi, serta dilengkapi dengan teknik observasi. Pada tahap awal, responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 dosen Universitas nahdlatul ulama sunan giri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama tahun 2020, produktifitas dosen UNU Sunan Giri dalam bidang penelitian dan publikasi ilmiah untuk mengalami peningkatan jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 2019. Selain itu, perbedaan juga terjadi pada tingkat publikasi ilmiah.

Abstract

The article was to assist the community through local potential in improving the economy of the Semawot village community. The researchers used ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method. The reseult show that the identification of local potentials owned by the village, Blok M, papaya and ginger tourism, processing of papaya which is usually only used for cooking ingredients, now it can be used as a source of income for residents by making chips. Besides papaya, there is also ginger which is usually only used as an additional spice in the kitchen. Now it can be processed into a drink that is rich in benefits and helps increase body immunity. Mixed with lemon and honey, it can be turned into an immune boosting drink that can increase body immunity during this pandemic. Abstract

Artikel ini mendiskripsikan tentang strategi pembelajaran guru pendidikan agama islam dalam menghadapi implementasi kurikulum merdeka di MAN 4 Boerno. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat kualitatif deskriftif dengan pendekatan Teologis Normatif, Psycopedagogis, dan fenomenologis. Waktu pelaksanaan penelitian ini selama satu semester genap tahun pelajaran 2022/2023, bertempat di MAN 4 Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Subyek penelitian adalah guru PAI dan informan tambahannya adalah kepala sekolah, pembantu kepala sekolah dan peserta didik MAN 4 Bojonegoro. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas dua, yakni data primer dan skunder. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa human instrument di mana peneliti sendiri termasuk instrument itu sendiri, adapun Instrumen yang digunakan oleh peneliti, yaitu: pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara dan format catatan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahandan analisis data menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi data dalam pengujian keabsahannya. Teknik triangulasi yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber. Pengujian keabsahan data diharapkan mampu memberikan penguatan optimal dalam proses pengumpulan data penelitian. Hasil penelitian, adapun strategi pembelajaran guru PAI dalam menghadapi implementasi kurikulum merdeka di MAN 4 Boerno dilakukan dengan cara Merumuskan Tujuan Khusus Pembelajaran PAI , Memilih Pengalaman Belajar yang Akan Diterima Siswa, Menentukan Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar , Menentukan Orang-orang yang Terlibat dalam Proses Pembelajaran, Menentukan Alat dan Bahan untuk Belajar, Memperhatikan Ketersediaan Fasilitas Fisik, Merencanakan Proses Evaluasi dan Pengembangan.

Abstract

Dalam menyambut era milenial 4.0, dunia pendidikan memerlukan adanya  pembaruaan metode pembelajaran yang dilengkapi media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan  keperluan dalam pembelajaran. hal tersebut merupakan upaya penyesuaian untuk mengimbangi kemajuan teknologi, sehingga akan berdampak positif bagi dunia pendidikan khususnya. Media pembelajaran berbasis android seperti “Solite Kids” merupakan salah satu aplikasi pembelajaran yang berbentuk game, dalam aplikasi solite Kids terdapat berbagai fitur. Salah satuunya adalah SECIL ( serial belajar si kecil). Penelitian ini tergolong dalam Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan tahapan pelaksanaannya dimulai dari perencanaan (planning) pelaksanaan tindakan (acting) dengan pengamatan (observing) dan Refleksi (Reflecting) yang dijadikan satu kesatuan, dalam penelitian ini dilakukan 3 siklus. Adapun temuan awal 1) Siswa terlihat hyper aktif didalam kelas, 2) Siswa cenderung menganggap Bahasa Arab merupakan pelajaran yang Sulit dan membosankan, 3) Bahasa Arab dianggap sebagai mata pelajaran yang tidak penting, 4) kemapuan Bahasa Arab masih jauh dari rata – rata (jauh dari standart KKM). Kegiatan siklus pertama yang dilaksanakan bersama 22 siswa, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada satupun siswa yang bisa menulis deskriptif teks. Setelah dilakukan kegiatan selama 3 siklus, maka berdasarkan hasil tes dan refleksi dari siklus 1, 2 dan 3 dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran Pakem menggunakan aplikasi “Solite Kids” dapat memningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik sehingga peserta didik mampu mendiskripsikan benda yang dilihat kedalam Bahasa Arab baik secara lisan maupun tulisan.

Abstract

This study seeks to reveal an initiative on the strategy of developing the quality of Islamic educational institutions at the madrasah level through the development of Human Resource Management. This research uses the literature study method, where literature searches in the form of relevant theories, including literature on human resource management in Islamic educational institutions, especially related to madrasah. Literature studies interpret data in descriptive analysis. References or literature are obtained from research results published in national or international journals, articles, books, and websites relevant to the discussion. This study seeks to answer problems about 1) The position of madrasah in the education system in Indonesia; 2) Human Resource Management in improving the quality of education in Madrasah which includes basic concepts and strategies. The results of this study show that, the strategy of developing Human Resource management in Madrasah is a cultural concept that is coherent with the vision and mission of the institution, and is aware that the culture of human resource development management as a cognitive representation is formed by the overall structure in madrasah educational institutions. A good organizational culture is characterized by norms and values that support excellence, teamwork, profitability, honesty, service orientation, integrity, and commitment to the madrasah educational organization/institution. So that madrasah has the ability to develop innovative and adaptive human resources to answer the challenges of Society 5.0.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Islamic character at MI Slubung Blitar and Islamic character from the perspective of educational philosophy at MI Slubung Blitar. So this research raises the title "Islamic Character in the Perspective of Educational Philosophy at MI Slubung Blitar". This type of research is descriptive qualitative field research. The data collection method uses interview and documentation data collection techniques. Interviews were conducted with fiqh teachers and aqidah akhlaq teachers. Documentation was carried out to obtain document information related to research on Islamic character from the perspective of educational philosophy. The results of the research show that the Islamic character formed at MI Slubung Blitar is the 5 S (Smile, Greetings, Greetings, Politeness and Politeness), lining up, reading students' promises and shaking hands, reading prayers together before starting to study, carrying out Duha prayers and prayers. dhuhur in congregation, carrying out Muraja'ah, and carrying out the rituals of Hajj. Judging from the philosophy of education, the Islamic character formed at MI Slubung Blitar is in line with the philosophy of Realism. In the context of Realism, character education is the process of habituating learners or students to creating a climate (creating an atmosphere) of goodness (virtue).

Abstract

Pendidikan di era digital memerlukan inovasi untuk meningkatkan mutu proses pembelajaran. Guru perlu memiliki ketrampilan dalam mengembangkan proses pembelajaran, salah satunya ketrampilan memanfaatkan kecanggihan teknologi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dikabupaten Bojonegoro selama 3 bulan yang terhitung mulai bulan agustus sampai oktober 2024. Pengabdian ini dilakukan guna melatih dan mendampingi guru dalam mengembangkan kemampuan dalam membuat bahan ajar berbasis digital, dengan melakukan pelatihan pendidikanmetavers untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode Participatory Learning and Action dengan tahapan perencanaan dan persiapan, pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi yang melibatkan ketua KKG Kelas kecamatan. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah kemampuan peserta dalam menggunakan media Virtual Reality (VR) dalam pembelajaran, serta pemanfaatan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan Augmented Reality (AR). Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan perubahan positif dalam pendekatan pembelajaran para ketua KKG yang dilatih. kegiatan PKM ini meningkatkan 97% pengetahuan peserta, 85% ketrampilan pembuatan media berbasis IT, dan 92% komitmen memanfaatkan teknologi. Karena peserta merasa dampaknya signifikan, harapannya adalah kegiatan ini dapat dibagikan kepada anggota KKG di kecamatannya masing-masing.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a career guidance module integrated with Islamic values and interactive multimedia to enhance students' career maturity. The research uses qualitative and quantitative data to follow the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model. Quantitative data focuses on measuring students' career maturity before and after module implementation, while qualitative data is collected from expert evaluations and interviews with teachers and students. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, involving vocational high school students and teachers in Bojonegoro. Data collection methods include interviews, expert questionnaires, and field trials. The results show that the module improves students' motivation, self-confidence, and awareness of career preparation. Islamic values embedded in the module also help students develop ethical and moral principles in their future work lives. Interactive media, such as simulations, videos, and animations, increase student engagement and understanding. However, the study is limited by its focus on vocational schools in Bojonegoro and the short duration of the field trials. Future research should expand the sample size and trial period to assess long-term effects better. Field trials significantly increased students' career maturity after using the module.
