Abstract

Warnasari Village is one of the villages that has a lot of potential including tourist attractions namely Situ Cileunca. Some complaints were obtained by the local community that tourism development was more managed by outside investors or what they called city people. They complained about the condition, where Situ Cileunca was part of their lives but they never felt they owned it. The purpose of activities is to increase understanding related to tourism potential and business management. The method of the activity carried out is training. As a result of the training activities, most of them did not understand how business management, especially marketing and HR management. Participants who participated in the Activity were 20 participants with different types of businesses. But they were very enthusiastic about participating in the training activities.Suggestions, people should be able to increase the desire to try. Besides that there is also a need for motivation so that it can increase business for the surrounding community.

Abstract

One of the natural resources in West Bandung Regency is bamboo. The products produced vary, mostly in the form of household appliances. The problems faced by business actors are related to marketing their products. In addition, it is also related to production, where there are many orders but are constrained by equipment, especially machines. In addition, business actors do not know how much profit or loss they experience each month because there is no bookkeeping done. The implementation method used to overcome the problems faced by business actors is through training and technical guidance. The training is carried out by giving lectures and understanding related to marketing and finance. The technical guidance carried out is by direct practice and continued by providing understanding until finally being able to be independent. In addition, the provision of machines to partners. Training activities and marketing guidance have been carried out in the form of making online marketing features on social media, namely Facebook and Instagram. As well as the provision of machines to be able to draw quickly, accurately, cheaply and neatly. In addition, training and simple financial texts have also been provided. So that partners can make simple records and can determine the determination of the cost of production.

Abstract

The Industrial Age 4.0 was marked by the adoption of digital technology which affected various aspects of life, including the economy. The creative economy is one of the sectors that is growing rapidly in this era, involving economic activities that focus on the production and distribution of creative products and services. The purpose of this research is to examine the role of society in the development of the creative economy in the era of Industry 4.0. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive methodology and literature as its secondary data source. The findings of this study indicate that the fourth industrial revolution has had an impact on the development of the creative economy in Indonesia, particularly in terms of the use of information and communication technology (ICT) in digitally-based creative industries. However, its development is not immune to obstacles, such as market obstacles, knowledge and technology transfer obstacles, human resource obstacles, and bureaucratic obstacles. In order to develop the creative economy through innovation and creativity, collaboration and networking, consumers and customers, and ecosystem growth, community participation is required. By illuminating the role of society in the development of the creative economy, the findings of this study can aid the government, institutions, and pertinent stakeholders in the design of policies that foster the expansion of the creative economy sector. In addition, this research can shed light on the significance of the community's role in establishing an innovative and sustainable economy in the era of Industry 4.0.

Abstract

The economic development and digital marketing provide opportunities as well as challenges for SMEs in Indonesia. This especially provides an opportunity for SMEs to promote at a low cost while penetrating the market by cutting the product distribution channel to the final consumers. The presence of ICTs needs to be coupled with the ability of human resources (HR), in this case SMEs in Lembang District, West Bandung Regency. The digital marketing competence of these SMEs is important in developing small and medium businesses that enable potential customers to obtain information about products as well as transact through the internet. The research method was carried out by means of a survey with data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews, and secondary data sources. The questionnaire was distributed to SMEs in Lembang District, West Bandung Regency with a sampling technique, and interviews were conducted with informants which were conducted selectively. The results of the study showed that the knowledge, attitude skills of SMEs are competencies that need to be improved. Digital marketing competence of SMEs in Lembang District, West Bandung Regency requires strengthening to encourage increased knowledge, attention to new knowledge through technology and media, making innovation and creativity in running their business through digital marketing skills, so that SMEs can optimally carry out their business by utilizing digital marketing. Digital marketing competence of SMEs in West Bandung Regency, especially in Lembang District does not yet have the level of ability needed to improve business performance, because the ability of adaptation and the ability to take advantage of opportunities, especially in technological development needs to be provided facilitation and retrieval from related parties, such as the government, universities, and other related organizations.

Abstract

SMEs in West Bandung Regency have the potential for both natural resources and human resources. However, there are still many potential sub-sectors in the creative economy in West Bandung Regency that are not utilized, this is due to the unknown location and type of business. The purpose of the study is to describe the Profile and Mapping of the Creative Economy of SMEs in West Bandung Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using a type of social mapping method. Data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The secondary data used is the Secondary Data Analysis (ADS) approach. Based on the research results, West Bandung Regency has 16 sub-districts with various types of creative economy businesses. Mapping was carried out on 16 creative economy sub-sectors in all sub-districts. Of the total 16 sub-sectors, there are only 14 sub-sectors. Two sub-sectors that are not owned in the West Bandung Regency area are Animation, Film and Video and Advertising Sub-sectors. The largest number of creative economy is the performing arts sub-sector, almost all sub-districts have this sub-sector. The largest performing arts sub-sector is in the Lembang sub-sector with 1369 creative economy business actors or 64% and the least in Gununghalu sub-district as many as 4 creative economy business actors or 1%. The mapping of the creative economy that has been carried out will certainly show that there are business actors in each region that have different sub-sectors, both in the number of business actors and in the number of sub-sectors. So with this the government needs to be able to empowerment the community, especially business actors who have potential to be able to develop. With the efforts made to increase the creativity of business actors, it is hoped that there will be economic growth for both business actors and the development of economic areas in West Bandung Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine information technology and the use of financial information systems on the effectiveness of accounting information systems in cooperatives, especially in Purwareja Klampok and Mandiraja districts. This type of research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires directly to managers and the finance department of cooperatives in the two sub-districts. The population of this research is the manager and the finance department as many as 80 people. The sample in this study was taken 80 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Quantitative analysis in this study will use validity and reliability tests with Cronbach's Alpha. Classical assumption test includes normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The results show that information technology and the use of financial information systems have a significant and significant effect on accounting information systems as evidenced by the results of the calculation of the SPSS application program, the R value of the two variables is 0.806 while the coefficient of determination is 0.650 (65%) meaning that the percentage of the influence of information technology variables and utilization of financial information systems by 65% ​​and the remaining 35% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study. Abstract

Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa mudah lupa dengan materi yang diajarkan dan kurang memahami konsep dengan baik karena kebermaknaan materi bagi anak kurang diperhatikan. Dalam pendekatan RME ini menekankan akan pentingnya konteks nyata yang dikenal siswa dan proses konstruksi pengetahuan matematika oleh siswa sendiri sehingga konsep yang diterima siswa lebih bermakna. Penelitian ini dalam bentuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas VI SDIT Raudhaturrahmah Pekanbaru tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VI SDIT Raudhaturrahmah Pekanbaru pada materi Operasi Hitung Pecahan. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari tes pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa melalui ulangan harian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata persentase aktivitas guru pada siklus I adalah 85,22% (Kategori: Amat Baik) dan pada siklus II adalah 93,18% (Kategori: Amat Baik). Sedangkan persentase aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I adalah 70,5% (Kategori: Cukup) dan meningkat menjadi 86,3% (Kategori: Baik) pada siklus II. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada skor dasar adalah 69,2 meningkat menjadi 92,1 pada siklus I dan meningkat lagi menjadi 95,9 pada siklus II. Sedangkan ketuntasan klasikal pada siklus I dan siklus II tercapai. Ini artinya bahwa penerapan pendekatan pendidikan matematika realistik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VI SDIT Raudhaturrahmah Pekanbaru.
