Abstract

Warnasari Village is one of the villages that has a lot of potential including tourist attractions namely Situ Cileunca. Some complaints were obtained by the local community that tourism development was more managed by outside investors or what they called city people. They complained about the condition, where Situ Cileunca was part of their lives but they never felt they owned it. The purpose of activities is to increase understanding related to tourism potential and business management. The method of the activity carried out is training. As a result of the training activities, most of them did not understand how business management, especially marketing and HR management. Participants who participated in the Activity were 20 participants with different types of businesses. But they were very enthusiastic about participating in the training activities.Suggestions, people should be able to increase the desire to try. Besides that there is also a need for motivation so that it can increase business for the surrounding community.

Abstract

The main food problems in the context of realizing strong food security include increasingly scarce availability, increasingly difficult food affordability, both physically and economically. Food security are increasingly worrying because of the increasing number of problems related to food safety. From this problem, there is a tendency for the food situation, especially in international markets, which is increasingly unpredictable and increasingly unstable. For this reason, to achieve resilient and sustainable food security, government policies in the food and agriculture sector are more comprehensive, and are able to respond directly to challenges in the food sector. The policy must be able to adopt and encourage the effective and efficient use of food from all natural resources available in this country in an effective, efficient and sustainable manner. The research methodology used in this study is to use a qualitative descriptive approach at logistics bureau (Bulog) in strengthening food security strategies in West Java by using service supply chain management assessment. In terms of its service, the results show that the performance of the of the West Java Logistics Bureau () in achieving food security. From the indicators of responsibility, it was conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and policies and in accordance with standard operating procedures that apply in providing services and conducting operational activities. From the responsive indicator, the agency in establishing food security has involved the community in the procurement or absorption of staple food as the working partner. From the indicators of effectiveness, the performance has increased and reaches the target to improve the quality of performance in each target area with good results.

Abstract

Supply Chain Management plays an important role in a business run by a company. Prior to supply chain management, companies suffered a lot of losses due to product delivery estimates that sometimes did not match market demand. Now, by implementing this supply chain management, companies can reduce losses and actually earn above-average profits. In addition, the company can also connect all parties involved in the process of converting raw materials into finished goods. For this reason, the production process and distribution of goods/services produced by a company can run more effectively and efficiently.Supply chain management includes the process of determining suppliers, logistics planning, supply distribution. XYZ Bandung is the best in terms of product quality, competitive prices, supplier company credibility, time efficiency, location efficiency, and cost efficiency. Distribution of supplies from PT. XYZ Bandung to shops cooperate in the process of selling original TOYOTA spare parts so that they can assist in the sales process. Given that the service area is widespread in West Java, the management of PT. XYZ can build a new factory in the West Java Region, this is the goal to be able to accelerate logistics services and supply in the West Java region. of determining suppliers, planning logistics, and distributing logistics at PT. Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) To simplify business processes so that supply chain management starts from raw materials to finished materials and distributes these products to end consumers effectively and efficiently; (2) Build a web-based supply chain management application system to make it easier for companies in their business processes. This research method uses qualitative methods. The final results of this study: (a) Application of supply chain management information system designed for PT. ABCD can reduce supply chain uncertainty in companies. Because the implementation of the system can help the company in controlling the procurement of raw materials that must always be available in accordance with the company's needs; (b) The supply chain management information system application that is designed can describe the correlation between suppliers and companies, companies and users who can facilitate ordering goods from suppliers to companies and vice versa, so that the delivery of ordered goods is in accordance with the order and arrives at the company on time and in the right amount; (c). Provide opportunities for suppliers to participate in the implementation of the system to provide online price quotes.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Mempermudah dalam proses bisnis sehingga dalam pengelolaan rantai pasok mulai dari bahan mentah sampai bahan jadi dan mendistribusikan produk tersebut kepada konsumen akhir dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien; (2) Membangun suatu sistem aplikasi manajemen rantai pasok yang berbasis website sehingga lebih memudahkan perusahaan dalam proses bisnisnya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil akhir penelitian ini antara lain (a) Penerapan sistem informasi manajemen rantai pasok yang dirancang untuk PT. ABCD bisa mengurangi ketidakpastian rantai pasok pada perusahaan. Sebab, penerapan sistem tersebut bisa membantu perusahaan dalam pengadaan dan mengendalikan bahan baku yang mesti selalu tersedia sesuai dengan keinginan perusahaan; (b) Aplikasi sistem informasi manajemen rantai pasok yang dirancang tersebut dapat menggambarkan korelasi pemasok dengan perusahaan, perusahaan dengan pemakai yang bisa mempermudah pemesanan barang dari pemasok ke perusahaan maupun sebaliknya sehingga pengiriman barang yang dipesan sesuai dengan pesanan dan sampai ke perusahaan tepat waktu dan tepat jumlah; (c) Memberi peluang kepada pemasok agar ikut serta ke dalam penerapan sistem tersebut untuk memberikan penawaran harga secara online

Abstract

Artikel ini mengevaluasi prinsip non-interferensi Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) dalam mengelola krisis Rohingya. Studi ini menekankan pada standar etika dan integritas penting yang ditemukan dalam hukum hak asasi manusia internasional. Dalam penelitian ini, literature review digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber ilmiah yang relevan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan kerangka teoritis akuntabilitas hak asasi manusia dengan hukum hak asasi manusia internasional dalam konteks hubungan internasional, temuan menyoroti bahwa ASEAN harus bertindak sesuai dengan hak asasi manusia internasional di bawah aturan etika dan integritas dalam mengelola krisis regional. Temuan tersebut menegaskan perlunya membandingkan kerangka kerja hak asasi manusia internasional yang lebih baik untuk mengatasi masalah regional seperti krisis Rohingya, serta segala kekhawatiran yang mungkin berkembang di masa depan. Sebagai saran praktis, badan pengelola konflik perlu dibentuk di dalam ASEAN.

Abstract

Implementing Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) in the company is part of the company's internal business strengthening strategy to increase strong competitiveness and manage the company professionally. However, implementing ERP systems in some cases is considered a failure because the company does not achieve the goals set. This study aims to determine whether the implementation of the system in the company has a positive effect on employee performance. The models used to evaluate the impact of ERP system implementation are work quantity, work quality, work knowledge, collaborative creativity, dependability, initiative, and personal quality. The method used in this research is a descriptive, analytic and evaluative qualitative method by analyzing the impact of ERP system implementation on user performance components in food companies in West Java. The results obtained are that ERP implementation positively affects work quantity, work quality, knowledge, collaboration, creativity, dependence, initiative, and personal quality.

Abstract

The problem of food security has always been an important and urgent concern for Indonesia. The greater uncertainty in food production, greater price volatility, increased demand due to population growth and rising incomes, uncertain climate change, and natural disasters are still latent problems. Strategic, sustainable, and comprehensive efforts that can overcome these challenges must be immediately carried out to ensure the availability of sufficient and equitable food availability. This article reviews the role of Bulog as a state-owned enterprise (SOE) established to ensure the availability and security of domestic food. With the presence of Bulog, it is hoped that food availability will be maintained at any time and place at affordable prices, especially for low-income households. Comprehensive food and agriculture policies that can respond to future challenges must be followed up in the form of policy implications in each sector and the implications of various relevant institutions. The food security system must be created based on efficient food self-sufficiency and optimal levels of buffer stocks. For this reason, the government must provide adequate policy support so that food self-sufficiency can be realized and Bulog can function optimally.

Abstract

The problem found at Mahir Residence Sukabumi is the emergence of consumer dissatisfaction with the products produced by the company. The problem is thought to have occurred due to poor product quality and less than optimal after-sales service. This study aimed to determine the magnitude of the effect of product quality and after-sales service on consumer satisfaction. The research method used is a descriptive and associative method with the research design is a causality and verification type of investigation. The data analysis technique uses multiple correlation coefficients, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with the F test. The most dominant variable affecting consumer satisfaction in this study is product quality. Based on the results of the study, the correlation between product quality and after-sales service was 0.437, the magnitude of the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction was 31.9%, the magnitude of the effect of after-sales service on consumer satisfaction was 22.3%, and the magnitude of the influence of product quality and after-sales service selling to consumer satisfaction together by 43.7% while the remaining 56.3% is influenced by other factors that are not included in this study. From the results of this study, it can be seen that product quality and after-sales service can affect consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a network of companies working to create and deliver a product to the end user. These companies include suppliers, factories, distributors, shops or retail, as well as supporting companies such as logistics services. The company is integrated with an ERP or enterprise resource planning system that combines each department into one database to save time in its use. In this study, researchers implemented supply chain management and this ERP system at XYZ Company Indonesia. A company engaged in the marketing and distributing various goods for consumption, including toiletries, body care, cosmetics, and cooking spices, which of course, gives an advantage if it can implement this supply chain management and ERP system.
