Abstract

Currently learning is done online, this is due to the covid-19 pandemic that is happening in the world. Online learning causes stress for students, especially nursing students. The study aimed to identify learning problems faced by nursing students during the covid-19 pandemic. It was conducted on 144 nursing students in the city of Kendal. Qualitative research with phenomenological design and quantitative research with analytical descriptive design was carried out using a questionnaire in the form of questions. The research data were analyzed using the Colaizzi method and then the results of the themes obtained were analysed univariate using a frequency distribution. The results of the study found 8 problems, namely a lot of coursework; difficulty understanding the explanation of the material from the lecturer; no field practice and can only apply online practice with limited tools; creation of video assignments; unstable signal network; internet quota; bored; online learning. The majority of problems that occur during online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic are a lot of college assignments.

Abstract

Covid-19 telah mengubah kehidupan sehari-hari secara tiba-tiba, dimana sistem pembelajaran yang biasanya dilakukan secara tatap muka baik di lingkungan sekolah ataupun lahan praktek berubah menjadi daring. Metode ini hampir diterapkan diseluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Keunggulan dari metode ini adalah proses pembelajaran tidak lagi dibatasi oleh ruang dan waktu. Proses pembelajaran daring menyebabkan mahasiswa mengalami stres akibat tugas pembelajaran yang diberikan. Upaya untuk mengatasi stres, salah satunya dengan menerapkan terapi relaksasi otot progresif. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi relaksasi otot progresif dalam mengatasi stres akibat pembelajaran daring pada mahasiswa selama pandemic Covid-19. Penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan dengan metode quasi eksperiment dengan pre post test with control group. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Kota Kendal, Jawa Tengah dengan jumlah sampel 326 orang, yang terdiri dari 163 orang kelompok intervensi dan 163 orang sebagai kelompok Kontrol. Data stres dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan7 pernyatan terkait stres dari 21 pernyataan pada kuesioner Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale 21 (DASS 21). Data dianalisis secara univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan dianalisis secara bivariate menggunakan uji paired t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden pada kelompok intervensi mengalami penurunan tingkat stres setelah diberikan terapi relaksasi otot profresif sebesar 72,4%, sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol minoritas mengalami penurunan tingkat stres sebesar 12,3%. Hasil uji bivariate menunjukkan ada perbedaan tingkat stres pada mahasiswa yang mendapat terapi relaksasi otot progresif dibandingkan kelompok yang tidak mendapat terapi dengan nilai p= 0,002.

Abstract

nfeksi COVID-19 menjadi permasalahan kesehatan dunia lebih dari 114 Negara. Upaya paling efektif untuk mencegah penularan dalam mengurangi penyebaran virus dengan memberikan vaksin. Keraguan dan kesalahan informasi mengenai vaksin mengakibatkan dampak yang besar dimana tingkat kecemasan masyarakat meningkat yang berdampak pada ketercapaian cakupan dan kekebalan masyarakat, Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan gambaran kecemasan masyarakat Desa Balok Kendal dengan adanya Vaksin COVID-19. Metode penelitian yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sample purposive sampling sebanyak 67 responden. Kriteria inkulis usia 12 tahun keatas warga Rt 3 Rw 1 Kelurahan Balok. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner berupa pertanyaan tertutup respon ansietas. Hasil penelitian didapatkan mayoritas responden mengalami tingkat kecemasan normal sejumlah 41 responden (61,2%), tingkat kecemasan ringan sejumlah 21 responden (31,3%) dan tingkat kecemasan sedang sejumlah 5 responden (7,5%). dibutuhakn pendekatan dan informasi yang lebih jelas untuk mengurangi kecemasan yang titimbulkan pada responden mengingat kondisi pandemi Covid-19 merupakan jenis panyakit baru dengan tingkat penularan, keparahan serta kematian yang tingi.

Abstract

Post-Covid-19 has changed student life, where the learning system that is usually carried out online has changed to offline. This method is almost applied all over the world after Covid 19, including Indonesia. The offline learning process causes students to experience anxiety. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of student anxiety in post-covid 19 offline learning. Quantitative research has been carried out using a descriptive approach. The sample of this research is nursing students with a total sample of 78 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire that was loaded in the Google form. Data were analyzed univariately using a frequency distribution. The results showed that the cause of anxiety was due to learning assignments.

Abstract

Students in writing their theses face several obstacles that cause stress. The stressors faced by students vary so that students' stress responses can be categorized according to their levels. The research aims to determine the stress level of students in writing their theses at STIKES Kendal. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive analytical design. The sample for this research was 48 final year students who were writing their thesis. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data collection tool used a questionnaire with 7 statements related to stress taken from the Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale 21 (DASS 21) questionnaire. The results showed that the majority of students in preparing their thesis were at a moderate level of stress with responses that were difficult to rest, easily agitated, and easily offended.
