Abstract

ABSTRAKKecemasan sering terjadi pada semua orang, khususnya pada siswa sekolah ketika menjelang ujian nasional, sehingga mereka mengalami berbagai respon kecemasan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui level kecemasan pada siswa sekolah dasar ketika menjelang ujian nasional. Peneltian ini menggunakan metode peneltian deskkriptif kualitatif  dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Subyek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas VI SDN 02 Bandengan Kendal.Pengumpulan data menggunakan Zung Anxiety Scale. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan inferensial statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 82,50%  responden mengalami kecemasan ringan. penelitian lebih lanjut diharapkan melengkapi dengan variabel lain seperti tingkat prestasi siswa. Kata kunci :  Kecemasan, siswa , ujian nasional LEVEL OF ANXIETY OF STUDENTS APPROACHING THE NATIONAL EXAM ABSTRACTAnxiety were often occurs in elementary school students when they have an national examination,  with various  responses.  The purpose of this study is to determine the level of anxiety in elementary school students  who facing a national examination. Abstract

Perilaku kesehatan yang dilakukan oleh remaja sangat dipengaruhi oleh efikasi diri untuk melakukan perilaku tersebut. Banyak remaja tidak memiliki efikasi diri yang baik untuk melakukan perilaku sehat seperti diet sehat, latihan fisik secara reguler, dan konsultasi tentang status kesehatannya. Diperlukan suatu pendekatan khusus untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri remaja dalam melakukan perilaku sehat yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh hipnoterapi terhadap efikasi diri remaja dalam melakukan diet sehat. 60 remaja dipilih secara acak untuk menjadi responden yang dikelompokan dalam 6 kelompok. Responden diberikan intervensi berupa sesi hipnoterapisebanyak dua kali bersama dalam kelompok yang terdiri dari 10 orang. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji beda dua sampel berpasangan menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada rerata efikasi diri remaja sebelum dan sesudah intervensi diberikan (t = -7.400 ; p-value = 0.001). Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa remaja dapat memiliki efikasi diri untuk melakukan diet sehat yang lebih baik setelah diberikan hipnoterapi. Kata kunci : diet sehat, efikasi diri, remaja, hipnoterapi EFFECTIVENESS OF HYPNOTHERAPY ON ADOLESCENT?S SELF-EFFICACY TO PERFORMING HEALTHY DIET ABSTRACT Health behaviors carried out by adolescents are strongly influenced by self-efficacy. Many adolescents do not have good self-efficacy to performing healthy behaviors such as a healthy diet, regular physical exercise, and health counseling. A special approach is needed to improve the self-efficacy of adolescents to carry out healthy behaviors that can improve their quality of life. This study aims to examine the effect of hypnotherapy on the self-efficacy of adolescents in performing healthy diet. Sixty teenagers were chosen randomly as respondents who were grouped in six groups. Respondents were given hypnotherapy sessions twice in the groups of ten. The results of data analysis using paired t-test showed that there were significant differences in adolescent self-efficacy before and after the intervention was given (t = -7,400; p-value 0.001). This shows that adolescents can have self-efficacy to have a better healthy diet after being given hypnotherapy. So it is strongly recommended to improve the self-efficacy of adolescents using hypnotherapy, in order to be able to carry out healthy diet. Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi saat ini telah memberikan dampak yang sangat besar dalam tatanan kehidupan manusia. Perubahan pola aktivitas, komunikasi, sosial, dan bahkan ekonomi mendorong munculnya kebiasaan baru pada masa pandemi. Salah satu perubahan yang tampak terjadi secara signifikan adalah pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sebagai media komunikasi jarak jauh. penggunaan media seperti ini akan sangat bermanfaat untuk tetap dapat menjaga penerapan protokol kesehatan. Namun sayangnya tidak semua orang mampu menggunakan teknologi informasi dengan baik. Salah satu instansi yang berada ditengah masyarakat dan menjadi instansi yang penting dalam bidang kependudukan adalah pemerintahan desa atau kelurahan. Perangkat desa yang selalu melalukan komunikasi kepada masyarakat dalam kegiatanya seperti penyuluhan, sensus, promosi, dan juga penyebaran informasi, sangat perlu untuk memahami penggunaan teknologi informasi. Namun pada kenyataanya, masih banyak perangkat desa yang belum memahami bagaimana penggunaan teknologi informasi ini. maka dari itu, dengan diadakanya pelatihan penggunaan teknologi informasi kepada para perangkat desa diharapakan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan perangkat desa dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi. Salah satu indikator keberhasilan kegiatan pelatihan tersebut adalah kepuasan dari para peserta pelatihan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan peserta pelatihan penggunaan teknologi informasi berupa aplikasi zoom, aplikasi SMARD, dan aplikasi berbasis android terkait screening, pencegahan dan penetalaksanaan Covid-19 yang dapat diakses oleh semua masyarakat kecamatan Banyubiru, Kabupaten Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari 60 peserta pelatihan, 31 peserta merasa sangat puas terhadap pelatihan yang dilaksanakan. Aspek kepuasan yang paling memberikan kepuasan kepada para peserta pelatihan adalah materi pelatihan. Sebanyak 47 peserta pelatihan merasa sangat puas terhadap kesesuaian materi yang diberikan dengan kebutuhan mereka. Penilaian kepuasan terendah terdapat pada aspek ketersediaan waktu diskusi, mayoritas responden merasa cukup puas. Maka dari itu sangat disarankan untuk menambahkan waktu diskusi saat melakukan pelatihan berikutnya.

Abstract

Psychosocial development will be disrupted if parents are wrong in educating children. Children experience verbal abuse from caregivers, this is because caregivers want to discipline children, but children do not know their developmental tasks so verbal abuse occurs. Caregivers like to shout when calling children, use harsh words, speak ill of children in public, refer to children as children stupid and naughty. Developments that occur at school age require stimulation to avoid various deviations. This study aims to determine the psychosocial development of school age children before and after the provision of therapeutic group therapy for school age. Quasi experiment research design with pre and post test study design without control group. The research sample was students in grades 4, 5, and 6, physically and psychologically healthy, totaling 72 children. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The psychosocial development questionnaire that has been declared valid and reliable consists of 8 items. Data were analyzed using frequency distribution and chi square test. The results showed that before being given therapy 54% of children were at abnormal psychosocial development and after being given therapy there were 98% of children at normal psychosocial development. The results of the bivariate analysis showed the value of p = 0.000 (α = 0.05). There was an increase in the psychosocial development of school-age children as an effort to prevent psychosocial developmental delays by 52%.

Abstract

Low birth weight babies weighing less than 2500 grams have the general condition of being smaller than normal birth weight babies. LBW is a high-risk baby so that it requires special care to anticipate emergency conditions that threaten death, a situation that is different from that of babies in general which can affect parents' readiness to care for babies. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of providing LBW education on parents' readiness to care for LBW. This study used a quasi-experimental design with pre post-test with control. The population of this research is parents who have LBW babies in Kendal area hospitals. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with a total sample of 40 people with LBW infants, the sample was classified into two groups, namely 20 respondents as the intervention group and 20 other respondents as the control group. Data analysis to see the readiness of parents before and after being given education used the Mc Nemar test, while the bivariate analysis in this study used the Chi-Square test to see the effect of providing LBW care education on parental readiness to care for LBW. The results showed that there were differences in readiness to care for LBW before and after being given LBW care education with a value of 0.004 tilapia using the Mc Nemar test, and there was an effect that provided LBW care education on parental readiness to care for LBW with a P-value of 0.002 using the Chi-Square test.

Abstract

Background: low birth weight babies (LBW) weighing less than 2500 are babies at high risk because in general, they are smaller than normal birth weight babies and immature organ function. LBW requires special care to anticipate life-threatening emergency conditions. The care process for meeting the special needs of LBW requires the involvement of parents during the hospital and after discharge from the hospital. Nurses as educators have an important role in preparing parents to care for LBW after returning from the hospital. Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of child nursing interventions through the education of LBW infant care with parents' readiness to care for LBW. Methods: This research is a quantitative study, using a quasi-experimental design with a pre-post-test with control. The population of this study was parents who had LBW babies in Kendal District Hospital with the sampling technique using accidental sampling, the total sample was 40 parents with LBW babies. The sample was classified into two groups, namely, 20 respondents as the intervention group and 20 respondents as the control group. Results: The results of this study indicate that there was a significant differences in parent readiness scores in caring for LBW between those who were given and not given education with a P value of 0.000, used an independent sample t-test and there was an effect of education on the readiness of parents in caring for LBW used the Chi-square test with a p value of 0.002. Conclusion: Providing education to parents with LBW is one of the implementations of pediatric nursing to prepare parents to care for LBW.

Abstract

COVID-19 merupakan pandemi yang telah mengakibatkan tingginya angka mortalitas di berbagai belahan dunia. Pengetahuan mengenai pandemi COVID-19 yang baik dan kepatuhan protokol kesehatan merupakan salah satu upaya mencegah penularan COVID-19. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap kepatuhan protokol kesehatan selama pandemi covid-19 di Desa Johorejo. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif. Metode penelitian deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat ukur berupa kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap kepatuhan protokol kesehatan selama pandemi covid-19 dengan p value sebesar 0,024.

Abstract

Developmental tasks, should be accomplished by school-age children in order to achieve proper development and growth. When obstacles arise, are possibly sum up in disruption in achieving the next stage of school-age children development and growth. This study aims to determine the description of the psychosocial development of school age children in Bandengan, Kendal City. This research has been carried out through quantitative research with descriptive research design. The sample of this study was 72 school-aged children in Bandengan Kendal City who selected by purposive sampling technique. The psychosocial development questionnaire consists of 8 items regarding the characteristics of normal school children psychosocial development as the basis for the questionnaire. This questionnaire has been declared valid and reliable. The data were analyzed univariately using a frequency distribution. The results of this study indicate that the majority of school age children psychosocial development is in the abnormal category (54%), so that intervention is needed to overcome this problem. In conclusion, the school-age children are likely to have an abnormal psychosocial development, especially the younger school-age children.

Abstract

Toddler stunting includes chronic nutritional problems caused by many factors such as socioeconomic conditions, maternal nutrition during pregnancy, morbidity in infants, and lack of nutrition in infants. Family characteristics are one of the causes of stunting. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the characteristics of families in stunting toddlers. This type of research is a quantitative, descriptive study with cross sectional approach. The sample of this research is 118 parents who have stunting children in the UPTD Patean Puskesmas Kendal City with random sampling technique. The research tools used were questionnaires and midline measuring devices. Data analysis uses univariate analysis of central tendency and frequency distribution. The results showed that the average age of parents: fathers 32.23 years with a range of 20 to 50 years, mothers 29.67 years with a range of 20 to 47 years, education of parents with elementary school education: fathers as much as 56 (47.5%) , 51 (43.2%) mothers, parents work as laborers: 82 fathers (69.5%), and 43 unemployed mothers (36.4%), the average parent's income is Rp. 2.234.755, have 2 children, 64 (54.2%), number of family members in one house: 4 (48.7%), family development stage: with 60 (50.8%) preschoolers, with type family: nuclear family as much as 65 (55.1%), the average age of toddlers 17.25 months with a range of 8 to 24 months, toddler height 68.47 cm, sex of toddler boys as much as 69 (58.5% ), a very short category of 90 (76.3%). Stunting in infants will have an impact on the lack of motor skills at school age and low productivity, low school grades, shorter height, and the risk of degenerative diseases in adulthood.
