Abstract

This research aims to produce mathematics instructional package for grade 8 junior high school with discovery learning oriented to mathematical reasoning and communication consists of lesson plans and student worksheets. This research was a research and development using ADDIE model. The model consisted of analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. The subjects of this research were 33 students from one class of SMP N 15 Yogyakarta. The analysis of the validity and practicality were analyzed by converting the actual scores obtained into five scales of qualitative data. The analysis of the effectiveness of the data was conducted by determining the percentage of the students learning mastery. The results of the validation show that the developed instructional package is very valid based on the lesson plans and student worksheets. The results of teacher assessment show that the instructional package is very practical. Based on the results of reasoning ability and mathematical communication tests, instructional package is effective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar akidah akhlak siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 6. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner model skala Likert untuk mengetahui jenis gaya belajar siswa, sedangkan variabel prestasi belajar Akidah Akhlak  menggunakan dokumentasi sekolah berupa nilai rapor. Metode analisis data yang dipakai untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Gaya Belajar Visual terhadap Prestasi Belajar Akidah Akhlak, yang berarti bahwa semakin baik Visual maka Prestasi Belajar akan meningkat (2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Gaya Belajar Auditori terhadap Prestasi Belajar, yang berarti bahwa semakin baik Auditori maka Prestasi Belajar akan meningkat (3) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Gaya Belajar Kinestetik terhadap Prestasi Belajar, yang berarti bahwa semakin baik Kinestetik maka Prestasi Belajar akan meningkat (4) Hasil pengujian analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 7,235 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05), artinya Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Artinya hipotesis yang menyatakan “Visual, Auditori dan Kinestetik secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Belajar” diterima. Berdasarkan analisis regersi linear berganda menunjukkan besarnya koefisien determinasi (r2 square) = 0,191, artinya variabel bebas secara bersama–sama mempengaruhi variabel tidak bebas sebesar 19,1% sisanya sebesar 80,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian.

Abstract

This community service aims to develop the fine motor skills of early grade elementary school children through coloring activities in the form of additional tutoring. Fine motor skills, which involve the ability to use small muscles in the hands and fingers, are essential for children's success in various daily activities, including writing, drawing, and using stationery. The results of the community service show that after participating in the coloring activities, most children experienced significant improvements in their fine motor skills. The assistance provided by the facilitator provided clear directions regarding coloring techniques, so that children could improve their accuracy and precision in drawing and coloring. This activity also succeeded in reducing children's dependence on technology and improving their social skills, such as working together with friends. Therefore, this activity not only supports the development of fine motor skills but also contributes to children's social and emotional development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of learning styles on student achievement. This study used a quantitative approach. This type of research is field research. The population in this study was all grade VIII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 6. The data collection method uses a Likert scale model questionnaire to determine the type of student learning style, while the Akidah Akhlak learning achievement variable uses school documentation in the form of report card scores. The data analysis method used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) There is a significant influence between Visual Learning Style on Akidah Akhlak Learning Achievement, which means that the better the Visual, the Learning Achievement will increase. (2) There is a significant influence between Auditory Learning Style and Learning Achievement, which means that the better the Auditory, the Learning Achievement will increase. (3) There is a significant influence between Kinesthetic Learning Style and Learning Achievement, which means that the better Kinesthetic Learning Achievement will increase. (4) The test results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained a calculated F value of 7.235 with a significance value of 0.000 (0.000 < 0.05), meaning that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This means that the hypothesis that states "Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic together have a positive and significant effect on Learning Achievement" is accepted. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, it shows the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (r2 square) = 0.191, meaning that the independent variables together affect the non-free variable by 19.1%, the remaining 80.9% is influenced by other variables that are not included in the research model.
