Abstract

Background: Data Indonesian Health Ministry shows that there are 8,500,247 new family planning participants with 48.56%using injectable contraceptives. The percentage of participants KBsuntik active in the province is the highest ie 46.01%, inPuskesmas Sleman acceptors injecting 48.5%). Acceptors who choose injeciables because of several factors. Objective: Todetermine the factors that influence the selection of picture injectable contraceptive DMPA in Puskesmas Sleman 2015.Methods: descriptive study with cross sectional design. Location of the study in Puskesmas Sleman with research subjectsthroughout the injectable DMPA acceptors who visit the Puskesmas Sleman with the number of respondents 35 people.Results: Factors that influencethe selectionof injectable contraceptive DMPAinPuskesmas Sleman 2015 include the ageofthe respondent is a risk of cancer were age> 35 years a number of 31.43, the majority of respondents' education is junior(48.57%), did not work/IRT as much as 54.29%, parity mutipara much 51.43%>, and have sufficient knowledge as much as65.71%). Conclusion: Overview of factors that influence the selection of injectable contraceptive DMPA in PuskesmasSleman, the majority aged S35 years (less a risk of cancer), junior high school education, the majority of respondents in thisstudy is not working /IRT, having morethanone child,and have sufficient knowledge about the DMPA injections.

Abstract

Based on a survey BKKBN, in Indonesia 63 million people teenagers aged 10-24 years behave unsoundly which is associatedpremarital sex. Yogyakarta there are 62,7% of teenagers junior and senior high school, not a virgin. In 2014 cases of HIV/AIDS in Sleman District ranked second after the city of Yogyakarta is 112 cases. This study purpose to determine the level of knowledge and attitudes of teenagers about free sex students X and XI grade's SMK Bina Harapan 2015. The method of this research is descriptive with the approach cross-sectional. The collection of data using a questionnaire the level of knowledge and attitudes of teenagers about free sex. The subject of research a number of 76 respondents.the results of research shows the level of knowledge about free sex 43,42% respondents having good knowledge, knowledge about understanding 35,53%, knowledge about forms of free sex 52,64%, knowledge about factors that affect 52,64%, knowledge about consequences 50%. Attitudes about free sex respondents who don't support 53,95%. In conclusion the level ofknowledge about the free sex majority of respondents having good. Attitudes about free sex the majority of respondents didn'tsupport free sex.

Abstract

LWB is the most common cause of infant infant death. Breastfeeding is one treatments for LBW. This study aims to determine the support of health workers and families to the adequacy of breastfeeding in mothers who have LBW. This study was a quantitative analytic study with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used is an accidental sampling with total 97 subjects. Results of this study stated significant relationship between the support of health workers and the adequacy of breast milk (x2=4.581; p= 0.032; OR= 2.874) and significant relationship between the support of family and the adequacy of breast milk ASI (x2=4.619; p= 0.042; OR= 2.810). Based on the results can be used to formulated SOP for mentoring health workers and families for mothers who have LBW in the perinatal room of the DIY regional hospital and can also formulate leaflets as guidance mentoring to mothers.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of 17 countries that experience stunting problems. Compared to several neighboring countries, Indonesia ranks highest. Various attempts have been made but have not shown a significant decline. Other alternative efforts need to be made to prevent stunting in an integrated manner with Interprofessional Collaborative Practice (IPCP). This study aimed to know the effect of IPCP on Increasing Stunting Prevention Behavior in Families with the first 1000 days of life in the Gedangsari II Health Center in Gunungkidul Regency. With a long-term goal to prevent stunting problems in Gunungkidul Regency. This study was experimental research with a pretest-posttest with a control group design. Location in Wonosari District. The number of samples was 50 families, both in the intervention group with IPCP and in the control with a standard program from the Puskesmas. Data collection instruments are in the form of behavior observation sheets. Bivariable analysis using paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test, Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney. The mean of prevention behavior of the stunting pre-test intervention group was 70,224 and the control 71,564, the average prevention behavior of the stunting post-test intervention group was 75,312 and the control 73,580, the increase in mean of prevention behavior of stunting pre-post-intervention group 5,048 and control 2,068. There was a difference in the increase in the mean of stunting prevention behavior at pre-post between the two groups (p-value <0.05), IPCP could increase stunting prevention behavior by 27 times controlled by the variable number of family members. Interprofessional Collaborative Practice (IPCP) affected increasing stunting prevention behavior in families with the first 1000 days of life in the Gedangsari II Health Center in Gunungkidul Regency.

Abstract

Cadres an important role in stunting prevention. Cadres can be empowered to assist pregnant women in providing education on aspects of nutrition and health. The purpose to increased UKGM cadres in assisting pregnant women and increase the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women related to nutritional aspects. This community empowered used an approach to UKGM (Community Dental Health Efforts) cadres, in the form of one cadre accompanying one pregnant woman. The service is carried out from March to October 2021 with a target of 50 UKGM cadres and 50 pregnant women in the Gemawang District, Temanggung Regency. Community empowered with one cadre to one pregnant woman approach has been proven to increase the active role of cadres in assisting and providing education to pregnant women, increasing knowledge of pregnant women in nutritional aspects, and increasing cooperation between the Gemawang Health Center and the community.
