Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat teknologi finansial di bidang laporan keuangan. Tujuan laporan keuangan adalah menyediakan informasi yang menyangkut posisi keuangan, kinerja, serta perubahan posisi keuangan suatu perusahaan yang bermanfaat bagi sejumlah besar pemakai dalam pengambilan keputusan. Laporan keuangan adalah catatan informasi keuangan suatu perusahaan pada suatu periode akuntansi yang dapat digunakan untuk menggambarkan kinerja perusahaan tersebut.Teknologi finansial berupa website. Website ini diberi nama Tekmitansis. Tekmitansis merupakan teknologi finansial di bidang keuangan yang akan memudahkan UMKM untuk membuat laporan keuangan walaupun UMKM tidak memiliki dasar laporan keuangan, tapi website ini akan membantu memudahkan dengan fitur-fitur yang sudah ditetapkan di website. Tekmitansis dirancang dengan menggunakan warna biru dan putih. Tekmitansis memiliki output berupa laporan keuangan yang terbagi menjadi 5 bagian yaitu : laporan laba rugi, cash flow, buku besar, laporan neraca, laporan hutang piutang. Selain itu website tersebut dapat digunakan secara offline jika pengguna berbayar. Website yang dirancang memiliki petunjuk penggunaan, fitur artikel, fitur keuangan, rimender atau notifikasi, password, penyimpanan berkas melalui foto dan backup data. Untuk melakukan back up data dari aplikasi ke smartphone atau memori, fitur lainnya adalah bukti transaksi langsung  disimpan oleh sistem ke database, dan terdapat fitur akses yaitu dalam satu akun dapat diakses oleh maksimal tiga orang(contoh: CEO, Manajer Keuangan, dan Admin) namun fitur yang akan dipakai oleh CEO hanya dalam mode lihat tanpa dapat merubah data, sedangkan untuk manajer keuangan dan admin dapat melihat serta mengubah data yang terdapat di website. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan teknologi finansial di bidang laporan keuangan, seperti website Tekmitansis.

Abstract

In this era, technology develops rapidly. More adequate and modern technology displaced old technology and indicates high competition. This competition requires changes in the management of a particular business in order to keep up with developments and take advantages of the application of technology. Sinuwun Batik is SME engaged in the production of batik clothes and selling batik clothes. The increasing number of requests and various types of SME make Batik Sinuwun overwhelmed in regulating the supply of raw materials for production, because there is no warehouse record. This study aims to design a website-based application that can help Batik Sinuwun SME to manage warehouse inventory.This inventory application is designed using the Agile Scrum Development method. The stages of making the system begin with collecting the required data by eliciting user needs, this data is the basic data in determining the features of application. This application is made based on websites using the PHP framework CodeIgniter and MySQL as data storage. The application system is tested using the Blackbox Testing method and ISO: 9126.The result of this research is a website application to simplify the management of raw materials in and out of the warehouse so that the latest stock of raw materials can be found, but it can also minimize recording errors due to manual calculations.

Abstract

Feasibility analysis is done to determine a business design is feasible to run. The purpose of this research is to find out if Humblezing established an offline store branch in South Jakarta is feasible or not to run. Humblezing is a clothing line business that sells clothing products such as outerwear, shirts, jackets, pants, and bag with the concept of modern adventurwear. Humblezing sells online and offline with the first store in Bandung. The feasibility measurement pay attention to market aspects, technical aspects and financial aspects which will be projected for 5 years. The tools that used in this research are Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PBP), Sensitivity Analysis and Risk Analysis. Based on the results of the feasibility analysis, show that the NPV value is IDR 185,343,832, IRR 38%, PBP for 3.81 years with a MARR value is 11,25%. Sensitivity measurements on the increase in product costs sensitive at 9.31%, increase in labor costs at 14.07%, decrease in selling prices at 3.19% and decrease in market demand at 2.33%. Furthermore, the estimated accumulated risk of establishing a Humblezing offline store branch includes market risk, operational risk and financial risk is 5.50%.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is an open company developed in mobile telecommunication in Indonesia. The company was established to meet the needs of customers throughout all of the region in Indonesia. To determine how many sites should be built with limitations of budget would be the constraints, then it takes the objective function derived from calculations using linear programming methods. In this case, the calculation and analysis which aims to develop the plan of 4G LTE technology which has four types, those are LTE900, LTE1800, LTE2100, and LTE2300 in JABODETABEK region for this study by using pycharm software with PULP package and compared using POM-QM software. The results obtained by using both software shows the same number as follow, LTE types that must be built sequentially from the most to the least are LTE2100 12,580 sites, LTE2300 2.044 sites, LTE1800 390 sites, and LTE900 0 sites. Based on these results, if the company implemented these results in building the site for each type of LTE, then the maximum total revenue that can be obtained by the company is Rp 2.452.380.953.518,722.

Abstract

Bumbu Instan Noeya merupakan salah satu UMKM di Sumatera Barat yang memproduksi bumbu masak instan basah dengan cita rasa khas daerah Sumatera Barat yang terkenal dengan rempah-rempah. Dalam pemasarannya Bumbu Instan Noeya telah menerapkan beberapa bauran komunikasi pemasaran tetapi masih belum optimal sehingga menyebabkan masih sedikit masyarakat yang mengetahui Bumbu Instan Noeya, hal ini dapat dilihat salah satunya melalui jumlah pengikut instagram yang masih sedikit jika dibandingkan dengan kompetitor. Untuk meningkatkan penjualan, maka dilakukan perbaikan bauran komunikasi pemasaran. Perbaikan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan brand awareness masyarakat terhadap produk Bumbu Instan Noeya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode benchmarking dan tools Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Beberapa bentuk rekomendasi bauran komunikasi pemasaran yang dirancang pada penelitian ini adalah membuat akun bisnis khusus pada facebook, mengganti kemasan, lebih aktif dalam menggunakan media sosial seperti instagram, membuat konten yang menarik untuk memikat konsumen, melakukan sponsorship, memberikan promo kepada konsumen, menambah jumlah penggunaan e-marketplace dan membuka outlet.

Abstract

Len Industries (Persero) experienced problems related to Accounts Payable in the accounting department as incompatibility and delays in the processing of data and information that flows every day from other parts related to Accounts Payable section and otherwise. This is caused by the information system on PT. Len Industries (Persero) has not integrated with one to another and still done with simple technology and recording manually. Therefore, has been designed of an ERP information system that supports the activities of recorded Accounts Payable(AP) module at PT.Len Industries (Persero). Design of the system is used the method of ASAP (Accelarated SAP). By using this method, the authors conducted an analysis of the business processes that are running on the company and analysis of business processes in SAP ERP application. Then based on the results of the gap/fit analysis, will performed design proposal and design of business processes to SAP applications that have been compared to the needs of the company. The results from this study is an SAP Accounts Payable system that has been design and integrated with the company needs can be easier for companies to conduct cross-section of the existing Accounting. Abstract

During Jokowi’s tenure, a lot of programs and policies that focusing on housing sector were built by him. Package of Economic Policy XIII is one of many policy’s package that Jokowi develop for managed housing of people who have low income (MBR) with target that chosen is built one million houses. The lack of availability of housing for low-income people, is one of the reasons for the policy package. In this research, author used qualitative method to analyst the phenomenon. The results of this study are the high rate of housing backlogs, the difficulty of obtaining housing at affordable prices, and discussing KPR schemes in Indonesia. The existence of these government programs does not significantly eliminate the phenomenon of housing a backlog. In addition, the existence of the program must be accompanied by high supervision from the government and accompanied by laws that bind violators.

Abstract

This study discusses how to make a business feasibility study that must be carried out by every company that will invest or a new business. The discussion starts from the scope of the study of market aspects, technical/operational aspects and financial or financial aspects accompanied by case studies. ALON Farm is one of the authors' objects in this study, which is a cayenne pepper seed business located around the Surade area. Starting from a company that was overwhelmed in providing cayenne pepper seeds, ALON Farm emerged because by promising to fulfill the needs and demands of local farmers. The purpose of this research is to propose and plan the opening of a branch of the cayenne pepper seed business that is deemed necessary in connection with the need for the supply of chili seeds in the Surade area and its surroundings. With the feasibility study method through market aspect analysis from the company's past data for the past 3 years, then the data is processed by using the Linear Trend forecasting method in order to get the estimated total sales for the next 3 years. The company targets production to exceed the estimated sales value with an allowance of 0.1% from the estimated sales. For the technical and financial aspects, secondary data obtained from various sources is used. The results of the feasibility calculation show the NPV value for the calculation period in this study, which is 1-36 months, is Rp103.294.565, the IRR value is 24,42% and the PP is 2,569 years. Because the value of NPV > 0 and IRR > MARR, the opening of the ALON Farm company can be said to be feasible

Abstract

Onamazu Farm is a company engaged in catfish farming. The product sold by Onamazu Farm is consumption catfish with a size of 110-120gr/head or the equivalent of 7-8 fish per Kg. Onamazu Farm was established in 2018, until now Onamazu Farm can produce around 1,000 Kg of catfish in each period. From the demand data for the past 3 years, a problem was found where the company was unable to meet market demand. From the fishbone analysis, it is known that the main problem lies in the poor facilities and limited land owned. So that the opening of the Onamazu Farm branch by reviewing market, technical and financial aspects is considered to be able to solve the problems being faced. This research uses linear trend forecasting method, single exponential smoothing and moving average. The method with the smallest MSE will be chosen to obtain market aspect data. Furthermore, the straight-line depreciation method is used to obtain the depreciation value on the technical aspects. In the financial aspect, several methods are used such as internal rate of return (IRR), net present value (NPV), and payback period (BPB) to determine whether the business design is feasible or not.

Abstract

Abstrak Bababiya Food merupakan suatu usaha yang bergerak pada bidang kuliner dengan menu utama yaitu bakso dandang dan mie ayam box. Proses penjualan produk Bababiya Food ini dilakukan secara online dan offline. Saat ini, Bababiya Food mengalami permasalahan berupa turunnya omzet penjualan yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor baik itu dari sisi pemasaran, proses produksi, fasilitas produksi, dan ketersediaan stok produk. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan adanya evaluasi atas model bisnis yang sudah ada untuk kemudian dilakukan proses perancangan model bisnis usulan Bababiya Food. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan model bisnis saat ini, mengevaluasi model bisnis saat ini dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT, dan merancang model bisnis usulan dengan menggunakan Business Model Canvas. Usulan perbaikan model bisnis yang diajukan mencakup berbagai blok. Di blok value propositions, diusulkan kemasan yang aman, produk tanpa bahan pengawet, produk bersertifikasi halal, harga terjangkau, produk bervariasi, produk berkualitas, cita rasa enak dan konsisten, serta paket gift. Di blok key activities, terdapat usulan mengikuti webinar atau pelatihan, melakukan perencanaan persediaan dan perencanaan produksi, serta standarisasi resep. Pembukaan franchise diusulkan sebagai perbaikan di blok revenue stream, sedangkan di blok customer relationship diusulkan program referral pelanggan dan adanya layanan pelanggan. Perbaikan lain adalah penambahan mesin produksi pada blok key resources. Kata kunci : Business Model Canvas, Bababiya Food, bakso dandang, Customer Profile, Analisis SWOT
