Abstract

This service aims to provide training on the preparation of HOTs-based evaluation instruments to madrasah ibtidaiyah teachers in Kebumen. This service is located at MI Ma'arif Jatimulyo. This activity was attended by three madrasah in Kebumen who were members of a teacher working group, namely MI Ma'arif Jatimulyo, MI Al-Hidayah Karangtanjung, MI Nurussulaiman Seliling. This service activity consists of four stages, which consist of planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the analysis showed that the participants had very good results with a percentage of 98.61%. This was marked by the participants' understanding of the importance of excellent HOTs and the results of the questions presented by participants that were in accordance with the standards for preparing HOTs-based instruments. In addition, it was found that 100% of the participants stated that this activity was very helpful in developing the competence of madrasah ibtidaiyah teachers.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali sejauhmana kebutuhanpengembangan instrumen penilaian kompetensi kepribadian guru di KabupatenKebumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan metodepengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penentuan sampeldigunakan metode purposive. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat empatkesimpulan yang mendorong perlunya pengembanagn instrumen, yaitu (1)Ditemukannya dua permasalahan besar yaitu belum mampunya sebagain guruuntuk menjadi role model bagi murid, serta komitmen guru dalam menjalankantugas profesionalnya dinilai masih lemah. (2) Pengembangan instrumen penilaiankompetensi kepribadian guru sangat mendesak untuk dilaksanakan (3) Sekolahbelum dapat melakukan penilaian kompetensi kepribadian guru yang sistamatisdan terukur karena belum adanya instrumen penilaian yang direkomendasikanoleh pemerintah. (4) Terdapat tiga komponen yang menjadi rekomendasi sebagaiindikator yang dinilai melalui instrumen tersebut, yaitu komitmen guru dalammenjalani profesi, norma kesopanan, serta motivasi guru untuk membebaskansiswa dari kebodohan. Pendekatan profetik sangat direkomendasikan sebagaidasar dalam penyusunan instrumen kompetensi kepribadian guru.Kata Kunci: Analisis kebutuhan, instrumen penilaian, kompetensi kepribadianguru

Abstract

This study aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes through the STAD method in classV MI Dipanegara Ranterejo. The subjects of this study were 14 students of MI DipanegaraRanterejo. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. The research was carried out intwo cycles, each cycle carried out three times of learning and test sessions. Data collectiontechniques using observation, interviews, documentation and tests. Technical data analysis usingdata reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results show that the STAD method canimprove student learning outcomes. Results Based on the research and discussion obtained,learning outcomes increased from an average value of 68.09 in the first cycle to 84.28 in the secondcycle

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of Psychological Tests and the Distance Traveled by Students on the Learning Outcomes of students at MIN 1 Kebumen and can classify them based on the results of psychological tests. The research conducted at MIN 1 Kebumen uses data collection techniques in the form of Psychological Tests and Learning Assessment with a quantitative approach. The sample consists of 113 students from the 1st grade of MIN 1 Kebumen, and the same number of students was selected as the sample. Data analysis technique using linear regression test with the assistance of SPSS Version 25.0 application. Research results indicate that: 1) there is no influence between psychological tests and learning outcomes; 2) there is an influence between travel distance and learning outcomes; 3) the magnitude of the influence of travel distance on learning outcomes is 3.39%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the formation of religious character in students at MIN 3 Banjarnegara. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis utilizes the Miles & Huberman & Saldana model, consisting of three stages: data condensation, data display, and data verification. The research findings indicate that: 1) Student development in strengthening religious character is carried out through curricular and extracurricular activities; 2) Providing special activity services; 3) Self-development initiatives; 4) Implementing habituation activities and fostering a school culture. Supporting factors for the program include: Support from all stakeholders (parents, community), a positive and religious environment that greatly aids in instilling religious values, and a curriculum integrated with religious values. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors in student character formation are: The rapid development of technology, which influences student character education, and a less supportive social environment/peer group.
