Abstract

The cultivation of plants through hydroponics represents a novel innovation in the field of agriculture, especially in limited land areas. Hydroponics has the potential to yield agricultural products that are highly profitable. Additionally, each hydroponically grown product possesses specific competitive advantages that are assumed to enhance marketing performance. This research aims to explore the influence of product innovation and competitive advantages on marketing performance within hydroponic farming groups. The research methodology involves quantitative descriptive analysis, utilizing both t-tests and simultaneous F-tests to determine the impact of each variable and whether both variables collectively affect marketing performance. The variables examined include product innovation (X1) and competitive advantage (X2) as independent variables, and marketing performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The research findings demonstrate that both product innovation and competitive advantage individually have a significant impact on enhancing the marketing performance of hydroponic products. Moreover, both product innovation and competitive advantage, when considered simultaneously, significantly contribute to the improvement of marketing performance for hydroponically produced goods. This study underscores the importance of innovative hydroponic products possessing competitive advantages over other agricultural products. Such attributes are crucial for boosting marketing performance and indirectly creating consumer appeal for hydroponic products.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving era of digital marketing, the diffusion of innovation and the phenomenon of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) become two interrelated elements, creating a dynamic and highly competitive marketing strategy. Diffusion of innovation, as a concept that describes the spread of new ideas or technologies in society, is a strategic key for companies that want to win the hearts of consumers. FoMO, on the other hand, is an emotional force that can be utilized as a digital marketing strategy. The fear of missing out on the latest trends or opportunities drives consumers to be more responsive to ongoing innovations. This is where the combination of innovation diffusion and FoMO creates a unique opportunity for companies. This research was conducted through a literature review study derived from 20 published journals/articles. Literature search through Google Scholar, Repect.Org, Knowledge Map, Mendeley, Schi Hub and Science Direct. The keywords used were "Fear of Missing Out" and "Diffusion of Innovation". By understanding the interplay between innovation diffusion and FoMO, companies can design digital marketing strategies that not only accelerate the adoption of new products or services, but also build communities, creating a sense of uniqueness and exclusivity that can be a powerful driver to ensure the successful launch of innovations in the fast-paced digital marketplace.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi sistem informasi manajemen talenta dalam workshop ini telah memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam pengelolaan disiplin kerja dan penilaian kinerja berbasis digital. Berbagai fitur dalam aplikasi sistem informasi manajemen talenta mempermudah peserta dalam menciptakan suasana kerja yang lebih efisien dan berkualitas. Workshop ini berhasil meningkatkan wawasan peserta mengenai konsep manajemen talenta, teknik evaluasi kinerja, serta penerapan alat digital dalam sistem informasi manajemen. Dengan keterampilan yang diperoleh, peserta tidak hanya dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaannya dalam proyek pekerjaan mereka, tetapi juga dapat menerapkannya di berbagai divisi lain, seperti pemasaran dan pengembangan bisnis masa depan. Teknologi sistem informasi manajemen talenta memungkinkan peserta untuk memahami tren kecerdasan bisnis yang terus berkembang, sekaligus membantu mereka menyelaraskan penilaian kerja dengan standar sistem informasi modern. Selain meningkatkan daya saing profesional, keterampilan yang diperoleh juga memperkaya portofolio peserta dalam dunia kerja. Hasil workshop menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu mengaplikasikan keterampilan secara langsung dengan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi terhadap program pelatihan. Keberhasilan ini menegaskan bahwa pelatihan berbasis teknologi sangat bermanfaat dalam pengembangan keterampilan manajemen modern. Untuk memastikan hasil yang lebih optimal, diperlukan pembaruan program pelatihan secara berkala agar tetap relevan dengan perkembangan teknologi serta penyediaan dukungan berkelanjutan bagi peserta agar dapat terus mengasah dan menerapkan keterampilan yang telah mereka pelajari secara maksimal

Abstract

General insurers are currently facing increasingly complex pressures as a result of accelerating digital disruption, rising customer expectations, and global risk dynamics. Amid these conditions, the traditional approach, which focuses on the primary function of risk transfer, is no longer considered sufficient to ensure long-term sustainability and competitiveness. This article aims to review the concept of dynamic capabilities as a strategic foundation in driving innovation in general insurance companies. Using the Narrative Literature Review (NLR) method, this study identifies three main dimensions of dynamic capabilities: sensing, seizing, and transforming, which play a crucial role in enhancing organizational responsiveness to market changes, technological opportunities, and external uncertainties. The results of the study show that insurance companies that can develop and integrate dynamic capabilities sustainably tend to be more adaptive and innovative in creating products, business models, and service strategies that meet future needs. The implementation of dynamic capabilities not only strengthens the company's competitiveness but also shifts the paradigm from just risk transfer to value co-creation. This research makes a theoretical contribution by developing a new conceptual framework that links dynamic capabilities with innovation in the general insurance sector, offering practical implications for the development of organizational transformation strategies. These findings also open up further research space to empirically examine the relationship between the dynamic capabilities, innovation, and performance of general insurers in an ever-changing industry context.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan ruang belajar dan berkembang bagi anak-anak jalanan. Melalui pendekatan kreatif dan edukatif, program ini berupaya menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri sekaligus mengasah potensi yang dimiliki anak-anak. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Yayasan Sanggar Senja, Cibinong – Bogor, dengan membagi aktivitas sesuai kelompok usia: mewarnai untuk anak-anak usia 5–8 tahun, pembelajaran dasar bahasa Inggris untuk anak-anak usia 9–13 tahun, serta sesi motivasi dan bimbingan untuk remaja usia 14–18 tahun. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan antusiasme, kreativitas, serta keberanian anak-anak untuk mengekspresikan diri. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa dukungan sederhana melalui kegiatan kreatif dan edukatif mampu menjadi pijakan awal bagi mereka dalam meraih masa depan yang lebih baik.
