Abstract

Abstrak: Ketidakpuasan konsumen dalam bentuk komplain dapat menjadi catatan negatif yang jika tidak segera diatasi akan dapat berakibat pada menurunnya jumlah konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada konsumen PT Jasa Marga Bali Tol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, dan kinerja karyawan secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen PT Jasa Marga Bali Tol. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan dengan alat bantu berupa observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner terhadap 98 responden dengan teknik purpossive sampling, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi responden terhadap masing-masing variabel. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi Uji Statistik Deskriptif, Uji Instrumen Data (Uji Validitas, dan Uji Reliabilitas), Uji Asumsi Klasik (Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas), Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi, dan Uji Hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji F). Dari hasil analisis menggunakan regresi dapat diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan, dan kinerja karyawan, semuanya berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Dari uji t diperoleh hasil bahwa kualitas pelayanan, dan kinerja karyawan berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil uji F diperoleh hasil kualitas pelayanan, dan kinerja karyawan berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

The quality of human resources can be fulfilled if job satisfaction as an element that affects performance can be created perfectly. The individual productivity of a worker when virtual work can be very different from working in an office or Work from Office (WFO) and not all work can be done at home and done optimally. While the transactional leadership style focuses on completing tasks and goals, exchanging praise or appreciation for achieving these goals, and anticipating deviations in the process of achieving tasks. So it is necessary to do alignment between leadership styles to obtain a good work culture. This study aims to determine the Effect of Transformational and Transactional Leadership in Encouraging Work Culture after the Implementation of WFH and WFO in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period. The analytical method used is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show: Transformational Leadership has a positive effect on work culture, meaning that the higher Transformational Leadership, it will affect the improvement of Work Culture. Transactional Leadership has a positive effect on work culture, meaning that the higher Transactional Leadership, it will have an effect on increasing Culture. Work. Transformational Leadership and Transactional Leadership simultaneously affect work culture, meaning that the greater the Transformational Leadership and Transactional Leadership, the greater the impact on Work Culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the limitations of developing country human resources and direct competition for digital companies from developed countries in the digital economy in the G20 presidency in 2022. The population and sample in this study were all 50 employees of CV WS Teknologi. Data analysis was carried out using the research instrument test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The variable of limited human resources has a negative effect on the digital economy with a t-count value of -2.591 and a significance of 0.013. The digital company competition variable has a positive and significant effect on the digital economy with a t-count value of 6.631 and a significance of 0.000. The variable of limited human resources has a negative effect on the G20 presidency with a t-count value of -3.930 and a significance of 0.000. the digital company competition variable has a positive and significant effect on the G20 presidency with a t-count value of 2.674 and a significance of 0.049. It can be concluded that the variables of limited human resources, digital company competition and the digital economy have a positive and significant effect on the G20 presidency with an F-count value of 32.782 and a significance of 0.000.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship can be in the form of imaginative and inventive capacities, keen to see gaps and remain open to any input and positive changes that can bring trade to continue to grow and have self-respect. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity, innovation that is beneficial to the entrepreneurship of UMKM Sukla Satyagraha. One of the pioneers of MSME development in Bali is the Satyagraha Movement. The Satyagraha Movement is a culinary business movement as well as traders with micro and medium enterprises which is a form of culinary or business preservation in Bali that uses the concept of Hinduism as well as synergizes between ancestral concepts and the concept of modern generations that have undergone various forms of change. Being an innovator was carried out by respondents, although currently many sell klepon, Yadnya decorations and clothing and fiber trays with a similar concept, the Klepon Legend Gianyar brand has already been known to the market as a Klepon seller whose taste makes customers addicted. Ibu Dayu's Klepon is known as the most delicious Klepon in the world by using basic ingredients from glutinous rice flour and Mr. Wayan's decoration shop which has a variety of decorations and clothing compared to other fashion shop owners. In addition, in this case, businesses that offer goods that follow this comparison concept cannot be considered progress, because they are considered to be imitating or adapting existing goods to the same storefront. Trade owners also arrange creative strategies to overcome the problem of changing culinary patterns. Culinary patterns alone can lead to switching clients and spoiled item offerings.

Abstract

Villa is a place that is usually used to stay or spend the night by offering a beautiful natural view and tranquility for its residents. Generally, villa rentals are booming when entering weekends or during long holidays. In addition, the lack of financial planning in carrying out their business causes irregular business finances, so that in making business decisions they often face doubts. Villa Ayu Seminyak as a provider of accommodation accommodation in the Bali area which aims to help consumers find it easy to get lodging accommodations. This study aims to determine and analyze the business feasibility of Villa Ayu Seminyak in terms of the business canvas and SWOT analysis. The feasibility analysis uses Canva business analysis and SWOT analysis The analysis used in this study is a qualitative data analysis technique, the data obtained through literature, interviews and documentation conducted at Villa Ayu Seminyak. The results of the study show that from the aspects and analysis carried out at the Villa Ayu Seminyak company, it has met the business criteria and is feasible to run. This research is useful as information on Villa Ayu Seminyak's efforts to improve the quality of the company in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee creativity and employee Self-efficacy Creativity, as well as to determine the effect of self-efficacy creativity on employee creativity and to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee creativity after being mediated with employee self-efficacy creativity at the Pegadaian Kc office. Kerobokan. This research is structured descriptively using a quantitative approach method. Primary data in this research was obtained through several questions given in questionnaires and interviews with respondents. Data obtained from secondary sources is obtained through company records or documentation, government publications, industry analysis provided by the media, web, internet, and others. Where is the object of this study Pawnshop employees Kc. Kerobokan. So that in the process of collecting data, interviews or direct observation of informants must be carried out, and researchers cannot provide temporary assumptions about this research. The results of this study are that first, transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee creativity. Second, transformational leadership has a significant effect on the creative self-efficacy of employees. Creative self-efficacy has a significant effect on creativity in employees. And Creative self-efficacy mediates the influence of transformational leadership on creativity in employees.

Abstract

GO-JEK merupakan sarana transportasi yang melayani layanan ojek dengan menggunakan sebuah aplikasi online dan dapat melayani siapa saja yang memerlukan jasanya. Disamping itu, PT GO-JEK juga dapat memberikan beberapa layanan jasa, seperti: go-ride (antar-jemput), go-food (pesan makanan), go-mart (belanja barang), go-glam (jasa kecantikan), go-clean (home service), go-box (cargo), go-send (kurir barang), go-massage (pijat). GO-JEK juga merupakan transportasi yang fleksibel karena GO-JEK menggunakan sepeda motor yang lebih mudah dan cepat serta lebih efisien untuk melewati dan menghindari kemacetan. Rumusan masalah dan tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Retensi Karyawan (Driver) Pada Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa (Gojek) Kantor Cabang Denpasar. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustakaan, studi lapangan dan kuisioner. Populasi menggunakan karyawan pada Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa (Gojek) yaitu Driver Gojek, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Validitas, Reabilitas, Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linier Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi, Uji t dan Uji F. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa : (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Retensi Karyawan, dimana diperoleh nilai t 3,267 dan sig 0,002. (2) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Retensi Karyawan, dimana diperoleh nilai t 2,556 dan sig 0,013. (3) Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Retensi Karyawan, dimana diperoleh nilai t 3,743 dan sig 0,000. (4) secara simultan Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Retensi Karyawan (Driver), dimana diperoleh nilai F 30,030 dan signifikansi 0,000. Saran yang dalam penelitian ini adalah Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa (Gojek) Kantor Cabang Denpasar diharapkan meningkatkan kompensasi,memberikan kepuasan kerja serta memberikan jenjang karir bagi driver gojek dalam menurunkan retensi driver pada aplikasi gojek.
