Abstract

This study aims to describe: (1) Implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum at SMK Negeri 2 Loli, (2) development of school culture (3) implementation of Pancasila student profile activities. The research method used is an ethnographic method with a qualitative approach, to understand the lives of school residents based on the perspective of the school community concerned. The subjects of this study were students and residents of SMK Negeri 2 Loli. Sources of research data are: (1) written sources, (2) oral sources, and (3) documents. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results are as follows. (1) The principal, teachers and students of SMK Negeri 2 Loli understand the implementation of the independent learning curriculum (2) The implementation of the Free Learning Curriculum at SMK Negeri 2 Loli has gone well (3) the development of school culture and habituation in daily activities at school is running well (4) the form of student activities in projects through the Pancasila student profile has been going well. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan: (1) Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di SMK Negeri 2 Loli, (2) pengembangan budaya sekolah (3) pelaksanaan kegiatan profil pelajar Pancasila. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode etnografi dengan pendekatan kualitatif, untuk memahami kehidupan warga sekolah berdasarkan sudut pandang warga sekolah yang bersangkutan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa dan warga sekolah SMK negeri 2 Loli. Sumber data penelitian adalah: (1) sumber tertulis, (2) sumber lisan, dan (3) dokumen. Teknik Pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil riset sebagai berikut. (1) Kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa SMK Negeri 2 Loli memahami implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar (2) Implementasi Kurukulum Merdeka Belajar di SMK Negeri 2 Loli telah berjalan dengan baik (3) pengembangan budaya sekolah dan pembiasaan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari di sekolah berjalan dengan baik (4) bentuk kegiatan siswa dalam projek-projek melalui profil pelajar pancasila telah berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Manusia merupakan makhluk ciptaan Allah yang hidup sesuai dengan budaya dan ajaran agama yang dianut namun sebagai manusia biasa seseorang tidak pernah luput dari suatu kesalahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan ritual naketi uab, persepsi dan ideologi masyarakat mengenai naketi uab dalam pemulihan relasi komunikasi dan persepsi gereja tentang ritual naketi uab. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa naketi uab merupakan ritual yang dilakukan oleh manusia untuk mengatasi atau mencegah suatu permasalahan baik secara sosial maupun spiritualitas. Pelaksanaan ritual naketi uab dilangsungkan dengan menggunakan tutur adat dawan Timor (Uab meto) yang memiliki makna tertentu dengan tujuan adanya keterbukaan, pemberian nasihat, sebagai sarana komunikasi dan juga untuk pemulihan relasi dengan diri sendiri, dengan sesama maupun dengan Tuhan sebagai pemilik kehidupan. Tujuan utama dari ritual naketi uab adalah untuk merefleksikan diri, memperbaiki kesalahan yang dilakukan dan memperdamaikan diri dengan sesama maupun Tuhan sebagai bentuk pemulihan relasi komunikasi. Pelaksanaan naketi uab pada dasarnya berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai yang berlaku dalam masyarakat (antropologi) dan ajaran agama yang dianut (teologis) oleh pihak yang terlibat. Humans are creatures created by God who live under the culture and religious teachings adopted, but one never escapes from a mistake as an ordinary human. This study aimed to describe and analyze the implementation of the naketi uab in the restoration of communication relations and the church’s perception of the naketi uab ritual. This type of research is qualitative research, a phenomenological approach. The result of the study found that naketi uab is a ritual performed by humans to overcome or prevent a problem both socially and spiritually. The implementation of the naketi uab ritual is carried out using the Timorese dawan (uab meto) speech which has a specific meaning with the aim of openness, giving advice, as a means of communication and also for restoring relationships with oneself, with others, and with God as a personower of life. The primary purpose of the naketi uab ritual is to self-reflect, correct mistakes made and reconcile with others and God as a form of restoration of communication relations. The implementation of nakti uab is based on the values prevailing in society (anthropology) and the religious teachings adopted (theologically) by the parties involved.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk pembangunan pendidikan nasional adalah perubahan kurikulum. Perkembangan terakhir adalah kurikulum mandiri. Perubahan kurikulum ini ditengarai mengabaikan efisiensi maksimal siswa dalam belajar. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengkaji implementasi kurikulum otonom di SD GMIT Kabupaten Rote Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sumber yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 responden. Berdasarkan hasil di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesiapan sekolah untuk mengimplementasikan kurikulum mandiri di sekolah GMIT di Kecamatan Rote Ndao Kabupaten Rote Barat berada pada level yang cukup siap beraksi. Hal ini disebabkan faktor sosialisasi yang masih kurang pemahaman guru, dukungan referensi dan persiapan kurikulum merdeka yang kurang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to conduct a theological study of the culture of the Amarasi people in carrying out the death cycle rituals of suis, na'sore, nanuin in Soba Village. The research method used is qualitative-descriptive, using interview data collection techniques and documentation studies. The results of his research are anthropologically the ritual practices in the death cycle of suis, na'sore, nanuin aim to get rid of people who have died and provide safety protection for widows/widowers. However, theologically it turns out that there are practices that are irrelevant to the Christian faith because they deviate from Bible teachings, for example talking to people who have died and assuming that to get health and safety there are a number of taboos that must be done and this is the same as serving other gods in their case. are christians.

Abstract

The title raised in this study is Pedagogical-Theological Meaning in the Waura Watu Tradition in the Anakalang Community, Central Sumba. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the dynamics of the perceptions of the Anakalang people and the pedagogical-theological meaning of the waura watu (stone pulling) grave tradition in the Anakalang community, Central Sumba. This type of research is qualitative research with in-depth interview techniques conducted on key informants, namely traditional leaders, traditional practitioners, religious leaders, and the organizers of the stone pulling ritual. The results of the study show that the tradition of pulling gravestones has an important meaning in the traditions of the Sumba people, especially to honor or respect their ancestors. Since hundreds of years ago until now. The grave stones in Anakalang have a function that cannot be replaced until now, even though graves are known to be made of cement. The erection of grave stones and the tradition of stone pulling are integrated into the daily life of the Anakalang people against a background of religious conceptions which are seen as the legacy of their ancestors which must be upheld, because they have pedagogical values, namely mutual cooperation, unity in society, kinship, culture and deep theological values. That is why the variety of stone-pulling culture in Sumba has penetrated the theoretical time period and has continued until now as a tradition.

Abstract

This research begins with the author's anxiety about the decline in the teacher's work ethic. Many factors affect the decline in work ethic. One of them is Burnout. Due to poor collaboration between superiors and subordinates, teacher incompetence is increasing, and teacher interruption rates are high. This is reflected in the work ethic of SD Negeri Rita-Kaka teachers. The teacher's work ethic still needs to be revised. The type of quantitative research used is descriptive regression, characterized by analyzing interactions between endogenous variables consisting of central school control, teacher burnout, and work ethic as exogenous variables. Regarding the impact of the principal's leadership and Burnout on the morale of SD Rita-Kaka Elementary teachers, it was found that, first, the contribution of the principal's leadership to teacher morale was less impressive. Second, Burnout's contribution to teacher morale is quite impressive. Third, the principal's supervision and burnout contribution are very influential.

Abstract

Foreign languages ​​have a certain role in the context of the life of languages ​​in Indonesia. This function is realized in its use in certain domains, both natural and artificial based on language policy. In the Indonesian context, foreign languages, especially English, have an important role as a means of international communication. Ecologically, linguistic diversity in Indonesia requires a separation of functions and roles between local languages, Indonesian and foreign languages. In the context of language ecology, foreign languages ​​have the potential to dominate Indonesian and local languages. Regarding Indonesian, hegemony occurs because foreign languages ​​tend to have more economic value than Indonesian. Meanwhile, regarding local languages, foreign language hegemony is caused by low interdependence with local languages ​​in terms of structure and lexicon. In terms of language policy and language ecology, there are prescriptive matters that must be adhered to, but there are also descriptive matters related to the function and role of foreign languages ​​that need attention. Thus, foreign languages ​​will remain important in the context of global communication.

Abstract

Bahasa membedakan manusia dari binatang, sedangkan komunikasi memberi ciri manusia sebagai makluk sosial. Dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan yang membangun budaya manusia, komunikasi menjadi hal yang sangat menentukan bagi terciptanya manusia sebagai makluk berbudaya. Dengan kata lain, komunikasi tidak hanya membangun citra manusia sebagai makluk sosial tetapi juga untuk membangun budaya, mentrasfer budaya, dan mempertahankan budaya.

Abstract

Scientific backwardness is the result of a lack of interest in developing basic literacy during education. This problem occurs due to the lack of facilities that support the development of basic literacy, especially reading, namely the lack of reading books in elementary schools. Apart from that, in carrying out the learning process teachers are also not creative in creating a pleasant learning atmosphere. A problem that is still widespread in the world of elementary school education is that there are still elementary school students who cannot read. Therefore, the current aim of Community Service is to develop basic literacy, especially reading. It is necessary to carry out several supporting activities that can increase motivation and interest in learning in elementary school students. The development method used is by sharing picture learning books written in two languages, carrying out reading exercises for elementary school students and holding reading competitions by giving awards to each competition participant to foster students' interest in learning. The results of community service found were that teachers and students realized that basic literacy in elementary school education was very necessary because with good literacy development, teachers and students would be able to face various developments in current globalization. The form of literacy development carried out aims to bridge elementary school students and teachers to face various challenges that will arise in the future golden generation.
