Abstract

Kekurangan atau kelebihan gizi akan dimanisfestasikan dalam bentuk pertumbuhan yang menyimpang dari pola standar. Pertumbuhan fisik sering dijadikan sebagai indicator untuk mengukur status gizi baik individu maupun populasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui  Pengaruh Konseling Gizi Terhadap Perubahan Pola Makan dan Berat Badan anak yang mengalami masalah gizi di TK Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sungai Besar Banjarbaru Tahun 2014.Jenis Penelitian kuasi eksperimen,  pendekatan pre and post test control group design, dan tempat penelitian di TK Nusa Indah dan Ar Raudah wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sungai Besar Banjarbaru. Populasi adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki anak dengan masalah gizi dan sampel diambil secara Purposive Random Sampling kemudian dibagi menjadi kelompok perlakuan dan Kontrol (tanpa perlakuan). Analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon Mann WhitneyResponden yang memiliki anak pada kelompok perlakuan maupun kontrol tidak mengalami peningkatan jumlah baik berat badan awal maupun akhir, responden pada kelompok perlakuan maupun kontrol sudah cukup bagus perubahan pola makannya. Tidak ada pengaruh konseling gizi terhadap perubahan pola makan maupun perubahan berat badan.Kata Kunci     : Konseling, Pola makan, Berat badan

Abstract

Hypertension in the elderly is largely isolated systolic hypertension (HST), increasing systolic pressure causes a greater likelihood of stroke even though the diastolic pressure is within normal limits. Banjar District Health Office recapitulated about elderly that 45 to 59 years old from January to August 2018 in Astambul Public Health Center as many as 1676 people with hypertension incidence as many as 605 people (36.09%). The study purposes was to determine the effect of intake (sodium, fat, vegetables and fruit), the level of knowledge on the incidence of elderly hypertension at Martapura Astambul Public Health Center in 2019. The research type is observational analytic with cross sectional design, the data collected are intake (sodium, fat, vegetables and fruit), level of knowledge, the incidence of hypertension. The population is all elderly with age 45 - 59 years in Martapura Astambul Public Health Centre working are and 98 samples taken by accidental non random sampling, analysis using simple and multiple regression tests. The results showed that most of the elderly both experiencing hypertension and normal, lack of knowledge, no obesity, enough sodium intake, low fat intake, and low vegetable intake and fruit. There is no effect of knowledge level, nutritional status, sodium and fat intake on the incidence of hypertension. Abstract

Hypertension is a condition in which a person experiences an increase in blood pressure above normal which results in an increase in morbidity (morbidity) and death (mortality). Hypertension in the elderly is mostly isolated systolic hypertension (HST), increasing systolic pressure causes a high probability of stroke even though the diastolic pressure is within normal limits. The purpose of the activity is to provide Counseling and Counseling on Vegetables and Fruits for the Prevention of Hypertension in the Elderly in the Working Area of ??the Astambul Martapura Community Health Center. The activity method uses group education methods in the form of counseling and individual (individual) approaches with counseling so that contact between the elderly and officers is more intensive The results of the activity did not show a significant change in the pattern of eating vegetables and fruit after 1, 2, and 3 months of counseling and counseling, while there was a significant change in blood pressure after 1, 2, and 3 months of counseling and counseling.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Keberhasilan suatu penyelenggaraan makanan sering dikaitkan dengan adanya sisa makanan. Data tentang sisa makanan menunjukkan bahwa sisa makanan pasien RSUD Idaman Banjarbaru tergolong kategori sisa makanan banyak yakni >20%. Faktor yang mempengaruhi sisa makanan diantaranya cita rasa makanan, jenis kelamin dan lama hari rawat. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan cita rasa makanan, jenis kelamin, dan lama hari rawat dengan sisa makanan pasien di RSUD Idaman Banjarbaru. Metode : Jenis penelitian adalah obsevasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan bulan April – Mei 2017, sampel sebanyak 55 responden, pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling dengan undian. Pengambilan data sisa makanan dengan metode visual comstock. Cita rasa makanan, jenis kelamin dan lama hari rawat dikumpulkan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik rank spearman. Hasil : Sebagian besar sisa makanan responden bersisa sedikit yaitu 63,6%, sebagian besar pasien menyatakan cita rasa makanan sudah baik yaitu 60%, sebagian besar responden adalah wanita (74,5%) dan sebagian besar lama hari rawat responden adalah singkat (70,9%). Ada hubungan antara cita rasa makanan dengan sisa makanan pasien di RSUD Idaman Banjarbaru (p = 0,00 < 0,05). Tidak ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin dengan sisa makanan pasien di RSUD Idaman Banjarbaru (p=0,22>0,05). Ada hubungan antara lama hari rawat dengan sisa makanan pasien di RSUD Idaman Banjarbaru (p = 0,00 < 0,05). Simpulan :Untuk rumah sakit, ditingkatkan lagi citarasa makanan dalam penampilan dan rasa makanan, untuk pasien agar menghabiskan makanan yang disajikan, sedangkan untuk peneliti selanjutnya agar meneliti faktor kebiasaan makan dan makanan dari luar rumah sakit.

Abstract

Background: Women who have reached the age of puberty will experience menstruation that appears every month. One of the disorders of menstruation is menstrual cycle disorders. According to Riskesdas in 2010, it showed that irregular menstrual cycles in women aged 10-59 years in Indonesia reached 13.7%. Objectives: To determine the relationship of nutritional status, Fe consumption rate and stress level with menstrual cycle of adolecents at SMA Negeri 2 Banjarbaru. Methods: Nutritional status data were obtained through direct measurements, while data on Fe consumption rate, stress levels and menstrual cycles were obtained through questionnaires on Google Form. This type of research is analytic observational with a cross sectional approach. Data analysis using Chi Square correlation test α= 0.05. Results: Most of the experience normal menstrual cycle (65,4%), with good nutritional status (79,5%), rarely consume foods high in Fe (67,9%) and with stress level moderate (33%). Results of the relationship test showed that there was a relationship between nutritional status, Fe consumption rate and stress level with menstrual cycle of adolescents in SMA Negeri 2 Banjarbaru. Conclusions: Most of the experience normal menstrual cycle, with good nutritional status, rarely consume foods high in Fe, with stress level moderate. There was a relationship between nutritional status, Fe consumption level and stress level with menstrual cycle of adolescents in SMA Negeri 2 Banjarbaru.

Abstract

Background : The Physiological fulfillment of adolescents requires the fulfillment of adequate nutrition, including fruits and vegetables. However, their current diet has changed. They tend to choose fast food such as junk food which contains added sugar and fat in excessive amounts rather than consuming vegetables, fruit and milk. According to result of basic health research (Riskesdas) in 2018, the proportion of fruit / vegetable consumption per day in a week for people aged 5 years and over, according to the Regency / City of South Kalimantan Province, Banjarbaru City has a level of non-consumption reaching 11,79%, 1-2 portions a week reaching 78,96%, 3-4 servings a week reaches 8,64%, and more than 5 servings a week reaches 0,61%. Objectives : The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between attitudes and junk food on the level of vegetable and fruit consumption among students majoring in nutrition at the Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Banjarmasin. Methods : This type of research is an analytical observational study with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study were 294 students majoring in nutrition at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health, Banjarmasin. Sampling used 83 people with simple random sampling technique. This research was conducted using an online questionnaire with WhatsApp and Google Form. Data analysis using the Spearman Rank correlation test α = 0,05. Results : The results showed that the results of the correlation test using the Rank Spearman correlation test found that there was no significant relationship between attitudes and consumption of vegetables and fruits and there is a significant relationship between consumption of junk food and consumption of vegetables and fruit. Conclusions : Students who have low levels of vegetable and fruit consumption are expected to be able to apply the nutritional knowledge that has been learned in their daily life. In addition, they can raise awareness about the importance of eating vegetables and fruit.
