Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative research which aims to describe the training method for cultivating white oyster mushrooms at the Akademi Per Civilization Foundation, Dangau Datuk Village, District as wide as Bengkulu City which is held in Bukit Makmur Village, North Bengkulu Regency. The research subjects in this study were the Director of the Dangau Village Civilization Academy Foundation, Datuk Village, training instructors, and training participants in white oyster mushroom cultivation. This research was conducted at the Dangau Datuk Village Civilization Academy Foundation and Bukit Makmur Village, North Bengkulu on 16 s.d. March 23, 2020. The data collection techniques used interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the white oyster mushroom cultivation training methods used by the training instructors for white oyster mushroom cultivation were lecture, question and answer, and demonstration methods. Training on white oyster mushroom cultivation at the Dangau Datuk Village Civilization Academy Foundation was held in a prosperous hill village with more emphasis on demonstration methods. With the demonstrator method, the process of accepting training participants given by the instructor will be more memorable. Keywords: Training, Cultivation, White Oyster Mushroom

Abstract

Program ekonomi dan sosial pengurus masjid Baitul Atieq memberikan manfaat terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi jamaah terutama saat pandemi covid-19 saat ini. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tentang peranan manajemen Masjid Baitul Atieq dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi jamaah. Peneliti ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskrisptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik validasi menggunakan trianggulasi. Yakni trianggulasi waktu, trianggulasi subjek, dan trianggulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengurus masjid Baitul Atieq telah memberikan kemudahan dan pemberdayaan ekonomi kepada jamaah berupa peminjaman modal uang 2 juta untuk 10 orang dan memberikan bibit  ikan lele supaya jamaah bisa mengembangkan ternak ikan lele di rumah masing-masing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out empowerment and community programs in the Baitul Atieq Great Mosque which is a mosque with the Jami mosque's typology. This study refers to indicators of success according to the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance in 2014 concerning Standards for Management of Mosque Management. This research is a qualitative case study with four research subjects and data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation techniques. While data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation ranging from time triangulation, subject triangulation and technique triangulation. The results showed that the community empowerment programs carried out at the Baitul Atieq Great Mosque covered the fields of education, da'wah, social and economic, besides the existing programs involved all parties and covered community needs. Keywords: Program, Empowerment, Mosque

Abstract

This research is a qualitative case study research which aims to describe the extracurricular organization in PAUD IT Baitul Izzah Bengkulu City. The subjects in this study were the principal, the total extracurricular coordinator and the 4th extracurricular assistant teacher. This research was conducted at PAUD IT Baitul Izzah which is located on Jl. Construction of No.17 Baitul Izzah Grand Mosque Complex in Bengkulu City on 02 July-29 August 2020. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed and validated using triangulation data validity techniques. From the results of the research, organizing extracurricular activities at PAUD IT Baitul Izzah was grouped into four extracurricular activities, namely, submitted to each extracurricular companion teacher, then submitted by the accompanying teacher, divided into groups based on age and grade level. As for the placement of people in extracurricular activities, Unbeatable with extracurricular activities, selected first to see the talents and interests of accompanying teachers or to become extracurricular participants, as evidenced by the SK PAUD IT Baitul  Izzah. Provision of tools in extracurricular activities carried  out by schools  and assisted by extracurricular student guardians.  Keywords: Organizing, Extracurricular, PAUD

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mendapatkan informasi secara sistematis berkaitan dengan upaya Pemerintah Desa dalam penanggulangan kenakalan remaja mengkonsumsi Samcodin di Desa Padang Berangin. Metode yang digunakan Focus group discussion dengan mendapatkan hasil dari penelitian bahwa Upaya Pemerintah Desa Padang Berangin dalam penanggulangan kenakalan remaja dengan melaksanakan sosialisasi Hukum dan bahaya Narkotika supaya memberi pengetahuan kepada masyarakat desa terutama kalangan remaja dan  membentuk Kader masyarakat guna membantu Pemerintah Desa Padang Berangin menanggulangi kenakalan remaja serta menghidupkan kembali organisasi kepemudaan yaitu karang taruna supaya membantu desa dan masyarakat dalam penanggulangan kenakalan remaja sesuai dengan fungsi karang taruna seperti meningkatkan nilai agama,ketakwaan dan akhlak mulia bagi remaja.

Abstract

This research was descriptive qualitative research aimed to describe the sewing training implementation for heterogeneous learning citizens methods and techniques of learning. Participants in this study were heads of administrative sub-sections, instructors and sewing training citizens learning. This research was conducted at UPTD Bengkulu Work Training on 10 to 31 March 2020. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations and documentation. The data were analyzed and validated using triangulation data validity technique. From research results, the sewing training instructors apply lecture learning methods, question and answer learning methods, discussion learning methods, demonstration learning methods, group teaching learning methods and individual teaching learning methods. The instructional methods applied by instructors to heterogeneous learning citizens was different, namely by applying group teaching methods with participatory coaching learning techniques. Keywords: sewing training, learning citizens, heterogeneous.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan secara rinci tentang evaluasi pelaksanaan pendidikan kesetaraan terintegrasi di lembaga tahfidz Ahlul Qur’an Kota Bengkulu, dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan tata cara riset kualitatif dan informasi yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Dengan hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini yaitu evaluasi pelaksanaan pendidikan kesetaraan terintegrasi di lembaga tahfidz Ahlul Qur’an Kota Bengkulu, dilakukan dengan cara adanya kerjasama antara pihak lembaga tahfidz Ahlul Qur’an dengan PKBM Delia yang sebagai wadah keberlangsungan proses pembelajaran PAKET terintegrasi, seperti melihat hasil nilai-nilai pembelajaran pada warga belajar dari santri sebelumnya, keaktifan dalam proses pembelajaran, K1, K2, K3, K4 sampai dengan aktifitas keseharian dari warga belajar. evaluasi penilaian dilakukan mulai dari harian, minguan, bulanan sampai akhir dari proses pembelajaran berlangsung sehingga hasil evaluasi penilaian menjadi acuan untuk program PAKET terintegrasi selanjutnya.Kata kunci: Evaluasi, Tahfidz Ahlul Qur’an, Paket Terintegrasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembelajaran online program paket c pada PKBM Songgo Langit Kota Bengkulu. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif serta data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh penelitian ini yaitu pembelajaran online program paket c ini mendorong peserta didik belajar mandiri tanpa adanya pengawasan terus menerus dari guru sehingga peserta didik memiliki kemandirian untuk melakukan kegiatan bermanfaat seperti membaca, berlatih, mengulang kembali materi yang telah diberikan. Seorang guru harus menciptakan pembelajaran online yang menarik dan meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik. Cara untuk menumbuhkan minat belajar pada peserta didik dengan memberikan motivasi-motivasi belajar kepada peserta didik dengan perkataan yang positif dan membangun peserta didik dalam kondisi belajar.Kata kunci: Pembelajaran online, paket C, PKBM
