Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of total quality management (tqm) on company performance by using three independent variables namely leadership, employee involvement, and continuous system improvement on the dependent variable, namely company performance. The population in this study were the general manager and all employees of PTPN V Sei Pagar Kab. Kampar. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique or census by determining the entire population in this study was 147 respondents. The data were tested using validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative analysis and linear regression analysis using SPSS 23 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that 1.) leadership has a positive and significant effect on company performance, 2.) employee involvement and empowerment has a positive and significant impact on company performance, 3.) continuous system improvement has a positive and significant impact on company performance. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.457 means that the effect of total quality management (tqm) on the company's performance is 45.7% while the remaining 54.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this model.Keywords: Total Quality Management, Leadership, Employee Involvement, And Continuous System Improvement, Company Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of quality management (X) on organizational performance (Y) by mediating operational performance (M) in Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study were all SMEs in the processing industry sector that had received PP-IRT certificates in Kuantan Singingi Regency, totaling 57 SMEs. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. To test the hypothesis in this study was to use SEM-PLS with the help of the Smart-PLS program. The sampling technique that has been chosen is the census method (57 SMEs in the manufacturing sector who have received PP-IRT Certificates in Kuantan Singingi Regency). The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is a positive and significant effect of the application of quality management on operational performance, 2) There is a positive and significant effect of the application of quality management on organizational performance, 3) There is a positive and significant effect of operational performance on organizational performance, 4) There is a the positive and significant influence of the application of quality management on organizational performance mediated by operational performance of SMEs in the processing industry sector that have received PP-IRT Certificate in Kuantan Singingi Regency.Keywords: Quality Management, Operational Performance, Organizational Performance

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a way to maximize the performance of an organization that involves human resources and available capital for patient satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research using multiple linear regression test. This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) which includes a focus on customers, system improvement, as well as involvement and empowerment on the performance of nurses at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru. The sample in this study were all nurses at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru, totaling 73 respondents from the population. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument. To test the hypothesis in this study, IE by using multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that Total Quality Management which consists of variables focused on customers, improvement of the cooperation system, and employee involvementand empowerment has a positive and significant effect on performance. is 72.1% while the remaining 27.9% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this regression model. Abstract

This study aims to determine The Effect of Occupational Safety and Health, WorkEnvironment, and Workload on Employees Performance at PT. Mitra BetonMandiri Pekanbaru. This study uses a census sampling technique in which thesampling technique uses the entire population as the research sample. Thesamples in this study were all factory employees at BP I PT. Mitra Beton MandiriPekanbaru, totaling 60 people. The data obtained were collected using aquestionnaire which was then analyzed using a multiple linear regression analysisapproach with the help of the SPSS program. Abstract

The current rapid growth of the world economy has reached a situation wherecompetition has become a problem that must be faced by business people in everyeconomic sector. PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Riau Daratan is a company engagedin the field of information and communication as well as the provision of completetelecommunications services and networks in Indonesia. Employees at PT. TelkomIndonesia Witel Riau Daratan must give its best performance. Total QualityManagement and reward systems are things that must be considered by companyleaders in order to improve employee performance at PT. Telkom Indonesia WitelRiau Daratan. This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management(TQM) on employee performance with a reward system as a moderating variablefor employees at PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Riau Mainland. Primary data werecollected with a questionnaire as an instrument. To test the hypothesis of the use ofSEM with the SmartPLS application assistance program. The population in thisstudy includes employees at the manager level and assistant managers. Thesampling technique used the census method, the sample of this study found 33employees. The results of the study indicate that: 1) there is a significant effect ofTotal Quality Management (TQM) on employee performance at PT. TelkomIndonesia Witel Riau Daratan in Pekanbaru City, 2) there is a significantinteraction effect between Total Quality Management (TQM) and the rewardsystem (Reward) on employee performance and the reward system is a moderatingvariable at PT. Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran pada guru SD melalui Case Method dan Team Based Project. Mitra yang di berbagung pada kegiatan ini adalah Sekolah SDN 104202 Bandar Setia dan SD Negeri 107417 Sei Merah tanjung morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang Permasalahan yang ditemukan pada kedua mitra ini berinti pada proses pembelajarannya. Secara terperinci permasalahan yang ada pada kedua mitra ini yaitu guru mengajar hanya menggunakan bahan ajar yang tersedia pada buku paket, model pembelajaran guru kurang inovatif, paradigma guru terhadap pembelajaran cenderung kaku dan guru belum pernah melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis kasus. Selama ini guru kurang aktif, guru kurang memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi yang ada, guru juga kurang memahami model-model pembelajaran yang inovatif sehingga proses pembelajaran berjalan dengan sangat biasa saja. Hal ini yang menyebabkan siswa kurang aktif, kurang motivasi untuk belajar dan hasilnya adalah sering terjadi remedial. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan model-model inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah kedua mitra yakni Case Method dan Team Based Project

Abstract

This article was written to analyze education financing management and school quality through training. The type of research used in this research is school action research (PTS) with descriptive quantitative data analysis. The number of samples in the study was 16 people (teachers and administrative staff). Data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of research on education financing management obtained an overall average percentage of 86.00% in the good category. This indicates that the education financing management at SDS Santa Lucia has been carried out properly. The results of the discussion and categorization regarding the quality of the school as a whole from the indicators obtained an average percentage of 89.77% in the high category. So it can be concluded that the quality of education is based on indicators of facilities and infrastructure, educators/teachers and employees.

Abstract

As well as knowing and analyzing the form of management accountability at SMP Santa Lucia Sei Rotan in managing the school's income and expenditure budget. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative methods and research methods use library research. The results of the study show that the budgeting process carried out by the management of SMP Santa Lucia Sei Rotan has not been able to optimize properly to improve the quality of existing human resources, and the process of channeling the budget has not touched the programs implemented to create students who have talents and qualified abilities in accordance with the vision, mission and school goals

Abstract

Mangrove ecotourism offers a variety of interesting tourist activities for visitors, such as nature tourism, environmental education, and cultural tourism. The purpose of this study was to determine the role and efforts of the community in participating in improving mangrove ecotourism management in Denai Kuala Village, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency. The method used in this research is Qualitative with Descriptive Approach. The results of this study show that there are various types of mangroves in Denai Kuala village such as Rhizopora Apicullata, Rhizophora Mucronata and Avicennia. Beach management with an approach that harmonizes environmental protection, animal welfare, education, and economic sustainability. Mangrove ecotourism management on Putra Deli beach is managed by one party where the management of the beach revenue is used properly and partly goes into the treasury as a further beach management fund. Mangrove management of Muara Indah Beach is carried out by groups of people who live around the beach. Not all people are only some who belong to the Muara Indah Beach management group

Abstract

Mangrove ecotourism offers various interesting tourist activities for visitors, such as nature tourism, environmental education and cultural tourism. The results of this research show that Monkey Beach is managed with an approach that harmonizes environmental protection, animal welfare, education and economic sustainability. The management of mangrove ecotourism on Putra Deli beach is managed by one party where the management of the beach income is used properly and part of it goes into the treasury as funds for further beach management. Muara Indah Beach Mangrove management is carried out by community groups who live around the beach. Not all people, only a few are included in the Muara Indah Beach management group.
