Abstract

Banyak madrasah menjadi sorotan masyarakat terkait kualitas sumberdaya manusia, tenaga pendidik khususnya di madrasah, hal ini karena di samping jumlahnya yang sangat banyak namun kualitas pengelolaan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan sampai sejauh ini, belum mampu sejajar dengan pendidikan umum lainnya. Kendatipun demikian lembaga madrasah perlu melaksanakan setrategi salah satunya adalah pelaksanaan planning, organizing, actuating, controlling tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan secara kontinu. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Manajemen Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan yang diterapkan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah al-Hidayah Pertiwi dan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pelajar Islam Putihdih, dalam hal ini meliputi: perencanaan dengan perekrutan secara pendekatan personal dan seleksi yang relevan dengan latar belakang pendidikan. Pengorganisasian dengan penempatan yang diatur secara lansung oleh Ketua Yayasan dan Kepala Madrasah, pembagian tugas yang terjadwal dan beban kerja yang sifatnya professional dan proporsional. Serta pengontrolan dengan penerapan kedisiplinan yang baik dan pemberhentian dilakukkan jika melanggar kedisiplinan secara berulang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Data dan dokumen dikumpul dan dihimpun dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan dan studi dokumentasi. Data dan dokumen tersebut diperiksa validatasnya melalui triangulasi metode, teori dan sumber. Selanjutnya data dan dokumen tersebut dianalisis secara diskriptif kualitatif. Kata Kunci: Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Penggerakan dan Pengawasan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see how the financing management at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mathla'ul Anwar Kedondong, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques, interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was performed using reduction techniques, data display and conclusion drawing. Triangulation test is used to test the validity of the data. The results showed: 1). Planning (budgeting) at MTs Mathla'ul Anwar begins with compiling the RKAM through the mechanism of madrasah plenary meetings, identifying madrasah admission plans, identifying madrasah expenditure plans, compiling RAPBM, ratifying RAPBM by the foundation. 2). Implementation (accounting/ bookkeeping) uses a cash book known to the principal of the madrasah and refers to technical instructions. 3). Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of prophetic values in school principal leadership and examine its implications for organizational culture at SMA Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies of the principal, vice principal, administrative head, and several teachers. The results of the study show that the principal applies the value of Shiddiq through honesty and transparency, Amanah through responsibility and accountability, Fathanah through wisdom in decision making, and Tabligh through participatory communication and moral exemplary behavior. The application of these four values contributes to improving teacher professionalism, a collaborative work climate, and effective school management.
