Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan Semantic Mapping pada pemahaman membaca siswa di kelas XI SMA TMI Roudlatul Qur’an Metro, in the Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015 . Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Experiment Murni. Data yang diambil berasal dari nilai pemahaman membaca. Tes yang digunakan adalah tes pilihan ganda denga empat opsi jawaban (A.B, C, D) Penelitan ini menggunakan kelas pretest dan postest baik dalam kelas kontrol maupun kelas eksperimen.materi yang diteskan berupa materi pemahaman membaca.hasil akhir menyatakan bahwa Semantic Mapping adalah salah satu metode yang effektif untuk menambah pemahaman membaca siswa dengan melihat hasil pretest pada kelas eksperimen 58,83 dengan rata rata postest 77. Sedangkan pada kelas kontrol hasil pretest 61,36 dan hasil postes nya 69,84.standar KKM yang dicapai pada kelas eksperimen(93,3%) dan pada kelas kontrol (66,7%). Artinya hasil yang dicapai pada ekperimen kelas lebih tinggi daripada hasil dari kelas kontrol. Semantic Mapping tekhnik bisa menjadi alternative pilihan dari pembelajaran Pemahaman Membaca. Khususnya bagi siswa kelas XI SMA TMI Roudlatul Qur’an Metro. Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. . Keywords: Reading, Semantic Mapping.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to know whether Probing Prompting Learning Technique can be used to get the maximum effect of students’ reading narrative ability in teaching and learning process. This research was applied collaborative action reEsearch, this research was done in two cycle. The subject of this research was 23 students at tenth grade of SMA Kartikatama Metro. The result of the research showed that the Probing Prompting Learning Technique is useful and effective to help students get maximum effect of their reading. Based on the results of the questionnaire obtained an average percentage of 95%, it indicated that application of Probing Prompting Learning Technique in teaching l reading was appropriately applied. In short that students’ responses toward Probing Prompting Learning Technique in teaching reading was positive. In conclusion, Probing Prompting Learning Technique can get maximum effect of students’ reading ability. In relation to the result of the reserach, some suggestion are offered to english teacher, that the use of Probing Prompting learning Technique in teaching reading will get the maximum effect of students’ reading abilty.

Abstract

Innovation learning of classical Al-Qur'an at TMI Roudhatul Qur’an was very important. Because it was an effort to maintain the al-Qur'an originality for the young generation. The aim of this study was to observe how the learning process of the Tahfidzul Qur'an in using of classical methods. The type of this research was field research. This study used a qualitative analytical descriptive approach, namely the data obtained by interview, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the classical methods in Roudhatul Qur’an of Junior High School were very suitable to be applied because the learning process becomes more efficient and improves the quality of memorization and correcting. Abstract

Banyak madrasah menjadi sorotan masyarakat terkait kualitas sumberdaya manusia, tenaga pendidik khususnya di madrasah, hal ini karena di samping jumlahnya yang sangat banyak namun kualitas pengelolaan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan sampai sejauh ini, belum mampu sejajar dengan pendidikan umum lainnya. Kendatipun demikian lembaga madrasah perlu melaksanakan setrategi salah satunya adalah pelaksanaan planning, organizing, actuating, controlling tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan secara kontinu. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Manajemen Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan yang diterapkan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah al-Hidayah Pertiwi dan Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pelajar Islam Putihdih, dalam hal ini meliputi: perencanaan dengan perekrutan secara pendekatan personal dan seleksi yang relevan dengan latar belakang pendidikan. Pengorganisasian dengan penempatan yang diatur secara lansung oleh Ketua Yayasan dan Kepala Madrasah, pembagian tugas yang terjadwal dan beban kerja yang sifatnya professional dan proporsional. Serta pengontrolan dengan penerapan kedisiplinan yang baik dan pemberhentian dilakukkan jika melanggar kedisiplinan secara berulang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Data dan dokumen dikumpul dan dihimpun dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan dan studi dokumentasi. Data dan dokumen tersebut diperiksa validatasnya melalui triangulasi metode, teori dan sumber. Selanjutnya data dan dokumen tersebut dianalisis secara diskriptif kualitatif. Kata Kunci: Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Penggerakan dan Pengawasan.

Abstract

Hermeneutics is one of the keys out of the problematic understanding of the text, when the text is understood by only a few circles and is considered less appropriate to the current context, because it is not easy to interpret the classical books that are the hold of life, and are limited by the ages from its descent to in the present. Gadermen and Fazlur Rahman offer a concept of hermeneutics that both refer to the history of the text, and reconstruct the new understanding they analyzeby relating it to the current social context.Gadermen prefers to make hermeneutics an ontological basis, which is based on deep thought, while Fazlur Rahman makes hermeneutics a methodology in the function of ijtihad. Key Words : Gadamer, Fazlur Rahman, Hermeneutic Hermeneutika menjadi salah satu kunci keluar dari problematika pemahaman terhadap teks, disaat teks dipahami hanya oleh beberapa kalangan saja dan dianggap kurang sesuai dengan konteks saat ini,karena memang tidak mudah untuk menginterpretasikan kitab klasik yang menjadi pegangan hidup, dan terbatasi oleh zaman dari mulai turunnya sampai pada masa sekarang.Gadermen dan Fazlur Rahman menawarkan konsep hermeneutika yang sama-sama mengacu pada historis teks tersebut, dan merekontruksi pemahaman baru yang mereka analisis dengan mengaitkannya pada konteks sosial saat ini.Gadermen lebih pada menjadikan hermeneutika sebagai ontologis yaitu berdasarkan pemikiran yang dalam, sedangkan Fazlur Rahman menjadikan hermeneutika sebagai metodologis dalam fungsi ijtihad. Abstract

The article gave learning assistance by students’ utilizing waste to increase students' interest and creativity. This research used ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method. Five steeps to conduct this research; discovery, dream, design, define, and destiny. As for this research method including: preparation stage consisting of observation, interview to parents of students, delivery of strategies, and material extension, implementation stage consisting of socialist implementation of activities initiated by approach and mentoring students, evaluation stage of assessment of activities that have been carried out. The results activities showed that the students learning assistance against corona virus and utilizing used goods as a place to wash hands, mentoring students in utilizing waste to make product handicrafts, and mentoring students in utilizing waste as a learning medium. Abstract

A person who has a disciplined attitude will reflect through obedient. obedient and orderly behavior with a feeling of responsibility for what has become the rules he has received. In reality, discipline seems hard for some people to do, it covers all aspects of discipline. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi minimnya karakter disiplin siswa di SMP Islam Cendikia Darussalam dan menganalisis bentuk kerjasama sekolah dan orang tua di SMP Islam Cendikia Darussalam The method used in this research is a qualitative approach, the methods that are usually used are interviews, observation, and document. Qualitative descriptive in this study is used to develop a theory that is built through data obtained in the field. The factors that influence students, thats is parenting styles in daily life, social relationships, and self-understanding. The forms of cooperation that exist are cooperation and socialize school rules, form school and parent / guardian cooperation organizations, school committees, home visits, receive visits from parents of guardians, collaborate in groups, and carry out counseling guidance at schools. Efforts are made through collaboration, namely carrying out deliberations with guardian parents, learning the character of discipline from an early age which is carried out jointly between teachers and schools, internalizing disciplinary values ​​in subjects, building a conducive school environment in various ways including those equipped with school infrastructure, holding positive activities that build character values ​​of students, control, rewards and punishments, and modeling.
