Abstract

This research is classroom action research. This research consist of 2 cycle and everycycle consist of 2 meeting. This research aimed to know whether classroom characterlearning can implemented according direct instruction. Object this research are studentabout 38 students who has follow Cost Accounting. From the results of the first cycle canbe seen that individual mastery has not happened. This is due to the persistence ofstudents who do not understand and unpreparedness of the students themselves. In thesecond cycle has occurred completeness individually, it is because of the firmness oflecturers in the form of sanctions and rewards to students. In the classical completenessincrement cycle has not occurred, it is because there are many students who are notcompletely implement the learning process so that the timing of the task did notunderstand implement. In the second cycle occurs classical completeness, this isbecause students interested in the materials provided, so that the interest andenthusiasm students so well. Value of the character generated is also quite good,although the first cycle, the first meeting, the value of honesty and responsibility is notgood enough. Based on the results of the implementation of direct teaching-based CostAccounting courses can be concluded that the Character Class character education canbe applied konsissten especially in Cost Accounting courses, so as to combineaccounting skills with other disciplines that will be able to provide supplies for students toenter the world employment.Keyword : learning character cycle, classical completenes

Abstract

Abstrack: This study aims to determine the effect of government ownership and foreign ownership on debt policy both simultaneously and partially in transportation and infrastructure sector companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period of 2011 to 2015. The population of this research is all transportation and infrastructure sector companies which was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2011 to 2015 where the data was examined by census. This study uses secondary data sourced from the company's annual report. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program (Statistical Package for Social Science). The results of the study indicate that government ownership and foreign ownership simultaneously influence debt policy. Government ownership partially has a negative effect on debt policy. While foreign ownership has a negative effect on debt policy.Key Words: Government Ownership, Foreign Ownership, and Debt Policy

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine members' perceptions about procedure for granting credit at KSU Rejosari. The research population was members Koperasi that make loans are with 264 people and The sample used was 53 people with random sampling techniques. This research uses primary data sourced from direct research to Koperasi Serba Usaha Rejosari Pekanbaru. The data analysis technique used is technical descriptive data analysis and use SPSS program (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results showed that the procedure for giving credit to KSURejosari is generally good but improvements are still needed.Key Words: Koperasi Serba Usaha, Member Perception, Procedure for Granting Credit

Abstract

This research aimed to know disparity of economic growing in Riau Provincebetween Regency. The data was analyzed with Kuadran System, Williamson Indeks, entropiTheil Indeks and the proof of Kuznets Hypothesis. From the research, can conclussion thatonly Pekanbaru City in First Kuadran ((high growth and high income). The area that catego-rize into high growth but low income is Pelalawan, Kuantan Singingi, Indragiri Hulu andSiak Regency.. Indragiri Hilir, Rokan Hulu dan Kabupaten Kampar can categorized intohigh income but low growth, meanwhile the area categorized into low income and low growthare Rokan Hilir, Dumai and Bengkalis. In Williamson and entropi Theil Index got differentanswer. According to Williamson Index, Riau Province have increasing disparity in growingof economic but entropi Theil Index categorized that Riau Province have decreasing dispar-ity of growing in economic. Based on Williamson and entropi Theil Index, Riau Province isnot categorized based on Kuznets Hypothesis.

Abstract

Abstrack: This study aims to analyze the level of financial literacy and the level of financial management of financial managers in particular the management of School Operational Cost funds at Junior High Schools 40Pekanbaru, The data in the study of primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data sourced from financial statement data Operational Cost funds Junior High School 40 Pekanbaru.. Sampling with saturated sampling technique where all populations are sampled. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis by using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) program. The results showed that the level of financial literacy of Operational Cost funds managers in Junior High School 40 Pekanbaru was classified as high because it was in the Suff Literate category, the level of management of Operational Cost funds in Junior High School 40 Pekanbaru was also in the very high category. the Operational Cost funds supervision indicator is the indicator that dominates the highest value of the 3 (three) other indicators with an average value reaching 10. This proves that the supervision of Operational Cost funds in Junior High School 40 Pekanbaru has been done very well.Key Words: Financial Literacy, Financial Management

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the influence of teachers' creativity and interest in learning on student learning outcomes economic subjects in SMA Negeri 9 Mandau Bengkalis. This research use quantitative descriptive method and population in this research is student of class XI IPS which amounted to 105 people and sample obtained by using proportional random sampling technique counted 51 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination (R2) with the help of SPSS version 16.0. The result of this research is teacher's creativity have a significant effect to student learning result which obtained tcount 4,692> ttable 2,011 and significant value 0,000 <0,05. Interest in learning significantly influence student learning outcomes where obtained tcount 2.589> ttable 2.011 and significant value 0.013 <0.05. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between teacher creativity and student learning interest with learning outcomes where obtained value fhitung 30,750> ftabel 3,191 and significant value 0,000 <0,05. The multiple linear regression equation obtained in this research is Y = 56,515 + 0,157X1 + 0,265X2. This means that if the creativity of teacher (X1) and interest in learning (X2) is zero (0) then the learning result (Y) is 56,515 and every increase of teacher creativity will increase student learning outcomes by 0,157 and every increase of interest learn then will improve student learning outcomes by 0,265. The result of research of coefficient of determination (R2) found that percentage contribution contribution of teacher creativity variable and learning interest to learning result equal to 56,2% and the rest counted 43,8% influenced by other variable not explained in this research. Abstract

Abstrack: This study aims to determine the comparison of economic learning outcomes for student Class X IIS (Specialization) with student Class X MIPA (Cross Interest) in SMA Negeri 15 Pekanbaru in 2018/ 2019 school year. The population was all student Class X IIS (Specialization) and student Class X MIPA (Cross Interest) who took lesson in economic intersest where data was examined by means of documentation and questionnaires.The data analysis technique used is path analysis by using SPSS (Stastical Package for Social Science) program. The results showed that: (1) There was difference between the economic learning outcomes of student Class X IIS (Specialization) and student Class X MIPA (Cross Interest). (2) There are differences in the level of factors that affect learning outcomes. The learning outcomes of class X IIS (Specialization) are better than the results of economic learning in Class X MIPA (Cross Interest) students.Key Words: Learning Outcomes, Specialization, Cross Interest

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of the use of learning resources on student learning outcomes on the subjects of economy class XI in SMAN 1 Minas Siak district. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Minas Siak district. The population of this study is the students of class XI Year Teaching 2017/ 2018 which amounted to 151 people. Sample taken by simple random sampling method. The sample size is 60 people. Data analysis technique used is simple regression. The results of this study indicate that: the use of learning resources influence on student learning outcomes on the subjects of economy class XI in SMAN 1 Minas Siak ditrict.Key Words : Learning Resources, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to determine and analyze the effect ofinstitutional ownership and public ownership on dividend policy. The population in thisresearch is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for theperiod 2012-2015 that have data institutional ownership, public ownership anddividend policy four consecutive years (2012-2015). Data are obtained from IndonesianCapital Market Directory (ICMD) and website each company. The data analysistechnique used in this research is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSSprogram. The results showed that institutional ownership and public ownershipsimultan eously affect the dividend policy. Partially, institutional ownership negativelyaffect dividend policy and public ownership do not affect the dividend policy.Keywords: Institutional ownership, Public ownership, Dividend Policy

Abstract

Abstrack: this study aims to look at the effect of firm size and leverage on financial performance both simultaneously and partially in the food and beverage sub- sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013 – 2017. The population of this study is all food and beverage sub – sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2013 – 2017 where the data is examined by census. This study uses secondary data sourced from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The data analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of the statistical package for social science (SPSS). The results of the study show that firm size and leverage simultaneously influence the company’s financial performance. Firm size partially has a positive effect on the company’s financial performance while leverage has a negative effect on financial performance.Key Words: Firm Size, Leverage, Company’s Financial Performance
