Abstract

This research was aimed to find out and analyze information systems procurement of goods at PT. Sources Communication Solutions as a solution to data security problems. Security systems use classical cryptographic methods by means of chipher substitution, is that each character in the plaintext will be replaced with another letter based on a particular method or formula so that it cannot be understood by other partiesThe research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. While the data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation and literature study.The concept of system design refers to data processing of procurement of goods both from inputting to reporting. So that this application design is expected to become an information system with better data security and a solution for the company.

Abstract

This research aimed to design of accounting information system calculation income tax article 21employees in Bandung Kidul Sub District Bandung. The method used in designing this information system is the waterfall method. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and literature study. From observation that has been done, the factors that inhibited the process of calculation income tax was that they were using Microsoft Office Excel and it was less effective and efficient so need that relative long time in process of calculating income tax. Accordingly, need calculation income tax article 21employees information system that approach with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access 2013 as processing database. With this application as processing the calculation of income tax, it is expected that the data processing can be more optimal.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze, design and implement an information system for evaluating employee performance at BTC Fashion Mall. From the research that has been done, there are factors that hinder the employee performance appraisal system because they still use Microsoft Office Excel which is felt to be less effective and efficient. The research method uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques used are direct observation, interviews and literature review.. In designing this employee performance appraisal information system, the author uses an object-oriented approach with UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling, and is implemented with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access programming languages, and uses the Prototype software development method. With this application as a means of processing employee performance appraisals, it is hoped that the processing of employee performance appraisal data can run quickly and optimally.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Pendataan PKL di DISKOMINFO Kabupaten Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yaitu berisi kutipan-kutipan data yang diungkap di lapangan untuk memberikan dukungan terhadap apa yang disajikan dalam penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan observasi pengamatan langsung di lapangan, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam penelitian adalah pendataan PKL yang masih menggunakan sistem manual yang menyebabkan data tidak terarsip dengan baik, terkadang terjadi duplikasi data, waktu pengambilan data yang tidak efektif, dan ruang penyimpanan arsip yang terbatas. Dari hasil penelitian, untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi di DISKOMINFO saat ini membutuhkan sistem informasi pendataan PKL sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan dengan membuat web aplikasi guna menyediakan informasi pendataan PKL. Rancangan sistem aplikasi ini menggunakan Framework Codeigniter 3 dan sistem ini menggunakan penyimpanan database MySQL. Dengan adanya program aplikasi ini, memudahkan pengguna untuk mencari informasi tentang PKL dan memudahkan proses pendataan PKL.

Abstract

This study aimed to design and implement a savings, loans and surplus information system at Koperasi KOPPU P3J Bandung. This Koperasi is a business entity engaged in the field of cooperative economics, who serve members in particular in the field of savings and loans services. The data collection tecniques used were by interviews, observations and completed by literature study which had related with the problems. Software development methods was made using waterfall. From the research done, the factor that inhibited the saving and loans information system was still using the manual method and it was less effective and efficient. Therefore, in this research was made design saving and loans information system using Unified Modelling Languange (UML) and implemented by programming languages Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and also the Microsoft Access as a DBMS (Database Management System). With the existence of this application as a means of processing of items saving and loans data processing then it was expected that data processing can run fast and in an optimum order

Abstract

Adiandra Medika Clinic is a healthcare facility that still uses a manual method for recording employee attendance. This approach leads to several issues, such as inaccurate records, data manipulation, slow recap processes, and paper waste. This study aims to design a digital attendance system using QR Code to record attendance more accurately and efficiently. Data were collected through on-site observation and interviews. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, designed with UML, and built using the CodeIgniter framework in a web-based environment. Testing was conducted using the black box method to ensure all features function as required. The results show that the system improves the speed of attendance recording, minimizes errors, and supports real-time monitoring. The system is feasible for implementation and can be adopted by clinics or similar institutions in need of a digital attendance solution. Its implementation is also expected to enhance the overall management of human resources.
