Abstract

Bureaucratic reform demands changes in clean governance, one of which is by improving the quality of human resources. The realization of good governance is the implementation of good public services. Thus, performance demands are inevitable. This research was conducted to examine the factors that influence the performance of employees in government circles, and to prove this research, a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis was used. The sample technique uses simple random sampling with a number of respondents 118, and the unit of analysis is an employee of the ministry of youth and sports. The results showed that in government circles, the role of leadership is very influential. This happens because of the structural or bureaucratic work system, placing the leadership as the person in full control of all employees. So it is not surprising, if the leadership's order is often perceived as an organizational order, absolutely.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in the research is whether there is an effect of work ability on employee work performance at the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Development Acceleration of Disadvantaged Areas, Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Areas and Transmigration The research method uses a survey with a correlational quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, namely the sample research technique when all members of the population were used as samples. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the work ability variable has a positive, strong and significant effect on employee work performance. This can be seen from the correlation coefficient value of 0.723, while the coefficient of determination (r²) is 0.522, meaning that the variable of ability contributes 52.2% to the employee work performance variable. The result of the significance test of the ability variable on employee work performance

Abstract

Monitoring Lecturer Performance: Benefits and Impact on Higher Education, this study aims to analyze Unpam Lecturer Performance Monitoring Based on the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, to find out how the impact of Unpam Lecturer Performance Monitoring, to find out how the impact of Unpam Lecturer Performance Monitoring. This type of research is an evaluative research using qualitative methods. The informants used in the research are informants who have been determined by the researchers, namely people who are authorized to convey the information. Data were collected by means of in-depth interviews, direct observation and document review. The research instruments used were interview guides, observation sheets, and documentation sheets. The results show that the performance of Pamulang University lecturers is quite good, there are only a few findings that must be improved, such as in terms of functional positions that need to be improved, lecturer certification needs to be achieved and research on grants for higher education needs to be maximized.

Abstract

Although feelings of pleasure are not defined as the main instrument in achieving performance, emotional involvement in work cannot be ignored. Invisibly, feelings dominate work attitudes and behavior, so that performance can be achieved. So paying attention to the factors of happiness and comfort at work must be considered by organizational management. This study aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction on improving performance by paying attention to the variables of communication, self-esteem, and self-efficacy. The research method uses causal associative with regression analysis techniques. In collecting data, a purposive sampling technique was used with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The results of the study indicate that satisfaction is a factor that is considered important by every employee. The reason is, work is not only a matter of making money, but as a place to interact between one person and another within the scope of business activities, then building good communication is a necessity, then having self-confidence is a capital in meeting the interests of the organization and the work environment. Statistically, the value of the contribution of the variables of communication, self-esteem, and self-efficacy is 0.162. This means that job satisfaction will increase with an estimated value of 16.2% if work communication is well developed and self-confidence is high.

Abstract

Taking part in community development is not as easy as turning your palms. This is also the case with raising youth awareness to participate in this development. Therefore, efforts are needed to awaken, motivate and guide youth in order to increase their capacity to play an active role in community development. Based on these conditions, it is an obligation for a lecturer to convey his knowledge and foster the community, especially youth, to increase their capacity through organizing youth capacity building training and organizational management. This activity explicitly aims to increase knowledge, skills and community enthusiasm for the benefit of the organization, so that organizational problems can be resolved. Scientific efforts made using a qualitative approach. Namely, providing individual capacity building training through knowledge sharing methods, sharing organizational experiences, and organizational skills practice. Participants are members of Bina Youth Rw 02 Pondok Benda Pamulang. The results of this activity indicated that the participants were very enthusiastic in studying capacity building and organizational management. This is because sharing organizational experiences can trigger enthusiasm and awareness of participants in organizing.

Abstract

Today's in digital era, all sectors use technology to develop production and increase sales, including Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. But in fact, many obstacles are faced, for example, existing human resources cannot use technology and information, the high cost of technology procurement, lack of references, and so on. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide additional knowledge to MSME actors in the South Tangerang Buaran Exit, about the use of digital marketing and digital markets, so that they can overcome the problem of declining sales due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The method of service activities is carried out by explaining the material and sharing experiences. In practice, exposure activities are carried out by displaying material in the form of slideshows, pictures, and videos. Meanwhile, the experience sharing session was carried out by showing directly how to do digital marketing in the digital market, such as how to register and open a digital store at Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, and so on. Then it is also explained, how to get competitive products from the marketplace. This activity was held for three days, Tuesday 05 October 2021 to 07 October 2021. Argumentatively the results of this activity became a reference for the participants on how to do business in the digital era. So that the participants gain knowledge, which makes them aware of the importance of adapting. In addition, this activity spurred the spirit of doing business with a new model, namely further optimizing online sales in the digital market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel Pelatihan Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Putra Cananda Mandiri Kota Tangerang secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian pada skripsi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini populasi dan sampel seluruh karyawan PT Putra Cananda Mandiri yaitu sebanyak 89 responden hal ini berdasarkan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data seperti uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Peneliti dalam melakukan penyebarkan kuesioner untuk mengetahui faktor pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, hasilnya berupa pengumpulan data google form dan dikelola menggunakan SPSS Versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui : (1) Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh signifikasi  sig 0,05 atau (0,000< 0.05) dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (11,583 > 1,987). (2) Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh signifikai sig 0,05 atau (0,000< 0.05) dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (12,068 > 1,987) . (3) Pelatihan Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Putra Cananda Mandiri berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan yaitu (0,000< 0.05) dengan perhitungan Uji F yaitu nilai F hitung > F tabel (88,26 > 3.100).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan di Yayasan Kasih Anak Kanker Indonesia baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan sebagai responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh, di mana seluruh populasi dijadi kan sebagai sampel, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 55 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, antara lain uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas), analisis regresi linier berganda, serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t (secara parsial) dan uji F (secara simultan), dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Yayasan Kasih Anak Kanker Indonesia, yang dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t lebih besar dari t tabel (8,175 > 1.674) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Begitu pula dengan kerjasama tim yang secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Yayasan Kasih Anak Kanker Indonesia, yang dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t lebih besar dari t tabel (9,629 > 1.674) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan, hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi dan kerjasama tim secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Yayasan Kasih Anak Kanker Indonesia, dengan nilai F hitung lebih besar dari F table (272,411 > 4.54) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan hasil analisis regresi linear berganda Y = -3,021 + 0,789X₁ + 0,292X₂. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh komunikasi dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan di Yayasan Kasih Anak Kanker Indonesia baik secara parsial maupun simultan

Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner ber-skala Likert kepada 53 responden yang ditentukan melalui rumus Slovin. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji deskriptif, Uji Instrumen Data, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Kuantitatif, dan Pengujian Hipotesis. Uji T Komunikasi Kerja Uji T memperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (11,391 > 2,008) yang di mana nilai signifikansi < 0,05 atau (0,01 < 0,05). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (H02 ditolak dan Ha2 diterima) yang artinya Komunikasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV Laris Makmur Sentosa di Tangerang. Uji F memperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel (77,896 > 3,183) yang di mana nilai signifikansi < 0,05 atau (0,01 < 0,05). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan pada variabel Pengembangan Karier (X1) dan Komunikasi Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) CV Laris Makmur Sentosa di Tangerang atau H03 ditolak Ha3 diterima yang artinya Pengembangan Karier dan Komunikasi Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV Laris Makmur Sentosa di Tangerang.
