Abstract

This study aims to investigate the extent to which communication and occupational health and safety (OHS) influence employee performance at PT Sinergi Aitikom, South Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The research problem is based on the importance of effective communication and the implementation of OHS in creating a safe, productive work environment, and supporting the achievement of optimal performance. The research approach uses a quantitative method with an associative design, which allows for analysis of relationships between variables. The independent variables include communication (X1) and occupational health and safety (OHS) (X2), while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The study population is all 81 employees of PT Sinergi Aitikom, and because the number is relatively small, a saturated sampling technique is used so that the entire population becomes the research sample. Data analysis was conducted through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination (R²), and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The results showed that the OHS variable significantly influences employee performance, as indicated by a calculated t-value of 10.698, which is greater than the t-table (1.990), with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). Furthermore, the F-test results reinforced this finding, with a calculated F-value of 304.857, which is greater than the F-table (3.11), and a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). This proves that communication and OHS simultaneously have a strong influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.887 indicates that 88.7% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by communication and OHS, while the remaining 11.3% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Thus, effective communication and sound OHS implementation have proven to be key factors in improving employee performance in the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh disiplin kerja dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di All Nippon Airways Pada Bagian Front Linier PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta  Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif, Teknik pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder, yang digunakan melalui teknik penelitian (kuesioner sebanyak 63 responden), observasi, studi pustaka. Metode analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear sederhana dan berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji determinasi dan uji signifikan (uji t dan uji F). Hasil koefesien korelasi disiplin kerja sebesar 0,548 atau 54,8% dan nilai koefesien korelasi stress kerja sebesar 0,485 atau 48,5%. Maka dapat diartikan drajat hubungan antara variabel disiplin kerja dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan merupakan korelasi kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi tersebut diperoleh sebesar 34,4%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 65,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor. Diketahui nilai signifikan untuk pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai t hitung 5,041 > t tabel 1,999. dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Diketahui nilai signifikan untuk pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai t hitung  4,337 > t tabel 1,999, dapat disimpulkan Ho diterima Ha ditolak, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan  diketahui nilai signifikan untuk pengaruh disiplin kerja dan  stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai f hitung 15,741 > Ftabel 3,15, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada di All Nippon Airways Pada Bagian Front Linier PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta  Tangerang

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve the quality of human resources (HR) among Posyantek administrators in North Serpong District through the management of Appropriate Technology (TTG). The challenge faced by partners is the limited understanding and skills of Posyantek administrators in managing and utilizing TTG optimally and sustainably. The implementation method included counseling, training, discussions, and hands-on practice related to Appropriate Technology management that aligns with the needs and potential of the local community. The results of the activity indicate an increase in the knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes of Posyantek administrators in TTG management. Furthermore, this activity also strengthened motivation and collaboration among Posyantek administrators in carrying out their role as technology facilitators at the sub-district level. This PKM activity was concluded to be effective in improving the quality of human resources among Posyantek administrators and is expected to have a long-term impact on Posyantek development and community empowerment based on Appropriate Technology in North Serpong District.
