Abstract

Faktor-faktor yang bisa mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dapat terbentuk dari proses reduksi berbagai faktor. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti akan meneliti kondisi yang ada pada Perpustakaan SMA Negeri 6 Kota Tangerang Selatan yang ada di Komplek Pamulang Permai 1 Pamulang Tangerang Selatan Banten. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah metode Analisis Faktor dengan teknik Principal Component Analysis menggunakan software SPSS 22. Ada beberapa dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku pelanggan dengan melakukan pengukuran menggunakan instrument SERVQUAL terhadap persepsi pelanggan pada kualitas Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Emphaty (Parasuraman, 1988). Pengukuran tersebut selanjutnya akan memberikan penilaian seberapa memuaskan tingkat pelayanan tersebut sesuai harapan pelanggan. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa yang melakukan peminjaman buku di Perpustakaan SMAN 6 Kota Tangerang Selatan dan untuk sampel penelitiannya berjumlah 100. Maka dengan menggunakan metode analisis faktor melalui aplikasi SPSS diketahui bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan Perpustakaan SMAN 6 Kota Tangerang Selatan adalah faktor sarana fisik, kehandalan, empati, dan jaminan dengan nilai korelasi masingmasing sebesar 0,725; 0,502; 0,618; 0,850. Sehingga faktor Assurance merupakan faktor yang paling mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada layanan perpustakaan

Abstract

Permasalahan sehari-hari dapat diterjemahkan kedalam bahasa matematika sehingga menghasilkan gambaran solusi yang akurat dan tervisualisasi dengan baik. Pengaturan arus lalu lintas jalan raya juga dapat digambarkan dalam bentuk graf sehingga didapatkan solusi optimal dari permasalahan lalu lintas yang sebenanya memiliki masalah yang kompleks. Tapi paling tidak, ketika arus lalu lintas tervisualisasikan dalam bentuk graf maka akan lebih mudah mencari solusinya. Seperti yang terjadi pada arus lalu lintas di perempatan Srengseng Kembangan Jakarta Barat yang termasuk wilayah dengan tingkat kemacetan lumayan karena merupakan jalan utama yang menghubungkan wilayah pinggiran Jakarta dengan Jakarta, menghubungkan Jakarta Barat dengan Jakarta Selatan dan Jakarta Pusat. Setelah pola graf dari perempatan Srengseng dibuat, selanjutnya dilakukan pengamatan arus lalu lintas sehingga didapatkan model pewarnaan simpul nya menghasilkan bilangan kromatik ????(????)= 4 serta pewarnaan sisinya menghasilkan bilangan kromatik ????(????)= 4 juga untuk lebih mengoptimalkan arus lalu lintas agar lebih lancar.

Abstract

The purpose of community service carried out by the Pamulang University lecturer Team is to provide discussion assistance in answering questions about scholastic potential test to class XII high school students in preparing themselves to take part in the joint selection of state universities (SBMPTN) 2020. Partners in this community service are tutoring and private matrices in Pamulang, South Tangerang, Banten. The subject of community service is students in the public high school class XII who wish to enter state higher education through the SBMPTN 2020 test. The main problem faced by partners is that up to now Bimbel learning media has always been face to face and have never done online learning media, this because technologically Bimbel and private matrix not yet support in providing these services. The solution offered is to do online learning by online meeting application. The direct benefit of this dedication activity is an additional knowledge, skills in solving potential scholastic questions so that students can prepare for the joint selection of 2020 state universities with the method of solving problems quickly and easily. The derivate benefits are expected to be able to make students pass the SBMPTN 2020. This community service activity is carried out in the form of training by providing material and practice of completing the 2020 SBMPTN exam questions. The training is held for two weeks, namely in Monday to Friday, 11 -15  May 2020, and 18-22 May 2020. The method of activities used are practices, questions and answers and discussions. The analysis technique is done by observing aspects of student’s cognition and skills in conquering the subject matter.

Abstract

Tenaga kesehatan di Indonesia ini sangatlah berperan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, baik dalam kabupaten maupun kota. Hal ini dapat menarik penelitian untuk mengetahui atau ingin mengelompokkan kabupaten dan kota berdasarkan data jumlah tenaga kesehatan di Provinsi Banten, yang terdiri dari empat kabupaten dan empat kota. Objek penelitian ini dalam pencatatan tenaga kesehatan di tahun 2020. Variabel terkait adalah dokter, dokter gigi, perawat, bidan dan tenaga kefarmasian dalam tenaga kesehatan di Provinsi Banten. Pengumpulan data didapat dari data tenaga kesehatan. Pengolahan data menggunakan clustering dan teknik data mining. Disimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil clustering dengan metode K-Means maka didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa kelompok cluster satu hanya tiga yaitu kabupaten Tangerang, kota Tangerang dan kota Tangerang Selatan dan selebihnya masuk pada cluster ke nol. Pusat cluster ke dua merupakan daerah tingkat kemiripan tinggi, cluster yang dihasilkan ada dua cluster yaitu cluster 0 dan cluster 1.

Abstract

COVID-19 was declared a pandemic because this virus spread throughout the world. In the context of tackling the COVID-19 virus, the Government urges the public to get vaccinated against COVID-19. Therefore, the government mobilized PKK cadres and Dasawisma cadres in collecting data on vaccinations in their respective areas. Vaccine data collection is carried out to find out the number of residents who have been vaccinated and who have not been vaccinated based on age grouping. In an effort to provide vaccinations so that there is no accumulation of residents and adjusted by the vaccine quota available at the location of the vaccine administration. Therefore, the use of the K-Means Cluster Analysis method was used to divide the data into different groups and the researchers implemented the K-Means Clustering Analysis method using manual calculations and using python language with the Google Colaboratory. The attribute used in this study is the number of residents who have been vaccinated and have not been vaccinated against COVID-19. The best results in manual calculations and Python language are 2 clusters. The most dominant cluster is Cluster 0 which consists of 8 members. The government is expected to increase the supply of vaccines because there is a lot of interest in vaccinations, especially booster vaccines

Abstract

In the ornamental industry, particularly in orchid sales, manual inventory management has presented significant challenges. These challenges include excessive stock accumulation, financial pressure due to overstocks, and limited land resources to store overstocks. Utilizing information technology, data mining, specifically the K-Means Clustering algorithm, emerges as a solution. This research aims to optimize orchid inventory management by grouping products into three clusters: "highly sellable," "sellable," and "less sellable." Historical sales data was used as the main dataset, considering parameters such as sales volume, demand patterns, and seasonality. The K-Means Clustering algorithm categorized the orchid products, with 97 products in the "highly sellable" cluster, 68 products in the "sellable" cluster, and 22 products in the "less sellable" cluster. This analysis offers insights. Orchids that are "highly marketable" require higher stock levels to meet demand. "Sellable" varieties require standard stock levels, while "less sellable" types should maintain lower stock levels to avoid overstocking. In conclusion, using k-means clustering for orchid inventory management can optimize sales strategies. Orchids in high demand receive adequate stock, ensuring customer satisfaction. Effective stock allocation improves financial stability by overcoming the problem of overstock in the ornamental industry.

Abstract

This research discusses the case of Shopeepay Later addiction using the SIR mathematics model. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to build, analyze and find out the basic reproduction number (????0) and simulation of the SIR model of Shopeepay Later addiction. The research begins by building the assumptions of the SIR model of Shopeepay Later addiction, finding the equilibrium point, analyzing the stability of the equilibrium point using the jacobian matrix, finding the basic reproduction number (????0), and doing a simulation using Google Colab. The parameters used in this SIR model include the transmission rate parameter (????), the recovery rate parameter (????) the self-control parameter (????1), the promotion parameter (????2), and the application stop parameter (????3). The result of this study obtained the SIR model of Shopeepay Later addiction, one endemic equilibrium point is stable and the basic reproduction number ????0 = −37,29 that is, there is no transmission. Then to get expected conditions from the simulation result, namely given parameter values ???? = 0.5, ???? = 0.4, and ????1, ????2, ????3 = 0.9.

Abstract

Coronavirus (Covid-19) is a new type of virus found in humans in Wuhan Province, China at the end of 2019. Indonesia is one of the countries infected with the Covid-19 virus. The purpose of this study is to group the distribution of Covid-19 cases by village in Kemang-Bogor District by applying the K-Means method. The data used in this study is secondary data on the variables of the spread of Covid-19 from January to August 2021. The grouping was carried out based on the parameters of the number of confirmed positive cases, recovered, and died. In this study, to group the data, the K-Means method and the Euclidean distance measurement method were used. Based on the results of the study, it is shown that the K-Means Clustering method can be applied to group villages in Kemang-Bogor District with the optimal cluster located at k = 3 which means that the recommended cluster is 3 clusters with cluster 1 containing 6 villages, cluster 2 containing 1 village, and cluster 3 containing 2 villages.

Abstract

One of the tools to measure a school's progress is school achievement. School achievement is influenced by various factors including the school environment, community environment, and family environment. In this study, researchers limit the problem to the school environment. The school environment is the factor that has the most direct interaction in the world of education, including the school's condition, teaching staff, and learning infrastructure. This study uses correspondence analysis to produce a perception map to find the relationship between the school environment and school achievement in RICCI Elementary School 1 City of West Jakarta. Correspondence analysis reduces variable dimensions and describes the row and column vector profiles of a data matrix from a contingency table. The results obtained are that good achievements are more influenced by the condition of the school and teaching staff and learning infrastructure

Abstract

ABSTRAK Setiap perusahaan menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang sangat ketat, Perusahaan kini berusaha memenuhi harapan pelanggannya dengan memberikan pelayanan yang lebih memuaskan dibandingkan dengan pesaingnya. Kepuasan pelenggan merupakan suatu tingkatan dimana kebutuhan, keinginan dan harapan dari pelenggan dapat terpenuhi yang akan mengakibatkan terjadinya pembelian ulang atau kesetiaan. Faktor - Faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan diantaranya yaitu, kualitas dan manfaat produk yang ditawarkan, strategi penentuan harga, lokasi, promosi, kualitas orang yang terlibat dalam pemberian pelayanan, proses dalam operasi pelayanan, dan layanan pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan antara pelanggan PT. Maxindo Mobil International cabang Bintaro yang puas dan tidak puas. untuk memperoleh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perbedaan kepuasan pelanggan, untuk memperoleh model diskriminan dua komponen dan untuk mengetahui ketepatan hasil klasifikasi kasus berdasarkan dua model diskriminan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner dengan melakukan pembagian angket kepada pelanggan PT. Maxindo Mobil International cabang Bintaro. Variabel bebas yang dianalisis adalah kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, harga dan sarana prasarana. Sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah kategori kepuasan pelanggan, puas dan tidak puas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diskriminan dua faktor melalui uji prasyarat dan uji kelayakan variabel, diperoleh dua variabel yang layak dianalisis dengan analisis diskriminan, yaitu pada variable kualitas pelayanan dan variable harga. Model diskriminan dua faktor yang terbentuk adalah D = - 13,731 + 0,277X1 + 0,163X2 dengan X1 adalah variabel Kualitas pelayanan dan X2 adalah variabel harga. Dalam pengujian validasi diperoleh angka ketepatan yang cukup tinggi yaitu 78%. Setelah terbukti bahwa fungsi diskriminan mempunyai ketepatan prediksi yang tinggi, maka fungsi diskriminan tersebut dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kasus, apakah responden yang merupakan pelanggan PT. Maxindo Mobil International cabang Bintaro kategori puas atau tidak puas. Kata Kunci: analisis diskriminan, faktor kepuasan pelanggan, mobil renault, renault bintaro.
