Helm merupakan salah satu kewajiban yang harus di kenakan oleh pengendara motor setiap harinya, oleh Karena itu untuk memudahkan customer memcari dan membeli helm berstandar SNI, sesuai harga, model dan brand. Tahap perancangan disini meliputi, analisa kebutuhan user dan admin, desain, kode program hingga pengujian. System informasi penjualan secara online dapat menguntungkan kedua belah pihak yaitu seller dan customer. Seller tidak perlu repot untuk membuka banyak cabang, karena dengan system informasi penjualan helm ini, customer dari berbagai daerah dan berbagai kalangan bisa melihat dan membeli. <![CDATA[AbstrakPulau Jawa salah satu pulau di Indonesia dan juga merupakan pulau terbanyak yang memiliki tempat wisata di Indonesia. Tentunya kita sudah sangat mengetahui bahwa pulau Jawa memiliki potensi-potensi wisata yang sangat besar terbukti dari terus meningkatnya wisatawan yang datang tiap tahunnya. Kekayaan alam di pulau jawa yang sangat terkenal adalah pegunungan, lautan, dan ada juga tempat-tempat bersejarah lainnya. Keindahannya menjadi daya tarik bagi wisatawan yang berkunjung untuk liburan atau melepas kejenuhan. Namun masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui objek wisata di pulau Jawa dan letak lokasinya. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan pengguna mendapatkan kemudahan dalam mencari informasi wisata di pulau jawa. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan Android Studio serta bahasa pemprograman Java dengan Operating system (OS) Android OS Android sangat fleksibel dan dapat digunakan pada berbagai platform hardware dan mudah penggunaannya. Hasil pengembangan aplikasi ini cukup memuaskan di mana kerja aplikasi sudah seperti yang diharapkan, terutama dalam menampilkan informasi objek wisatanya agar masyarakat mudah menemukan tempat wisata.Kata kunci : objek wisata, pulau jawa, perangkat mobile]]>

<![CDATA[In educational organizations , teachers are individuals who have an important role schools , because they directly face to face with the learners . A teacher in relation to the task of education and serving students primarily in teaching and learning absolutely must have a mastery of the material and technical teaching . Only qualified and professional teachers who can make it all through a service that he gave to his students.That " Teachers who prioritize service to students ( to please and satisfy students ) is not enough to know about teaching but he would carry it out as well as possible " . To measure how much and how far the task performed better views of the quality and quantity of the required standard , the standard of which is the direction of teacher performance , benchmark or measure in the performance of duties of teachers . Teacher performance standard itself still raises some perceptions of the school community consisting of : principals, teachers , students , parents , and supervisors.A standard is a form of employment size .Teacher performance standards in effect is a form of measurement or standard that can indicate the amount and quality of work expected to be produced in order to meet the needs of teachers of students . Moving on from this, the study uses a quantitative approach was performed in order to determine teachers' perceptions of Supervision and Supervising Principal With Teacher Performance .The population for the purposes of this study selected public elementary school in East Jakarta Morning Balekambang 03 While the sample is a teacher . The result shows that teachers' perceptions about supervision services impact the learning had hoped , among other things teachers should pay attention to the quality or the quality of teaching by first holding teaching program planning and then do well in the form of learning .]]>

<![CDATA[Nowadays, technology has a big impact for lifes. It also makes children like to use technology to watch videos, play games and socialize through the media. In addition to that technology, they are more familiar with foreign culture compared to their own culture. The habit itself is very related to daily activities using smart phones via the internet. Likewise, the introduction of culture in Java for desktop-based elementary school children is still very rare today. The making of this application is a solution to provide knowledge about diverse cultures in Java. With this application it is hoped that children will get to know their own country's culture more than foreign cultures. Thus, it can create a feeling of love for the nation itself. The desktop application that is served is an application that supports a culture consisting of various menus to facilitate users who open this application with those connected to the internet, using a system development method called waterfall which is system planning, system design, code conversion, system testing and good assistance. In this research, an application in desktop platform was successfully created and from the evaluation it is useful for children and students in learning Java culture.]]>

<![CDATA[Incentives are one component of compensation. Providing incentives is given to motivate the workforce to improve employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of providing incentives on employee performance at PT. Adira Dinamkia Multifinance Tangerang. The study uses quantitative descriptive analysis with methods of observation, documentation and questionnaires. The author in determining the sample using a saturated sample with the Slovin formula so that the results obtained were 37 respondents, the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert Scale. The data analysis technique uses correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, regression equation, then the authors process the data using SPSS application version 26. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient obtained by 0.671 where the amount of there is a strong relationship between providing incentives to employee performance at PT. Adira Dinamika Multifinance Tangerang. From the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination can be seen that the provision of incentives affects employee performance by 45% and seen from the regression equation formed Y = 13,668 + 0.695 X this shows that there is a positive influence between giving incentives to employee performance. Then it is necessary to increase the provision of incentives to the maximum to improve employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Dalam mendesain jaringan komputer, khususnya Local Area Network ada perbedaanmendasar antara desain LAN tradisional dan desain LAN dengan VLAN, DHCP,InterVlan dan ACLs. Pada desain LAN tradisional, interkoneksi host-host bersifat static karena dibatasi oleh lokasi dan koneksi fisik dari peralatan jaringan yang dibentuk. Sedangkan VLAN interkoneksi host-host bersifat dinamis dan fleksibel karena tidak dibatasi oleh lokasi dan koneksi fisik peralatan. Cara untuk menentukan keanggotaan VLAN pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengelompokkan VLAN menurut unit kerja secara fungsional. Berdasarkan pengelompokkan ini, digunakan dua pendekatan dalam implementasi VLAN yakni pendekatan simulasi dan studi kasus dengan membuat konfigurasi pada switch. Konfigurasi untuk membuat VLAN dengan memetakan port demi port yang digunakan untuk mengakses VLAN-VLAN yang dibentuk. Setiap VLAN baru tersebut bisa berada pada switch yang sama ataupun pada switch yang berbeda. Dengan demikian pada VLAN dimungkinkan untuk membuat segmentasi LAN secara logika. VLAN juga dapat me-manage jaringan dengan membatasi broadcast domain dan mengontrol broadcast mac address hanya pada VLAN yang sama.]]>

<![CDATA[The function of bandwidth is to manage network bandwidth so that each network user can get the same bandwidth even though there are many users on the network. The use of the internet and computer networks is needed to support company operations. bandwidth requirements used are not small. In many companies, they have to get an internet connection for their individual needs and because the internet speed is only 10 Mbps, if it is not used according to the needs of the job, it will interfere with other workers who want to use the internet at PT. Five Main Techniques. To realize good bandwidth management, therefore the author will make bandwidth management with the simple queue method so that PT. Panca Teknik Utama has a network that can be used stably and according to the needs of each user even though many are using the internet simultaneously. To be able to make bandwidth management the author uses the observation method, interview method, and literature study method to collect data and supporting devices for making this bandwidth management are Mikrotik RouterOS and the Winbox application.]]>
