Abstract

Hypertension is a disease that often causes death because many people do not realize it. People have hypertension if the blood pressure above 140/90 mmHg after regular checking. In Sungai Ulin Public health center, hypertension is the second-highest disease. The study aimed to determine the characteristics of hypertensive patients and the profile of prescribing the use of anti-hypertensive drugs in outpatients in the period October 2020 at Sungai Ulin Public health center. This research is an observational descriptive study using retrospective data with the inclusion criteria. A population of all prescription anti-hypertensive drugs given to outpatients in the period October 2020 in Sungai Ulin Public health center (87 prescriptions). The results showed the percentage of prescription use of anti-hypertensive drugs, namely women who received more anti-hypertensive prescriptions as many as 59 (65,02%) prescriptions, while the age criteria from > 65 years was (26,43%). The majority of drugs were given in Puskesmas Sungai Ulin was amlodipine with a percentage of 72,41%.

Abstract

Perawatan kulit (skincare) telah menjadi bagian penting dari gaya hidup masyarakat, terutama di kalangan perempuan. Peningkatan tren ini mendorong tingginya penggunaan produk skincare di berbagai lapisan masyarakat. Namun, hal tersebut belum diimbangi dengan pemahaman terkait keamanan produk, sehingga berisiko terhadap penggunaan skincare ilegal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu-ibu di lingkungan Puskesmas Sungai Ulin, mengenai pemilihan skincare aman berdasarkan kemasan. Edukasi dilakukan melalui ceramah interaktif menggunakan media leaflet dan banner kepada 24 ibu-ibu di Puskesmas Sungai Ulin. Pengukuran pengetahuan dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner pretest dan posttest. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari 82,92% menjadi 99,17% dengan peningkatan sebesar 19,60%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi yang diberikan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman peserta terkait skincare aman. Dengan demikian, kegiatan edukasi kesehatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong masyarakat menjadi lebih kritis dan selektif dalam memilih produk skincare yang aman. Kata Kunci: Edukasi Kesehatan, Perawatan Kulit, Keamanan Produk, Kemasan Skincare, Puskesmas Skincare has become an important part of people’s lifestyles, especially among women. This growing trend has led to increased use of skincare products across various segments of society. However, this increase has not been accompanied by adequate understanding of product safety, thereby increasing the risk of using illegal skincare products. This activity aims to increase the knowledge of women in the Sungai Ulin Community Health Center regarding the selection of safe skincare products based on packaging. Education was delivered through interactive lectures, accompanied by leaflets and banners to 24 women at the Sungai Ulin Community Health Center. Knowledge measurements were conducted using pretest and posttest questionnaires. The results showed an increase in the average score from 82.92% to 99.17%, with an improvement of 19.60%. This indicates that the educational intervention was effective in enhancing participants’ understanding of safe skincare. Therefore, this health education activity is expected to encourage the community to become more critical and selective in choosing safe skincare products.
