Abstract

Learning media have now followed existing technological developments, ranging from print technology, audio visual, computers to technology that combines print technology with computers. Currently, educational media, the result of a combination of print technology and PC, can be realized with Virtual Reality (VR) technology media. Virtual Reality (VR) is a technology that allows users to relate to an area simulated by a PC, an actual area that is imitated or an area that is only in the imagination. Traditional learning as usual where only one interaction occurs makes learning at this time very monotonous, examples of this traditional learning are through pictures, books or even other projection tools. However, with the existence of learning media that utilizes Virtual Reality that is able to realize objects in the virtual world into the real world, it can replace these objects into 3D objects, so that educational procedures are not monotonous.

Abstract

A Geographic Information System (GIS) application based on Android is used for the purpose of data collection and monitoring of telecommunication towers, with a case study conducted at the Department of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo) of Cimahi City. The aim of this research is to optimize the process of data collection and monitoring of telecommunication towers through the utilization of Android-based technology and geographic information. The hope is that the developed application will provide efficient support for Diskominfo in data management, accurate monitoring of telecommunication tower locations, and enhanced supervision of this crucial infrastructure. By combining Android technology and GIS features, it is expected that this application can become an effective tool in supporting the monitoring and control of telecommunication towers in Cimahi City. The methodology used in designing this system is the Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, which consists of seven stages: Requirement Definition, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, Maintenance, and Evaluation. This application is built using Flutter version 3.10.6. From the results of the conducted User Acceptance Test (UAT), the average parameter scores are as follows: user interface (85.6%), application performance (88.4%), application functionality (88.4%), application security (80%), and final feedback (91.4%). The overall test result is 86.7%.

Abstract

Internal and external factors greatly influence the optimal breeding of chickens in the maintenance of chickens, with temperature and humidity being one of the external factors that greatly influences. Improper ambient temperature can cause losses to the chicken farmer as well as a decrease in productivity, while in practice it is necessary to monitor or check the control consistently to monitor the temperature of the coop. Temperature and humidity monitoring  manually are less efficient, so the tools in this study aim to help farmers to facilitate monitoring that can be done through devices with accurate results. This tool is assisted by a DHT11 sensor, lamps, fans, and LCD in temperature monitoring. supported by the application of IoT, which makes it easier to monitor via devices. Test results on components and software show that all devices and software can function as they should. The data from the experimental test results of 15 tests conducted in the laboratory indicate that the tool can detect an average relay delay time of 1 of 0.836 seconds, the lamp in response to the temperature drop of 1.271 seconds, the delay from relay 2 by 0.466 seconds, and the fan in response to the temperature increase of 0.596 seconds.

Abstract

Telecommunication tower management information system is a crucial data processing system for telecommunication tower fee collection, given the importance of having an efficient and integrated system. However, the Department of Communication and Informatics of Cimahi City still lacks an integrated system, resulting in a slower telecommunication tower fee collection process. To address this issue, a Website named Telecommunication Tower Supervision and Control Management Information System (Wasdal) was developed as an integrated system to facilitate the fee collection process and generate fee collection reports. The methodology employed in this research is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and the Website is constructed using Laravel framework, Bootstrap, and MySQL database. The implementation results reveal that the overall built management information system Website meets user requirements. The User Acceptance Test (UAT) outcomes indicate average parameter scores of design (78%), features (79.20%), user satisfaction (80.60%), with an overall testing score of 81.3%.

Abstract

This Cultural Tourism Information System is constructed with the purpose of seeking information about cultural tourism and cultural objects in the Bandung Regency area. Besides providing cultural tourism information, this cultural tourism information system is employed to discover various cultural tourism events within the Bandung Regency region. Through this research, it is anticipated that it will be beneficial for cultural tourism promotion and aiding in the advancement of local cultural objects in the Bandung Regency. The research method applied is the Rational Unified Process with the utilization of Unified Modeling Language in modeling, while testing is conducted through the BlackBox Testing method. This application is developed using the Laravel Framework and Bootstrap, The results of the implementation show that the overall constructed information system aligns with user requirements. From the conducted User Acceptance Test (UAT), the average parameter results were as follows: design 3.89 (77.9%), features 3.76 (75.3%), and user satisfaction 4.20 (84.2%).

Abstract

Domestic abuse is a social problem in Indonesia that always be inherent and not easy to deal with, the rate of domestic abuse exploded when pandemic happen in Indonesia. in West Java alone there already 2000 case about domestic abuse that already registered. This number can be pressed if society have the courage and awareness about domestic abuse among them, as a victim or as a witness of the abuse. This multimedia application was designed for facilitate the socialization process of domestic abuse in order to cultivate courage in society to report if they see someone they know is a victim of domestic abuse. So, an information multimedia application of domestic abuse public service advertisements with a case study at the West Java Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning Office was created. The methodology used is Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) that have 6 stages (concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution). The , multimedia application of domestic abuse public service advertisements was designed according to users need obtained from observation and implemented using Adobe Animate CC 2019 with Action Script 3.0 programming language.the testing of this application is using black box testing method show that this application running smoothly and fit to what the user wants. The result of this testing show that the average of the testing result from 3 category (design, feature, and user satisfaction) with 12 test parameters is 4,39 (87,8%).

Abstract

Penggunaan gadget yang tidak tepat pada anak-anak di Indonesia berpotensi menurunkan budaya literasi, mengingat rendahnya peringkat literasi negara ini. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi mobile interaktif untuk anak-anak di TK Baitul Hikmah, Bandung. Aplikasi ini menawarkan buku cerita bilingual dengan fitur suara yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan minat baca anak usia dini. Dengan menggunakan teknologi Unity, aplikasi ini menyediakan cerita dalam dua bahasa (Indonesia dan Inggris) lengkap dengan gambar menarik dan fitur audio yang mendukung pengembangan keterampilan membaca dan mendengar. Aplikasi ini juga dapat diakses secara offline, memudahkan penggunaannya dalam berbagai kondisi. Hasil pengujian black box menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berfungsi sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran dapat efektif dalam meningkatkan minat baca dan kualitas pendidikan anak-anak di Indonesia. Inappropriate use of gadgets among children in Indonesia poses a risk to literacy culture, given the country's low literacy ranking. To address this issue, this study develops an interactive mobile application for children at TK Baitul Hikmah, Bandung. The application features bilingual storybooks with audio features designed to enhance early childhood reading interest. Utilizing Unity technology, the app offers stories in both Indonesian and English, complete with engaging visuals and audio support for developing reading and listening skills. The application is also available offline, facilitating its use under various conditions. Black box testing results indicate that the application functions as expected. This research demonstrates that integrating technology into education can effectively improve reading interest and educational quality for children in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research examines the design and development process of the Cakrawala Project web application using the CodeIgniter framework at the Information Technology Division. The research objectives are to analyze the stages of application development, identify the advantages of using the CodeIgniter framework, and measure the effectiveness of the web application implementation. The research method used is a case study with a Research and Development (R&D) approach through a waterfall development model. The results showed that the use of the CodeIgniter framework in the development of the Cakrawala Project web application provided convenience in the design process through the MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture, increased development efficiency, and produced responsive web applications. The implementation of the Cakrawala Project web application has succeeded in increasing the effectiveness of information management and collaboration between divisions in the organization. This research contributes practical recommendations in the development of CodeIgniter-based web applications for similar organizational needs.

Abstract

Pada era digital saat ini, masih banyak penyedia jasa penyewaan lapangan futsal yang menjalankan proses pemesanan dan transaksi secara manual, termasuk di Gor Bumi Sariwangi 1. Proses konvensional ini menyebabkan berbagai permasalahan seperti kesalahan pencatatan, bentroknya jadwal pemesanan, dan keterbatasan informasi bagi pelanggan mengenai ketersediaan lapangan. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem reservasi lapangan futsal berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan layanan payment gateway Midtrans. Metode Waterfall digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem ini, yang terdiri dari tahap-tahap analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pelaksanaan, dan pengujian. Teknologi yang digunakan meliputi framework Laravel untuk pengembangan backend dan Bootstrap untuk antarmuka pengguna. Sistem ini menyediakan fitur utama seperti manajemen pengguna, pemesanan online, penjadwalan lapangan, laporan pemesanan, dan pembayaran daring. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mempermudah proses pemesanan, meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan lapangan, serta memberikan transparansi dan kemudahan akses bagi pelanggan maupun pengelola. Dengan sistem ini, diharapkan layanan penyewaan lapangan futsal menjadi lebih modern, efektif, dan terintegrasi.

Abstract

The increasing adoption of digital services by local governments demands greater attention to cybersecurity aspects. This study applies the penetration testing method using a Blue Teaming approach on XYZ, a web-based public service portal using Burp Suite tools, to identify potential security vulnerabilities. The testing follows the NIST SP 800-115 guidelines and reveals 16 vulnerabilities classified as low to medium severity. Findings indicate weaknesses such as cookies without Secure and HttpOnly attributes, the use of vulnerable JavaScript libraries, and the absence of HSTS policy. Recommendations are provided to help site administrators enhance overall system security resilience.
