Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya kemajuan teknologi hampir semua aspek kehidupan manusia dipengaruhi teknologi. seperti berkembang pesatnya teknologi internet yang ikut berpengaruh dalam semua aspek kehidupan. Dengan perkembangan ini manusia tidak memiliki alasan lagi untuk sulit mencari peluang, Salah satunya peluang bisnis saat ini makin berkembang pesat, apalagi saat ini jalur perdagangan internasional sudah terbuka lebar. Setiap pelaku bisnis minimal harus bisa menembus pasar global untuk memasarkan produk-produknya. Hal ini bisa jadi penyelamat ditengah ancaman persaingan lokal yang begitu ketat. Ditunjang dengan semakin mudahnya internet yang dapat diakses oleh seluruh masyarakat baik muda, tua, masyarakat biasa sampai pejabat sekalipun, bisnis dan transaksi via online semakin marak. Hal ini juga didukung oleh keunggulan-keunggulan yang ditawarkan oleh bisnis via online tersebut yaitu antara lain dari segi kemudahan proses transaksi dan waktu yang dapat dipersingkat melalui adanya interne. Dalam hal ini ecommerce menjadi hal yang sangat efektif dalam sebuah usaha untuk mengembangkan sayap usahanya. Ecommerce dapat mengurangi berbagai kebutuhan-kebutuhan penting bagi sebuah usaha. Misal seperti biaya promosi, biaya toko dan lain-lain.

Abstract

Utilization of a technology indispensable information on SMEs because they develop information technology will be more complete and would affect ongoing business developments. At this time, not a few developments and development of information system technology have failed, this is because it is not following the goals and needs of these business people. One technique that can be used to build/develop information system technology is the existence of Enterprise Architecture Planning, where this technique is a technique used to approach data quality planning by looking at the needs of the SME business in Enterprise Architecture Planning will be explained about applications, data architecture, technology and a roadmap for the implementation plan of the architecture. SMEs cannot be separated from the need that can define business needs and even information architecture so that the direction of business development policy strategies can be well planned. Information technology architecture modeling in SMEs, including application definition, data architecture, technology, and implementation plan mapping. The process when defining information technology architecture is reviewed and refers to processes that are common in the business of implementing E-Marketplace applications, especially in SMEs. The results of the research will produce a mapping of implementation plans that can be used as a reference in the development of an application to support the business functions of SMEs.

Abstract

The importance of the role of the network at this time makes companies and organizations look for ways to keep data flows running without downtime. Application of link backup is one way to overcome this. The need for the use of backup links at this time is expected to ensure the smooth running of the company is running its business. In this study, a design that will use BGP routing as well as using the methods HSRP and VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) on the switch as supporters. The results obtained from the tests that have been carried out have resulted in the application of a backup link using BGP routing with the method HSRP can provide network availability of almost 0 percent in overcoming interference.

Abstract

Digital transformation in Indonesia's health sector has accelerated significantly since the implementation of the National Health Insurance (JKN) program by BPJS Kesehatan, particularly through the Mobile JKN application. This application aims to simplify public access to health services and information; however, various technical issues are still frequently encountered. This study aims to evaluate the functional performance of the Mobile JKN application using the Black Box Testing method, specifically the Equivalence Partitioning and Boundary Value Analysis techniques. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach through participatory observation of the latest version of the application. The testing focuses on core features such as registration, login, healthcare service registration, and user data modification. Test results are categorized into three outcomes: fully functional, partially functional, and non-functional. The findings show that most features operate properly and as expected, while the system also consistently rejects invalid inputs. This research contributes theoretically to the literature on e-health software testing and provides practical recommendations for developers and policymakers to enhance the quality of BPJS Kesehatan’s digital services.

Abstract

Digital transformation in higher education demands the reliability of academic information systems in supporting administrative and academic processes for students in an independent and efficient manner. The Academic Information System (SIAKAD) serves as a vital tool in managing student academic data, including login, payment, attendance, document printing, as well as leave applications and account data changes. This study aims to evaluate the functionality of the SIAKAD at Universitas Kebangsaan Republik Indonesia (UKRI) from the students’ perspective using the black box testing method with the Equivalence Partitioning technique. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including direct observation and documentation of system testing results based on valid and invalid inputs. The testing results indicate that all core features function as expected; input validation, notifications, and user interaction flows operate properly and consistently. These findings contribute to the development of web- based academic systems, particularly in the application of efficient testing techniques focused on user experience. This study also opens avenues for further exploration into system performance, security, and testing for other user roles in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the core functionalities of Cobalt.tools in supporting cross-platform media downloads using the Black Box Testing approach and the Equivalence Partitioning technique. The research employs a descriptive quantitative design, focusing on testing 11 scenarios involving download and configuration features. Each scenario was evaluated based on the alignment between system input and output without examining the internal code structure. Data were collected manually through direct observation and recorded in a test table, then analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques to measure functional success rates. The results show that all major features of the site operated as expected, with a 100% success rate, confirming the hypothesis regarding the platform’s functional reliability. These findings affirm the effectiveness of Black Box Testing in user interface-based system evaluation. This study contributes to the literature on web-based system testing and offers practical insights for developers seeking to enhance application stability and user experience. Future research is recommended to explore aspects such as security, integration, and system performance on a broader scales.

Abstract

Software testing is an important process in ensuring the quality and reliability of a system. This study aims to evaluate the online registration feature on the official website of the Bandung City Hospital using the Black Box Testing technique with the Boundary Value Analysis (BVA) approach. The BVA technique was chosen because it is effective in identifying software defects that may occur in input boundary values, which are often the source of critical errors in the system. Testing focused on several important inputs in the registration process, such as the population registration number (NIK), BPJS card number, and cellphone number. The test results showed that the system was able to handle most of the boundary values ​​well, but there were several inconsistencies in input validation that could result in registration failure. These findings indicate the importance of implementing systematic and in-depth testing methods to improve system reliability, especially in digital-based public services.

Abstract

The rapid development of financial technology in Indonesia has driven the adoption of digital wallet applications such as DANA, which offers various digital transaction features. However, the high usage rate is not always accompanied by guaranteed functional reliability of the application. This study aims to test the functionality of transaction features in the DANA application through a quantitative approach using the black box testing method. The research design is descriptive quantitative, utilizing 20 test scenarios developed based on Equivalence Partitioning (EP) and Boundary Value Analysis (BVA) techniques, with sampled transaction features including login, PIN verification, money transfer, adding a bank account, and requesting money. The analysis technique involves calculating the number of valid and invalid scenarios based on the match between the actual output and the expected output. The results show that 14 out of 20 scenarios (70%) performed as expected, while the remaining six failed, with most failures found in the login and PIN verification features. These findings highlight weaknesses in the input validation system and insufficiently informative error notifications. This study makes an important contribution to the development of e-wallet applications, particularly in improving validation quality, authentication security, and the overall user experience.

Abstract

Aplikasi dompet digital seperti Gopay sekarang sangat dibutuhkan dalam kehidupan modern karena kemajuan teknologi digital yang pesat. Namun, pengujian perangkat lunak menjadi sangat penting untuk menjamin keandalan dan kenyamanan pengguna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi fungsionalitas aplikasi Gopay dengan menggunakan metode Black Box dan teknik Partitioning Equivalence untuk menemukan kesalahan dan meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui pengujian langsung fitur-fitur utama aplikasi, seperti registrasi, login, transfer, top-up, pembayaran QRIS, dan penarikan tunai. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar fitur berjalan seperti yang diharapkan, tetapi ada beberapa ketidaksesuaian pada fitur seperti transfer dan top-up. Penelitian ini meningkatkan pemahaman kita tentang bagaimana pengujian fungsional penting untuk memastikan kualitas sistem keuangan digital dan menyarankan pengembangan lebih lanjut yang mencakup aspek non-fungsional. Pengembang, pengguna, dan pemangku kepentingan dalam lingkungan teknologi keuangan digital akan memanfaatkan hasil penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi fungsionalitas fitur permohonan informasi publik yang tersedia pada situs resmi Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat menggunakan metode black box testing. Metode ini digunakan untuk menilai sistem dari sisi input dan output tanpa melihat struktur internal perangkat lunak. Pengujian dilakukan pada beberapa komponen penting, seperti formulir permohonan informasi, navigasi, tampilan informasi, dan responsivitas halaman. Teknik equivalence partitioning turut diterapkan guna memastikan validitas input pada formulir, dengan membagi data uji ke dalam kelas-kelas yang mewakili kemungkinan kondisi input. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar fitur berjalan sesuai ekspektasi, namun masih ditemukan beberapa kendala, terutama pada aspek validasi form yang belum sepenuhnya akurat, serta ketersediaan fungsi interaktif yang kurang optimal di beberapa bagian halaman. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa pada beberapa perangkat seluler, tampilan halaman mengalami ketidaksesuaian tata letak. Temuan ini memberikan dasar penting bagi pengembangan lebih lanjut layanan e-government agar lebih andal, transparan, dan mudah diakses oleh publik. Penguatan pada sisi aksesibilitas dan keandalan interaksi menjadi fokus penting ke depan.
