Abstract

Abstract This research aims to design an English learning program based interactive multimedia learning resources and quality as an alternative media that can be used to increase student motivation and understanding shown by national test scores of English.The try-out subjects  in this study are 71 students as respondent. There are  two experts, consisting of  matter experts and media expert. Beside that there are 10 students for the test user. The data was collected using a questionnaire and English test (pre-test and post-test). Evaluation of the program in terms of aspects, and aspects of learning media.Criticisms  and suggestions are used to improve the program.The results showed that the development of multimedia learning has been using the principles of development which include: analytics, product development, validation, revision, testing and preparation of the final product. Multimedia quality in terms of material aspects including the excellent category with 89.59% votes. Quality of multimedia instructional media experts including the excellent category with 94.47% votes. Test English with through pre-test and post-test which was built through the program show an increase in mastery learning. 89.33% for manual assessment and students 85.84%. Increased scores indicate that the learning programs improve student learning outcomes for national test preparation. Key word: desain model,Interactive,multimedia,learning English,Adobe Flash

Abstract

Issues related to BPJS Health insurance claims often pose challenges for healthcare facilities. The primary reasons for claim rejections typically involve administrative errors, such as incomplete documentation or incorrect diagnostic codes. This study aims to identify the factors contributing to the high rate of inpatient claim rejections at RSUD Majenang. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, this research analyzes data collected from in-depth interviews with hospital verification officers and coding officers. The findings reveal that inaccurate diagnostic coding and incomplete supporting documentation are the primary causes of claim rejections. Inaccurate diagnostic coding is attributed to several factors, including errors in diagnosis recording, discrepancies in perceptions between hospital verifiers and BPJS Health, and potential indications of diagnostic code misuse. Additionally, a lack of interdepartmental coordination and inadequate understanding of claim guidelines contribute to the problem. The findings of this study have significant implications for efforts to improve the quality of healthcare services and the efficiency of claim management in hospitals. To streamline BPJS Health claims, it is necessary to enhance the competency of staff, strengthen interdepartmental coordination, improve the quality of medical documentation, and conduct periodic evaluations of claim procedures.

Abstract

WISN adalah teknik penghitungan kebutuhan sumber daya manusia berdasarkan beban kerjanya. Beban kerja adalah tanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaan yang wajib dirampungkan oleh tenaga kerja profesional setiap tahun di tempat kerjanya. Semakin banyak pasien, maka beban kerja petugas filing semakin tinggi karena rekam medis elektronik belum sepenuhnya dapat dijalankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan unit filing berdasarkan besarnya beban kerja petugas dengan teknik WISN. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 7 petugas di unit filing dan sampelnya adalah 3 petugas unit filing RSUD dr. Soedirman Kebumen serta sampel diambil menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara, kemudian hasilnya disajikan dalam bentuk tabel untuk menghitung beban kerja petugas, sehingga diperoleh jumlah tenaga kerja unit filing yang dibutuhkan sesuai teknik WISN. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan WISN menunjukkan bahwa waktu kerja yang tersedia sebesar 75.000 menit/tahun, rata-rata standar beban kerja sebesar 489.379,1. Standar kelonggaran sebesar 0,45 dan total kebutuhan tenaga filing sebanyak 6,636 atau 7 orang. Jumlah tenaga kerja di unit filing RSUD dr. Soedirman Kebumen adalah 7 petugas. Terdapat permasalahan seperti rekam medis yang tercecer, ruang filing tidak buka 24 jam, dan rak penyimpanan yang penuh. Keseluruhan tenaga kerja unit filing rekam medis sebanding dengan beban kerjanya, sehingga tidak perlu penambahan atau pengurangan petugas, tetapi membutuhkan evaluasi kembali dan melakukan peningkatan cara penyelenggaraan kegiatan di unit filing.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas pemasaran yang baik menjadi salah satu komponen penting dalam melakukan penjualan, tidak terkecuali pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Paguyuban Pedagang Sunday Morning UMP di Kota Purwokerto. Saat ini, penjualan masih dilakukan secara tatap muka dan pencatatan keuangan dilakukan secara manual. Sebagai pelaku usaha, sebaiknya kita selalu mengikuti perkembangan jaman dan menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pasar akan digitalisasi pemasaran dan penjualan. Untuk mengatasi ini, tim IbM akan menyediakan aplikasi E-Plaza “LakuJual” yang memungkinkan para pedagang menjual produk secara online. Metode pelaksanaan program IbM adalah memberikan penyuluhan tentang penyusunan rencana pemasaran yang lebih profesional, pengoptimalan peluang bisnis sesuai potensi dan kearifan lokal warga desa, pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi online serta melakukan pendampingan pemasaran menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Dengan adanya pengoptimalan pemasaran dan penjualan secara online, disamping penjualan tatap muka, diharapkan akan meningkatkan penjualan dan kesadaran masyarakat akan produk sehat serta meningkatkan keterampilan digital UMKM

Abstract

Background: An electronic medical summary is a concise overview provided by healthcare professionals, particularly doctors, during a patient's treatment period until discharge, whether the patient is alive or deceased. The completeness of electronic medical records is crucial as it impacts the quality of hospital services; incomplete data entry can affect the quality of medical records and the services provided by the hospital.Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of the completeness of electronic medical summaries on the accuracy of medical record quality at Purwokerto Islamic Hospital.Methodology: This research uses a quantitative approach with cross-sectional data collection and a descriptive correlation design. The study sample consists of 89 electronic medical summary forms for inpatient care, selected using simple random sampling. The data was analyzed using the Chi-square test.Results: The study found that the completeness of electronic medical summaries was 89%, while the incompleteness rate was 11%. The accuracy rate was 84%, with an inaccuracy rate of 16%. The primary cause of incomplete electronic medical summaries was missing patient diagnoses. The Chi-square test results showed a p-value of 0.001 (p 0.05). Based on this p-value, the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted, indicating that there is a significant effect of the completeness of electronic medical summaries on the accuracy of medical record quality.

Abstract

Health insurance claims are submitted by health facilities to BPJS Health to request payment of health service costs. The process of submitting claims from RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen to BPJS Kesehatan does not always run smoothly. Every month, claim files that do not meet the BPJS claim verification requirements are returned by BPJS Kesehatan to RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen due to not passing verification because the submitted claim does not meet the requirements for BPJS Kesehatan claims, so BPJS needs to reconfirm with the hospital. The purpose of this research is to analyze and study the various categories of causes of delayed BPJS Health claims on outpatients at RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen. The research method used in this article is descriptive qualitative with a cross sectional study design. Data collection was carried out by document review and structured interviews . The data source was obtained from the Medical Records Installation section for the period August-October 2023. The research results show that 99% (39,896) of the files passed verification and 1% (552) of the files were pending out of a total of 40,448 pending claim files submitted to BPJS Health for the period August-October 2023. There were five categories of causes of the most pending claims in the period August-October 2023, dominated by the category of re-control cases without any indication of not being guaranteed, with 123 pending claim files. Due to pending claims, the hospital's cash flow is disrupted.
