Abstract

Abstract Competition in the radio broadcasting in Semarang make every radio station in Semarang always give  something new, they modificate each element or even the format on broadcast radio, but at the end there is element  or factor that listener like and dislike. This article will determine what factors are the attractiveness of the radio stations for radio listeners in Semarang so that to radio person will know which factor is the most important one. Abstract

AbstrakTingginya angka kekerasan pada anak di kota Semarang yang mencapai 195 kasus di tahun 2018 perlu menjadi perhatian bagi pemerintah maupun masyarakat. Hal ini harus segera diatasi karena kota Semarang menargetkan menjadi Kota Layak Anak pada tahun 2020. Upaya telah dilakukan Pemkot Semarang namun belum berdampak signifikan pada penurunan angka kekerasan pada anak.Indikator Kota Layak Anak tidak hanya daritertanganinya anak korban kekerasan, namun juga bagaimana langkah preventif yang dilakukan. Komunikasi keluarga yang baik dapat menjadi benteng pertahanan awal pencegahan kekerasan pada anak.Hal ini menjadi dasar dilakukannyapengabdian masyarakat berupaworkshop mengenai pengembangan komunikasi keluarga untuk kader JPPA (Jaringan Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak) Kelurahan Sadeng, Semarang.Peranan JPPA (Jaringan Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak) Kelurahan Sadeng sudah menjadi embrio yang baik namun belum maksimal karena mereka hanya bertindak saat ada kasus namun tidak melaksanakan langkah preventif. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan pemberian materi dan pengukuran pemahaman peserta terkait komunikasi keluarga yang selama ini dipahami dan telah dilakukan.Hasil post test tertulis yang dilakukan menunjukan terjadi peningkatan kemampuan kamunikasi yang dimiliki oleh para peserta selaku Kader JPPA.Kata kunci:Komunikasi Interpersonal, Kota Layak Anak, Semarang AbstractThe high rate of violence against children in Semarang which reached 195 cases in 2018 needs to be a concern of all parties both government and society. This must be addressed immediately because the city of Semarang is targeting to became a city worthy of children by 2020. Semarang City Government has made various efforts but it has not yet had a significant impact on reducing the number of violence against children. The indicator of the City Worth Child is not only how children who are victims of violence can be handled properly, but also how to take action to prevent violence against children as a preventive act. Good communication in a family can certainly be a stronghold early in preventing violence against children. This became the basis of community service in the form of workshops related to the development of family communication for JPPA (Women’s and Child Protection Network) Sadeng Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang. The role of JPPA in Sadeng Village has become a good embryo, but it is not optimal, because they only take action when their area cases but do not carry out preventive measures. The method of implementation was carried out by providing material and measuring the participant's understanding of family communication that had been understood and done. The result of the written post-test showed an increase in the communication skills possessed by the participants as JPPA Cadres.Keywords:Interpersonal Communication, City Worth Child, Semarang

Abstract

Education about family resilience is essential to strengthen national unity. Family resilience in Indonesia is still considered lacking, especially during the pandemic the divorce rate is even higher. Social media, especially Instagram, has a significant role as the right educational media for the younger generation. The research was conducted to design media for family resilience education for the younger generation. This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. Researchers conducted a content analysis on four family education Instagram accounts to get an idea of ​​the information needs related to family resilience. Three crucial aspects of family resilience are physical resilience, resilience, social resilience, and psychological resilience. The analysis conducted on the @ibupedia.id, @parenting_islam.id, @parenttalk.id, and @talkparenting accounts revealed several sub-aspects of physical endurance, such as home ownership and work require more emphasis. In general, aspects of psychological resilience, such as managing emotions, stress, and household finances, are still not given much attention. These contexts are actually at the level of the husband and wife relationship, which should be the key to creating family resilience. The results of this study can be used as a reference for developing more comprehensive parenting education media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meninjau empat unggahan yang dipublikasikan pada tanggal 23 Oktober hingga 9 Desember 2024 dengan memfokuskan hubungan antara representamen (visual dan teks), objek (pesan tentang KBGO), dan interpretan (pemaknaan audiens). Bentuk KBGO yang dibahas meliputi NCII, sekstorsi, serta penggunaan deepfake dan morphing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa infografis sederhana dan narasi korban membantu membangun pemahaman dan empati audiens. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan infografis sederhana, narasi korban, serta desain visual yang informatif membantu membangun pemahaman dan empati audiens terhadap KBGO. Temuan ini diperkuat melalui wawancara mendalam dengan empat pengikut aktif akun @awaskbgo, yang menyatakan bahwa konten tersebut dipandang jelas, relevan, dan mampu mendorong refleksi serta diskusi lanjutan mengenai keamanan digital. Narasumber juga merekomendasikan agar edukasi mengenai KBGO diperluas ke ranah offline agar menjangkau lebih banyak masyarakat diluar pengikut akun instagram @awaskbgo. Data dikumpulkan melalui dua metode, yaitu dokumentasi konten dan wawancara mendalam dengan pengikut akun. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyampaian informasi KBGO melalui media sosial dapat ini dapat diperkuat melalui pendekatan visual dan naratif yang kontekstual serta berorientasi pada pengalaman korban dan respon audiens. This study examines four Instagram posts published between October 23 and December 9, 2024, focusing on the relationship between representamen (visuals and text), object (messages about online gender-based violence/GBV), and interpretant (audience interpretation). The types of online GBV discussed include Non-Consensual Intimate Image (NCII), sextortion, and the use of deepfake and morphing technologies. The findings indicate that simple infographics and survivor narratives help foster audience understanding and empathy. This is supported by in-depth interviews with four active followers of the @awaskbgo account, who found the content clear, relevant, and capable of encouraging reflection and further discussion on digital safety. Respondents also suggested that education on online GBV should be expanded offline to reach broader audiences beyond Instagram followers. Data were collected through two methods: content documentation and in-depth interviews with followers. This study demonstrates that communicating online GBV issues via social media can be enhanced through a contextual visual and narrative approach that centers on survivor experiences and audience response.

Abstract

Abstrak. Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus) sebagai Universitas Terbaik ketiga Nasional memiliki Visi “The Top Priority University to be Chosen in education and Enterpreneurship”. Visi ini diimplementasikan melalui pemberian mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Indikator keberhasilan sekaligus indikator prestasi mata kuliah yang diberikan, dapat dilihat melalui jumlah lulusan yang menjadi wirausaha, yaitu sejumlah 165 sejak tahun 2011. Berdasar data tersebut, dapat dikatakan bahwa lulusan yang menjadi wirausaha masih sangat sedikit. Diketahui bahwa pencapaian prestasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan belajar yang mendukung, terutama pada saat terjadi interaksi komunikasi antar personal Dosen dan Mahasiswa. Berdasar hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor Komunikasi Antar Pribadi yang mampu meningkatkan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung di Universitas Dian Nuswantoro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor, dengan dua belas variabel asal. Adapun dua belas faktor tersebut antara lain, toleransi, kesempatan yang seimbang, sikap menghargai, sikap mendukung, sikap terbuka, pemilikan informasi, kepercayaan, keakraban, kesejajaran, control dan pengawasan, respon, dan suasana emosional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sepuluh faktor baru yang terbentuk yaitu perhatian, timbal balik, akurasi, kolaborasi, pengertian, kejelasan, kejujuran, keintiman, keikhlasan, kesetiaan.  Faktor yang paling dominan adalah faktor perhatian. Berdasar hasil penelitian, disarankan kepada pengajar untuk dapat menerapkan kesepuluh faktor dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah yang termasuk dalam turunan kewirausahaan, terlebih faktor perhatian. Penerapan faktor-faktor ini dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah kewirausahaan diharapkan mampu membentuk lingkungan belajar yang mendukung dan mampu meningkatkan motivasi untuk berwirausaha. Konteks tentang pengaruh faktor komunikasi antar personal dalam pembelajaran terhadap motivasi berwirausaha dapat dikaji pada penelitian selanjutnya.  Abstract. Dian Nuswantoro University (Udinus) as the third best National University, has a vision "The Top Priority University to be Chosen in Education and Entrepreneurship". This vision is implemented through the provision of entrepreneurship courses. Indicators of success as well as indicators of achievement given courses, can be seen through the number of graduates who become entrepreneurs, which is a number of 165 since 2011. Based on these data, it can be said that graduates who become entrepreneurs are very few. It is known that achievement is greatly influenced by a supportive learning environment, especially when communication interactions occur between lecturers and students. This study aims to determine the factors of Interpersonal Communication that can improve the supportive learning environment at Dian Nuswantoro University. The research method used was factor analysis, with twelve origin variables. They are, tolerance, balanced opportunities, respect, support, openness, ownership of information, trust, intimacy, alignment, control and supervision, response, and emotional atmosphere. The results showed ten new factors formed namely attention, reciprocity, accuracy, collaboration, understanding, clarity, honesty, intimacy, sincerity, and loyalty. The most dominant factor is attention. Based on the results of the study, it is advisable for instructors to be able to apply the ten factors in learning subjects included in entrepreneurship, especially attention factors. The application of these factors in learning entrepreneurship courses is expected to form a supportive learning environment and be able to increase motivation for entrepreneurship. The context of the influence of interpersonal communication factors in learning on entrepreneurial motivation can be examined in furtherresearch
