Abstract

Abstract: SMPN 2 Aek Ledong is a junior high school in Aek Bange Village, Aek Ledong District, Asahan Regency. Some of the people of Aek Bange Village are classified as middle to lower economic status, for that the school implements the Smart Indonesia Program for underprivileged students. The selection of prospective students receiving the Smart Indonesia Program in the first stage has been using the Microsoft Excel application which is used in a simple way, but there are many criteria that must be taken into account, so that it is difficult to determine prospective students who receive PIP in the first stage, to overcome these problems a system is needed. decision support that assists in determining the prospective recipients of the Smart Indonesia Program using the VIKOR method. The goal is to facilitate administrative activities in determining prospective PIP recipients quickly and on target. The VIKOR method focuses on ranking and selecting from a set of alternatives, and determining a compromise solution to the problem of conflicting criteria. The ranking results from the student list sample data in 2021 obtained the largest value to the smallest value, but the ranking results with the smallest value which is the best rank, in this study maximizes the ranking value results, namely from a value of 0 to 0.643 which is the best rank. Keyword: decision support system; student; PIP; VIKOR;            Abstrak: SMPN 2 Aek Ledong  merupakan sekolah menengah pertama di Desa Aek Bange, Kecamatan Aek Ledong, Kabupaten Asahan. Sebagian masyarakat Desa Aek Bange status perekonomiannya tergolong menengah kebawah, untuk itu pihak sekolah menerapkan Program Indonesia Pintar bagi siswa-siswi yang kurang mampu. Penyeleksian calon siswa penerima Program Indonesia Pintar pada tahap pertama selama ini menggunakan aplikasi microsoft excel yang dimanfaatkan dengan cara yang sederhana, namun banyaknya kriteria-kriteria yang harus diperhitungkan, sehingga kesulitan dalam penentuan calon siswa penerima PIP pada tahap pertama, untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan yang membantu dalam  penentuan calon penerima Program Indonesia Pintar dengan metode VIKOR. Tujuannya dapat mempermudah aktivitas tata usaha dalam menentukan calon penerima PIP secara cepat dan tepat sasaran. Metode VIKOR berfokus pada perangkingan dan memilih dari satu set alternatif, dan menentukan solusi kompromi untuk masalah kriteria yang bertentangan. Hasil perangkingan dari data sample daftar peserta didik pada tahun 2021 didapat nilai terbesar hingga nilai terkecil, namun hasil perangkingan dengan nilai terkecil yang merupakan peringkat terbaik, dalam penelitian ini memaksimalkan hasil nilai perngkingan, yaitu dari nilai 0 sampai dengan nilai 0,643 yang merupakan peringkat terbaik. Kata Kunci : sistem pendukung keputusan; siswa; PIP; VIKOR

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to make a computerized system to build a decision support system at the SAHABAT welding shop, where later this decision support system can help determine product ordering priorities. to fulfill requests based on orders from customers. The method of data collection is in the form of direct observation to the object of research, namely the SAHABAT Welding Workshop. System development methods include data analysis, system design, system development, system testing and decision making. This system helps users in determining the priority of ordering products so that orders can be carried out in a timely and profitable manner. The data used is primary data. The research uses PIECES analysis which uses the CI framework and MySQL as the database. System development methods include data analysis, system design, system development, system testing and decision making. This system helps users in determining the priority of ordering products so that orders can be carried out in a timely and profitable manner. The results of this study are product orders to be designed, starting with input data, which is a stage that begins with inputting order data in the form of criteria and alternatives. The inputted criteria and alternative data is processed and then stored into the database (basic data or database). Then the output data is obtained, namely the analysis report.

Abstract

UD. Karya Mandiri is a business engaged in the sale of goods, especially building materials contained in the Main Asahan Chart. As for UD. Karya Mandiri sells special building materials such as coconut wood, zinc, iron, nails, wall paint, wood, brickwork, ceramics and others. Based on sales data at UD. Karya Mandiri experienced an increase or decrease in sales every month. This makes UD. Karya Mandiri has a problem in controlling the inventory of building materials that cannot be predicted properly because it only calculates directly the amount of building materials left in the warehouse and then reports it to the owner and then orders the amount of building material inventory based on conventional assumptions. To avoid and reduce the level of loss in sales of building materials in the future, UD. Karya Mandiri needs a sales forecasting system. This forecasting method is Single Exponential Smoothing (SES), which can estimate sales over time with sales forecasts and request. The results of the final study that this system can predict the amount of building materials, namely in the July 2022 period broti sales 2177.18 (kg) MAPE value 15.41%, wood 2864.10 (kg) MAPE value 9.33%, zinc 532.16 ( kg) the MAPE value is 14.54% and the nail is 435.69, the MAPE value is 15.91%

The purpose of establishing PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. The range is to continuously expand the business through internal business fields and business development, reduce transportation costs, supply the Range area with a shortage of goods, participate in environmental conservation and improve community welfare, interaction consisting of producers, wholesalers (distributors) and direct seller (retailer) has a high intensity. These activities include checking goods, seeing availability status, buying goods and so on. The solution that can be taken from the problem of speed and accuracy in obtaining, searching and exchanging data and information between distributors and sellers is to implement a single integrated Supply Chain Management information system. Abstract

An expert system is a system that seeks to adopt humans to computers. As for experts, this system can be used as an experienced assistant. People are susceptible to cholesterol starting from the age of 20 years. The public submits the cholesterol by consulting a doctor directly. If cholesterol levels are high, people will experience pain such as headaches, chest pain, and numbness in the arms, but this pain is not necessarily a symptom of rising cholesterol levels, it could be a symptom of other diseases such as fever, colds, fatigue. , and others. Cholesterol is a fat found in the bloodstream or body cells that is actually needed for the formation of cell walls and as a raw material for several hormones. Therefore, it is divided into Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL), High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) and Triglycerides. The method used is the Certainty Factor method, which is built using the PHP programming language, and the MYSQL DBMS. Certainty Factor is a measure of certainty to a fact or certainty. The certainty factor determines the size of a thing or certainty. The application of Certainty Factor is expected to make the expert system more accurate. The result of this research is an application that can later be used to assist the public in diagnosing cholesterol levels so that people do not need to go directly to the doctor

Abstract

Abstract: The 4.0 Industrial Revolution can be seen directly from the very rapid progress and changes in information technology in various fields. To be able to keep up with technological developments in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, SMK students must be able to follow the development of information technology, especially programming. With the motto "SMK Can" it is necessary to hold training activities to improve students' abilities. Java programming training is given to students majoring in Software Engineering. The training activity begins with the preparation of Java programming modules and practical activities with the Netbeans IDE to develop applications based on Java Swing and the MariaDB database. This training is carried out in the form of tutorials and workshops that are accompanied directly by the team, so that students can practice the material provided directly and are assisted if there are obstacles in following the modules discussed. The training always begins with a pre-test activity and at the end of the training a post-test will be conducted to test students' understanding. From the results of the pre-test, it is known that the average student does not understand Java programming well. After doing the Post-test, it was found that there was an increase in students' ability to understand Java Swing programming.            Keywords: Java; Java Swing; Programming  Abstrak: Revolusi Industri 4.0 dapat dilihat secara langsung dari kemajuan dan perubahan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat di berbagai bidang. Untuk dapat mengikuti perkembangan teknologi di era Revolusi Industri 4.0, Siswa SMK harus mampu mengikuti perkembangan teknologi informasi khususnya pemrograman. Dengan motto “SMK Bisa” maka perlu diadakan kegiatan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa. Pelatihan pemrograman Java diberikan kepada Mahasiswa jurusan Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak. Kegiatan pelatihan diawali dengan penyusunan modul pemrograman Java dan kegiatan praktikum dengan Netbeans IDE untuk mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis Java Swing dan database MariaDB. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk tutorial dan workshop yang didampingi langsung oleh tim, sehingga mahasiswa dapat mempraktekkan materi yang diberikan secara langsung dan dibantu jika ada kendala dalam mengikuti modul yang dibahas. Pelatihan selalu diawali dengan kegiatan pre-test dan di akhir pelatihan akan dilakukan post-test untuk menguji pemahaman siswa. Dari hasil pre-test diketahui bahwa rata-rata siswa belum memahami pemrograman Java dengan baik. Abstract

Abstract: Irham Ponsel is a business that is engaged in the sale and service of cellphones. In his activities, Irham Ponsel has not promoted much, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia, so that sales turnover decreased. The existence of a marketplace is considered the most suitable for marketing during the current pandemic. Because the marketplace has a concept like a conventional market, it's just that the market is virtual (online). The purpose of this activity is expected to be useful in adding insight into marketing strategies by utilizing the Shopee marketplace. In addition, it is also expected to be able to sell these products, so that it is expected to increase product sales turnover. The method in this activity is carried out by sharing sessions in pre-activities, methods of socialization and training in the implementation of activities, as well as monitoring and evaluation of these activities. The end result of this community service is utilizing technology as much as possible so that it can help develop Irham Ponsel and be able to compete globally with other business actors. Dalam kegiatannya, Irham Ponsel belum melakukan promosi secara luas, apalagi dimasa pandemi Covid-19 yang tengah melanda Indonesia, sehingga omszet penjualan menurun. Adanya marketplace dirasa paling cocok untuk pemasaran dimasa pandemi sekarang ini. Dikarenakan marketplace memiliki konsep seperti pasar konvensional, hanya saja pasarnya berbentuk virtual (online). Tujuan dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat dalam menambah wawasan dalam strategi pemasaran dengan memanfaatkan marketplace Shopee. Selain itu juga dapat menstabilkan penjualan produk tersebut, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan omzet penjualan produk. Metode dalam kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan sharing session pada pra kegiatan, metode sosialisasi dan pelatihan pada pelaksanaan kegiatan, serta melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadapat kegiatan ini. Hasil akhir dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memanfaatkan teknologi semaksimal mungkin sehingga dapat membantu mengembangkan Irham Ponsel dan dapat bersaing secara global dengan para pelaku usaha lain. Abstract

This community service activity that will be carried out at the BKPRMI in Asahan is one form of higher education tridharma that is being implemented. The website has become a mandatory facility that must be provided as a medium for disseminating information to the entire community. The importance of socialization as an effort to provide/socialize BKPRMI activities to the community. From the results of our monitoring, there are very many people who do not know about BKPRMI's activities in Asahan District. Currently BKPRMI Asahan Regency is a youth organization which currently does not have website facilities that can be used as a medium to convey various information to all members and the general public. The activity was carried out in the form of a Workshop on managing the BKPRMI Homepage. The BKPRMI website is based on the Wordpress. WordPress is a widely used CMS for developing company profile web services for small, medium and large companies. So the selection of this CMS is very suitable for the BKPRMI homepage. Apart from that, the Wordpress CMS is very easy to install and use. The features provided are very complete for organizational website services.            Keywords: BKPRMI; content management system; website management  Abstrak: Badan Komunikasi Pemuda Remaja Masjid Indonesia (BKPRMI) merupakan sebuah organisasi kader dakwah dan wahana komunikasi pemuda remaja masjid di Indonesia. Pentingnya penyebaran informasi sebagai upaya dalam memberikan/ mensosialisasikan kegiatan-kegiatan BKPRMI kepada masyarakat. Dari hasil observasi yang kami lakukan masyarakat sangat banyak yang tidak tahu tentang kegiatan-kegiatan BKPRMI Kabupaten Asahan. Saat ini BKPRMI Kabupaten Asahan belum memiliki fasilitas website yang dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk menyampaikan berbagai informasi kepada seluruh anggota maupun masyarakat umum. Website sudah menjadi fasilitas wajib yang harus disediakan sebagai media untuk menyebarkan informasi kepada seluruh masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang akan dilaksanakan di Badan Komunikasi Pemuda Remaja Masjid Indonesia (BKPRMI) Asahan merupakan suatu bentuk tridharma perguruan tinggi yang dilakukan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk Workshop pengelolaan Homepage BKPRMI. Website BKPRMI ini berbasis Wordpress. CMS Wordpress merupakan CMS yang sangat banyak digunakan untuk mengembangkan layanan web company profile sebuah perusahaan baik kecil, menengah maupun perusahaan besar. Sehingga pemilihan CMS ini sangat cocok untuk homepage BKPRMI. Selain itu CMS Wordpress sangat mudah untuk diinstalasi dan digunakan. Fitur-fitur yang disediakan sudah sangat lengkap untuk layanan sebuah website organisasi.Kata kunci: manajemen website; BKPRMI; content management system.

Abstract: Naura Collection store is a store that is growing and has many customers. The Naura Collection store sells various types of clothing located in Meranti. The problem experienced by the Naura Collection Store is that it is difficult to determine the amount of stock inventory in the next one month period. If the marketing prediction is too large, it will experience a buildup of stock of goods so as to minimize profits, but if the sales prediction is too small, the store will face an empty stock which will make customers wait too long for the desired product so that it can hamper existing business processes and will reduce costs. profit on the Naura Collection Store. In this study, the author will create a system that will be able to predict the amount of marketing in the following month. Clothing marketing prediction is a scientific calculation that can be used for planning and analysis purposes related to sales data. For this reason, the method with the smallest deviation value was chosen using the least square method. Data was collected by means of interviews, documentation and observation. The application is built using PHP and MySQL. From the results of this study, the calculation of the marketing of robes in September was 373 pcs, and the calculation of errors in the sale of robes was MAD 136.8 MSE 93571.2 and MAPE was 12%. Keywords: Forecasting; Marketing Of Goods; Least Square Method. Abstrak: Toko Naura Collection merupakan toko yang terus berkembang dan memiliki banyak pelanggan. Toko Naura Collection menjual segala jenis pakaian di Meranti. Masalah padaNaura Collection Store adalah sulitnya menentukan berapa banyak persediaan yang akan tersedia untuk bulan berikutnya. Prakiraan pemasaran yang terlalu besar dapat menyebabkan persediaan terlalu banyak dan meminimalkan keuntungan; prakiraan penjualan yang terlalu kecil dapat menyebabkan toko kehabisan stok, membuat pelanggan menunggu terlalu lama untuk produk yang diinginkan, yang dapat menghambat proses bisnis yang ada dan mengurangi biaya , keuntungan dari Toko Naura Collection. Dalam penelitian tersebut, Penulis akan membuat sebuah sistem yang dapat memprediksi jumlah pemasaran untuk bulan berikutnya. Peramalan pemasaran pakaian adalah perhitungan ilmiah yang dapat digunakan untuk keperluan perencanaan dan analisis yang berkaitan dengan data penjualan. Oleh karena itu, metode dengan nilai deviasi terkecil dipilih menggunakan metode kuadrat terkecil. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, rekaman dan observasi. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Dari hasil penelitian ini, perhitungan penjualan gaun pada bulan September adalah 373 unit, kesalahan dalam perhitungan penjualan gaun adalah MAD 136,8 MSE 93571,2, dan MAPE adalah 12%. Kata Kunci: Forecasting; Pemasaran Barang; Metode Least Square.

Abstract

Abstract: The use of technology is currently progressing and its development can be used in the processing, dissemination, and presentation of good information. The application system so far has been able to provide attractive services and make work easier for the public, both in information services and documentation services, such as monitoring applications. In line with the problems that exist in PT. SIBATEL, where in the previous update monitoring process work in the field to report to their superiors was considered to be inefficient. The purpose of this research is to design an application system for site and generator maintenance update monitoring that is useful at PT. SIBATEL. In designing this system application, it is hoped that it can be completed quickly and properly according to needs by using Scrum or the Agile Scrum framework. The results of this application development are considered effective and efficient in terms of time and are structured in carrying out the features needed by going through the stages: Product Backlog, Sprint Planning Meeting, Sprint Backlog, Daily Stand Up Meeting, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, with Focus factors which are used by 0.8 or 80% with a different sprint length in each sprint. So the selection of the scrum method in the development of site and generator maintenance update monitoring applications at PT. SIBATEL is considered quite good and useful.            Keywords: scrum; application; system; monitoring; maintenance; site; genset  Abstrak: Pemanfaatan teknologi saat ini sudah berkembang maju dan perkembangannya dapat digunakan dalam pengolahan, penyebaran, dan penyajian informasi yang baik. Sistem aplikasi hingga saat ini telah mampu memberikan layanan yang menarik dan meringankan pekerjaan kepada khalayak publik, baik dalam layanan informasi maupun dalam layanan dokumentasi, seperti halnya aplikasi monitoring. Sejalan dengan masalah yang ada pada PT. SIBATEL, dimana pada proses update monitoring sebelumnya pemantauan pekerjaan dilapangan untuk melaporkan ke atasannya dinilai kurang efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem aplikasi monitoring update maintenance site dan genset yang berguna pada PT. SIBATEL. Dalam perancangan aplikasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat diselesaikan dengan cepat dan baik sesuai kebutuhan dengan menggunakan scrum atau kerangka kerja Agile Scrum. Hasil dari pengembangan aplikasi ini dinilai efektif dan efisien dari segi waktu serta terstruktur dalam pengerjaan fitur-fitur yang dibutuhkan dengan melalui tahapan : Product Backlog, Sprint Planning Meeting, Sprint Backlog, Daily Stand Up Meeting, Sprint Review, dan Sprint Retrospective, dengan Focus factor yang digunakan sebesar 0,8 atau 80% dengan panjang sprint yang berbeda pada tiap-tiap sprint. Sehingga pemilihan metode scrum dalam pengembangan aplikasi monitoring update maintenance site dan genset pada PT. SIBATEL dinilai cukup baik dan berguna. Kata kunci: scrum; application; system; monitoring; maintenance; site; genset
