Abstract

Banyumas Regency is a student city in Central Java which has 21 tertiary institutions, consisting of state and private tertiary institutions, spread throughout the Banyumas region. With so many PTs available, it is often difficult for prospective students from out of town to get locations, so by building an Android-based Geographic Information System for Banyumas Higher Education Institutions that is built to help and facilitate the community or prospective students. With the prototype method with steps (communication, planning, modeling, prototype formation, and evaluation). The scope of the system includes the GPS assistance facilities. The main menu contained in the application of PTN and PTS about the brief description of information about tertiary institutions, facility menus from the ATM, gas station and hospital sub menus, emergency call menus containing important telephone numbers such as the police and fire department , and help menu how to use the application. Conclusions The study states that HI was accepted, namely "There is a significant time difference in the process of finding the location of tertiary institutions before and after using the Geographic Information System for Higher Education in Banyumas Regency on Android". Then based on the results of product tests that have been done show that the product test value to determine the quality of the system being built is 96.85, the value is greater than the feasibility limit of 75. Thus, the system built is suitable for use by the wider community.

Abstract

Decision Support System is a decision-making method that serves to assist the decision-making process to solve problems that are semi-structured and unstructured In this study will determine the priority in the development of village infrastructure by using methods Technique for Order Preference method by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) is a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) category, which is a decisionmakin technique from several alternative options, especially MADM (Multi Attribute Decision Making). The results of this study suggest that with a decision support system prioritizing village infrastructure development karanggintung is expected can provide recommendations on the use of funds prioritized for rural development.

Abstract

This research entitled : "Management System Information for Region Development Planning at The Office of Region Development Planning (Bappeda) of Brebes Regency” . This research was aimed to describe application of management information system in development planning of Brebes Regency was conducted in Bappeda of Brebes Regency. This research was conducted in Bappeda of Brebes Regency as leading sector in development planning. Research’s target is apparatus of Bappeda of Brebes Regency. Research method used qualitative method, sampling method used purposive technique, data collecting method used in depth interview, observation and documentation. Data analyzed technique used interactive model analysis. Result of research showed that development planning process Bappeda of Brebes Regency done by convergence of top down and bottom up mechanism. Top down planning done through data synchronization about development planning program which released by central government through passing Propenas and province government through Province Propeda. For a while, bottom up mechanism done by data collected by SKPD, result of Musrenbang, public aspiration. Through top down and bottom up mechanism so the development planning earn as according to public aspiration and or local real needed and the other side do not oppose against the development program which have been marked by vertical government. Application of information system in compilation development planning in Bappeda of Brebes Regency done by computer using as main peripheral functioned to process the input and data processing. But, the computer exploiting not yet been supported with a special software designed for the activity of development planning. Process of the input and processing still be done manually program by using Microsoft Excell Program.

Abstract

Dynamic growth that happened claim the organization to can to expand and adapt to the actual growth that happened. That way also in higher education management, what ever always to expand to. In relation of those things, this research was aim to for describe and analyse the development of Wijayakusuma University Purwokerto in the effort to become certifiable private college. Research method used qualitative. Data collecting method used indepth interview, observation, and documentation. Informan chosen done by purposive. Data analyse used interactive model of analysis and data validity used triangulation with model source. Wijayakusuma University have developed a number of steps and policis in order to organizational development so that can become the certifiable private college. In HELTS framework, the effort of organizational development in Wijayakusuma University done by make-up of competitiveness, decentralize and autonomous and also organizational health. Various effort which have the in the reality not yet earned to give the significant contribution to university progress. Degradation sum up the student still be happened. It was indicated the low enthusiasm of society to become Wijayakusuma University student. Endless internal conflict and negativity perception expanding in society to Wijayakusuma University and also low competitiveness likely still become the dominant factor making Wijayakusuma University not yet earned to awaken from down.

Abstract

Salah satu peristiwa yang banyak menyita perhatian masyarakat beberapa waktu terakhir ini adalah terjadinya kecelakaan dalam pemakaian tabung gas, terutama tabung gas ukuran 3 Kg, yang terjadi dalam masyarakat. Peristiwa tersebut terjadi di berbagai daerah, baik di perkotaan maupun pedesaan. Kecela- kaan pemakaian tabung gas mengakibat- kan kerugian materi yang tidak sedikit, dan juga telah menyebabkan jatuhnya korban jiwa. Permasalahan lain yang ikut mencuat adalah terbongkarnya praktek illegal pengisian tabung gas oleh pihak tertentu yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Selisih harga gas yang bersubsidi dengan nonsubsidi telah mendorong pihak tertentu yang tidak bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan praktek pengisian atau pengoplosan tabung gas secara illegal dengan mengabaikan aspek keamanan tabung gas dan keselamatan pengguna- nya. Maraknya kecelakaan yang terjadi akibat penggunaan tabung gas elpiji membuat sebagian kalangan masyarakat menjadi enggan untuk menggunakan gas sebagai pengganti minyak tanah. Sebagian ingin kembali menggunakan minyak tanah (mitan). Ironisnya, mitan sulit didapat karena minimnya pasokan dan kalaupun ada harganya pun sudah melambung sehingga sangat memberat- kan bagi masyarakat. Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam rangkaian pelaksanaan program konversi mitan ke gas menarik untuk dikaji lebih jauh dari perspektif perlindungan konsu- men. Hal tersebut disebabkan program konversi mitan ke gas sesungguhnya merupakan upaya pemerintah untuk menghemat pengeluaran anggaran untuk subsidi, sekaligus meringankan beban masyarakat dalam penggunaan BBM. Akan tetapi, kecelakaan gas yang marak terjadi dapat mereduksi niat baik pemerintah. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, akan dikupas lebih jauh kebijakan konversi mitan ke gas dari perpektif perlindungan konsumen.

Abstract

Strategic issues of the local autonomy in local autonomy era makes local governments must be creative and innovative ways to develop income sources to increase Local Original Income (PAD). That's needed the entrepreneurship spirit of local government. This study aims to analyze the existence Owabong terkiat with one application of the principles of reinventing government, namely the Government of Entrepreneurship. Research design using case studies based on secondary data. Methods of data collection using the documentation. Analysis of data using qualitative analysis. The results showed that the presence of Owabong is empirical evidence of entrepreneurial spirit owned by Government of Purbalingga Regency. Government of Purbalingga Regency seeks to explore and optimize local assets held for further developed to become a real source of local revenue. Owabong positioned as a regional asset that profit-oriented in order to increase local income. This effort has positive results, which can be seen from the development Owabong as a source of revenue for the Government of Regency Purbalingga.

Abstract

The National Narcotics Agency or NNA is a Non-Ministry Government Institution (NMGI) Indonesia that has the task of carrying out government duties in the areas of prevention, eradication of psychotropic abuse and illicit circulation, precursors and other addictive ingredients except addictive ingredients for tobacco and alcohol. The National Narcotics Agency also has a function to handle and rehabilitate drug users. Banyumas National Narcotics Agency has problems, namely experts who are limited and not always in place in the service and drug tests is not effective, a solution is to create an information system, namely an expert system that is used to identify the types of drugs based on the user's physical characteristics. The method used in this study is Prototype. The programming languages used are PHP and C #, and use the MySQL database. The research results from the benefit test tested to 30 respondents produced a high percentage for system usability, easy to learn, efficiency, and the system could be accepted, while the results of hypothesis testing in this study were H1 which was accepted where there was a significant time difference between before and after using an Android-based Expert Identification System for Types of Drugs. Thus, this expert system can be used to assist in identifying types of drugs so that they are more effective and efficient than conventional methods.

Abstract

The era of regional autonomy that has been going hand in hand since the new millennium has implications for the demand to improve the quality of public services because one of the mandates of reform is to improve the performance of public services. Idealism to provide excellent quality public services does not seem to be in line with empirical reality. In reality, up to now there are still many citizens who complained about the services provided by the service providers. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze public satisfaction with public services presented by Dindukcapil, Banyumas Regency. This research was conducted in Dindukcapil Banyumas Regency using survey methods. The object of research is the satisfaction of the service user community. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Validity testing uses product moment correlation while reliability testing uses Cronbach's Alpha. Data analysis techniques use Important Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that the service user community was satisfied with the public services presented by Dindukcapil Banyumas Regency because the service performance received / felt was higher than its expectation. This is evidenced by the value of each item in the performance attribute which is entirely higher than the value of each item in the expectation attribute. Overall, the percentage ratio of the total score of the performance attributes is also higher than the percentage score of the total expectation attribute, which is 108.9%. Based on these results, the hypothesis which states: "People are satisfied with the public services presented by Dindukcapil Banyumas Regency", was accepted.

Abstract

This research is useful for identifying basic potential information of internal and external factors of strategy determinant that can be used in strategy development. And the results of the analysis describes the related internal business analysis and Information Systems / Information Technology institutions as well as external factors of business and Information Systems / Information Technology institution STIKOM Yos Sudaro Purwokerto. From the analysis result, it is concluded that STIKOM Yos Sudarso Purwokerto need to adopt an aggressive strategy policy in the framework of developing information system to take advantage of the high strength and opportunity in the midst of computer-based college competition in Banyumas Regency.

Abstract

Decision Support System for Awarding Employees with the TOPSIS (Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution) method is applied by the company so that it can assist the leadership in determining which employees are eligible to receive awards based on criteria determined by the company's management, namely: absent, discipline, overtime, years of service and achievements. This study aims to look at the relationship between effectiveness and efficiency on user satisfaction Decision Support System Awarding Award for employees at the Successful Plastic Factory in Sokaraja Wetan, Banyumas. From the tests conducted, it can be concluded that the sig value is obtained. of the Effectiveness of Satisfaction of 0.001 <0.05, this shows that there is a correlation between effectiveness with user satisfaction and efficiency with satisfaction obtained sig. of 0.235> 0.05, this shows that there is no correlation between efficiency and user satisfaction of this decision support system.
