Abstract

The impact of the global economic crisis due to the Corona Virus Pandemic or Covid-19 is felt by the entire world population, including the people of Indonesia. Many Bankrupt Industries have resulted in an increase in layoffs, especially for women, considering the very large role of women and being the supporter of the family economy; then the role of this woman needs to be strengthened again, so that the survival of their family will be guaranteed. In addition, the dynamics of the field require creative solutions to increase financial inclusion. One of them is through the use of the philanthropic service sector. In the difficult economic conditions during the corona virus (Covid-19) pandemic in Indonesia, this did not reduce public philanthropy, on the contrary, it tends to continue to increase. A philanthropic business model that will be built by bringing together donors and female workers affected by Covid-19. They can interact directly without the need for an intermediary. The research method used is the Waterfall method which includes the analysis phase, the design phase, the implementation phase, the testing phase, including blackbox, whitebox and usability testing with SUS (System Usability Scale). The results of the System Usability Scale (SUS) test have an average SUS score of 86.5, which means the system is feasible to use. It is hoped that with this e-sharing platform, it can facilitate people who have a fixed income or who do not have the risk of losing their jobs in the midst of this pandemic to distribute a small portion of their wealth in an egalitarian format to those who are disadvantaged by the Covid-19 restrictions. Keywords: Fintech; filantropi; platform; PHK AbstrakDampak krisis ekonomi global akibat Pandemik Virus Corona atau Covid-19 sangat dirasakan oleh seluruh penduduk dunia, termasuk masyarakat Indonesia. Banyak Industri Bangkrut yang mengakibatkan kenaikan PHK meningkat khususnya perempuan,  mengingat peran wanita sangat besar dan menjadi penopang ekonomi keluarga; maka peran wanita ini perlu diperkuat lagi, sehingga kelangsungan hidup keluarga mereka akan terjamin. Disamping itu, dinamika lapangan membutuhkan solusi kreatif untuk meningkatkan inklusi keuangan. Salah satunya lewat pemanfaatan sektor layanan filantropi. Dalam kondisi ekonomi yang sulit pada masa pandemi virus corona (Covid-19) di Indonesia tidak membuat filantropi masyarakat menurun, sebaliknya justru cenderung terus meningkat. Model bisnis filantropi yang akan dibangun dengan mempertemukan antara para donatur dan pekerja wanita yang terdampak covid-19. Mereka bisa langsung berinteraksi tanpa perlu kehadiran intermediary. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode Waterfall yang meliputi tahap analisis (analysis), tahap perancangan (design), tahap implementasi (implementation), tahap pengujian (testing) antara lain blackbox, whitebox dan Usability dengan pengujian SUS (System Usability Scale). Hasil pengujian System Usability Scale (SUS) rata-rata skor SUS sebesar 86,5 yang berarti sistem layak digunakan. Diharapkan dengan adanya platform e-sharing ini, dapat memfasilitasi masyarakat yang berpendapatan tetap atau yang tidak memiliki resiko kehilangan pekerjaan di tengah pandemi ini untuk mendistribusikan sebagian kecil kekayaannya dalam format egaliter ke mereka yang dirugikan restriksi Covid-19.

Abstract

Penduduk merupakan faktor dominan dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan serta penduduk menjadi pelaksana tujuan pembangunan. Pemerintah perlu meramalkan jumlah penduduk untuk menentukan tujuan kebijakan ekonomi. Peramalan jumlah penduduk merupakan hal yang penting bagi pemerintah untuk menentukan arah kebijakan perekonomian bangsa. Data populasi yang pada dasarnya merupakan data deret waktu dapat dianalisis dengan metode rata-rata bergerak, metode pemulusan eksponensial, dan metode ARIMA. Metode pemulusan eksponensial yang digunakan adalah pemulusan eksponensial ganda Holt karena data jumlah penduduk berpola trend linier. Penelitian difokuskan pada peramalan populasi dengan menggunakan pemulusan eksponensial ganda Holt dan ARIMA. Pemulusan eksponensial ganda Holt menggunakan nilai parameter 0,3 dan 0,99. Nilai parameter yang digunakan adalah 0,05 dan 0,9. Pemulusan eksponensial ganda Holt, diperoleh nilai jumlah penduduk untuk tahun 2020 sebesar 1.614.339 jiwa , tahun 2021 sebesar 1.626.379 jiwa, tahun 2022 sebesar 1.641.519 jiwa. ARIMA hasil nilai ramalan jumlah penduduk tahun 2020 sebanyak 1.618.258 jiwa, tahun 2021 sebanyak 1.628.259 jiwa, tahun 2022 sebanyak 1.643.417 jiwa. Nilai a=0,99 dan g=0,05 memberikan MSE terkecil pada nilai 15175922,58. Model ARIMA (1, 1, 1) nilai MSE terkecil 17373940. Setelah dibandingkan, metode Holt pemulusan eksponensial ganda sama efektifnya dengan metode ARIMA untuk meramalkan jumlah penduduk di Kabupaten Banyumas.

Abstract

Therefore, an a-based information system is needed website that is useful for connecting and matching potential clients with the right legal consultants with easier access without having to come directly to the office. The purpose of this system is to improve legal services to facilitate access to legal consulting services for the community, besides that, it can establish sustainable good relationships between legal consulting services offices and clients, another term can be called Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The benefit of implementing this CRM is that the company can know what the clients expect and need so that it can create a relationship and there is good two-way communication between the legal consultant and the client. In this case, the system development method uses the method prototype model. Based on the results of the -***benefits test, the average value of usability is 96.67%, learnability is 98%, efficiency is 98%, and acceptability is 96.63%. These results have been above the average value of at least 75%, so it can be concluded that the system built can be applied and used to facilitate access to legal consulting services for the community and all functions in the system function properly.

Abstract

Widya Waskita Wijaya Cilacap Branch is an official agent of PT. Pertamina (Persero) which is headquartered in Semarang. This company is engaged in the sale of non-subsidized fuel for the industrial sector, transportation, contractors, mining, plantations, ships, and so on. The main problems that exist at PT. Widya Waskita Wijaya Cilacap Branch is a fuel sales reporting process that uses a document delivery agent so it takes several days to get to the Semarang head office. With this problem, the Semarang head office wanted a web-based information system that could speed up the reporting process of fuel sales from the Cilacap branch office to the Semarang head office. The system development method used is the waterfall model with system development tools in the form of context diagrams, DFD, normalization, and ERD. Meanwhile, the making of this information system uses the PHP programming language, using Dreamweaver software as the editor and Navicat as the database. By using this information system, the process of making fuel bidding letters and fuel sales receipts is more effective and accelerates the reporting process of fuel sales to the Semarang head office.

Abstract

Increased competition in the banking world, the soundness of a bank to be a priority for customers in choosing a bank before they put down deposits. Therefore, the bank must increasingly have the creativity of a revolving fund that is managed dihimpunnya to gain advantages, one of them in the form of credit. For that banks are required to maintain public confidence and maintain the liquidity risk, that is not shackled with the issue of problem loans. The quality of the prospective customer a credit note by analyzing the financial condition of prospective customers and prospective customers predicting bankruptcy of credit, The purpose of this research is done because of the growing number of non-performing loans (NPLs) increased net nationally, is expected to use the Altman Z-Score, the banks can detect early clients or potential clients who experienced Financial Disstress¸sehingga credit can be decided in lending as well as policies to monitor customers' business continuity, especially in financial matters. This research uses descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing with a case in PT.Bank UOB Tbk. Branch Purwokerto. The following hypothesis testing first hypothesis is accepted if -rata average Z-Score <1.23 and second hypothesis is accepted if the Z-score> 2.90. Data taken using the method of documentation is to examine and review the records and financial statements of the company. The research result was a conclusion that the conditions of credit customers PT.Bank UOB Tbk Branch Purwokerto whether included in the category Current and Special Mention, the average financial ratios of 2014 and 2015 is quite good; almost all credit customers are included in Special Mention (DPK) experienced Financial Distress, with an average Z-Score is the gray area that is 1.23 <Z <2.90 while credit customers who fall into predictable Fluent quality not experienced Financial distress, with an average value of Z-score> 2.90.

Abstract

The National Narcotics Agency or NNA is a Non-Ministry Government Institution (NMGI) Indonesia that has the task of carrying out government duties in the areas of prevention, eradication of psychotropic abuse and illicit circulation, precursors and other addictive ingredients except addictive ingredients for tobacco and alcohol. The National Narcotics Agency also has a function to handle and rehabilitate drug users. Banyumas National Narcotics Agency has problems, namely experts who are limited and not always in place in the service and drug tests is not effective, a solution is to create an information system, namely an expert system that is used to identify the types of drugs based on the user's physical characteristics. The method used in this study is Prototype. The programming languages used are PHP and C #, and use the MySQL database. The research results from the benefit test tested to 30 respondents produced a high percentage for system usability, easy to learn, efficiency, and the system could be accepted, while the results of hypothesis testing in this study were H1 which was accepted where there was a significant time difference between before and after using an Android-based Expert Identification System for Types of Drugs. Thus, this expert system can be used to assist in identifying types of drugs so that they are more effective and efficient than conventional methods.

Abstract

Dengan kemajuan teknologi, sistem pelayanan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas suatu instansi pemerintahan dalam melaksanakan pelayanan untuk masyarakatnya. Setiap masyarakat pasti ingin mendapatkan pelayanan yang terbaik yang diberikan oleh suatu instansi pemerintahan. Karena dengan pelayanan yang baik kepada masyarakat maka akan membangun sebuah kepercayaan dari masyarakat kepada instansi pemerintahan tersebut. Usahausaha pun dilakukan seperti memberikan fasilitas yang menunjang untuk mempermudah petugas dalam melakukan pekerjaannya dengan cara menerapkan sistem yang telah terkomputerisasi. Pelayanan online menjadi suatu hal yang sangat dibutuhkan pada era globalisasi ini. Saat ini hampir semua hal dilakukan secara online, tentunya juga terjadi dengan pelayanan surat-menyurat. Sistem pelayanan yang sedang 2 berjalan di Desa Wangon, Banjarnegara sendiri adalah salah satu kegiatan yang belum terkomputerisasi dalam hal manajemen surat–menyurat, mulai dari membuat bebagai macam surat dan membuat laporan dari surat pelayanan tersebut. Pelayanan pada masyarakat yang selama ini terjadi di Desa Wangon berjalan dengan memberikan surat pelayanan secara langsung dari kantor Kelurahan Desa Wangon kepada warga yang sedang membutuhkan surat pelayanan, dengan cara warga datang langsung ke kantor Kelurahan untuk mengurus surat pelayanan, hal tersebut terkesan lambat dan lama karena warga harus datang secara langsung dan menunggu antrian yang ada. Dengan membangun sistem surat pelayanan online atau surat elektronik yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi, memberikan keuntungan kepada masyarakat Desa Wangon maupun instansi dibidang pelayanan, seperti mempermudah pelayanan dari jarak jauh dan pelayanan dapat dilaksanakan dan diterima lebih cepat. Dengan dibangunnya pelayanan online maka perlu diberlakukan keamanannya juga, seperti data warga di dalam surat elektronik tidaklah terjamin dan selalu ada resiko terbuka untuk umum. Tidak menutup kemungkinan ada orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab atas penyalahgunaan surat elektronik tersebut. Untuk menguranginya, surat elektronik dapat diamankan dengan menggunakan teknik pengacakan (kriptografi, enkripsi).

Abstract

Dampak krisis ekonomi global akibat Pandemi Virus Corona atau Covid-19 sangat dirasakan oleh seluruh penduduk dunia, termasuk masyarakat Indonesia. Banyak industri bangkrut yang mengakibatkan angka kenaikan PHK meningkat, khususnya pada perempuan. Mengingat peran wanita sangat besar dan menjadi penopang ekonomi keluarga, peran wanita ini perlu diperkuat lagi, sehingga kelangsungan hidup keluarga mereka akan terjamin; salah satunya lewat pemanfaatan filantropi. Di Indonesia, dalam kondisi ekonomi yang sulit karena pandemi Virus Corona (Covid-19), filantropi masyarakat tidak menurun, tetapi sebaliknya justru cenderung meningkat. Model Filantropi ini dapat memfasilitasi mereka yang berpendapatan tetap atau yang tidak memiliki resiko kehilangan pekerjaan di tengah pandemi ini, untuk mendistribusikan sebagian kecil kekayaannya dalam format egaliter ke mereka yang dirugikan karena restriksi COVID-19.

Abstract

 STIKOM Yos Sudarso is an IT campus that was established to meet the needs of strong and reliable human resources in the field of information technology. The problem faced by STIKOM Yos Sudarso are the inefficient and ineffective lecture scheduling so that there are frequent changes in lecture schedules. To solve this problem, the Subject Scheduling Information System is needed. The scheduling system uses the Code Igniter 3 framework, PHP, javascript, MySQL, and genetic algorithms as data processing and system development using the prototype method. System analysis using whitebox test, blackbox test, cyclomatic complexity test, normality test, hypothesis test, benefit test, validity test, and reliability test. The result of this research is that website-based course scheduling information system using genetic algorithms can increase the effectiveness and efficiency in scheduling time from average of 7 days 15 hours and 39 minutes in the making to 31.26 seconds. Keywords—genetic algorithm, scheduling, php, mysql, code igniter 3 AbstrakSTIKOM Yos Sudarso merupakan kampus IT yang berdiri untuk memenuhi kebutuhan SDM yang tangguh dan handal dalam bidang teknologi informasi. Permasalahan yang di hadapai STIKOM Yos Sudarso adalah penjadwalan perkuliahan yang kurang efesien dan efektif sehingga sering terjadi perubahan jadwal perkuliahan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut Sistem Informasi Penjadwalan Matakuliah diperlukan. Sistem penjadwalan menggunakan framework Code Igniter 3,PHP, javascript, MySQL, serta algoritma genetika sebagai pengolah data dan pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode prototype. Analisis sistem menggunakan uji whitebox, uji blackbox, uji kompleksitas siklomatik, uji normalitas, uji hipotesis, uji manfaat, uji validitas, serta uji reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian adalah Sistem Informasi Penjadwalaan Matakuliah berbasis website dengan menggunakan algoritma genetika dapat meningkatkan efektifitas dan efesiensi dalam waktu pembuatan jadwal dari rata-rata 7 hari 15 jam 39 menit pembuatan menjadi 31.26 detik.
