Abstract

The main objective of developing Science Technology Parks (STP) is to foster knowledge-based economic clusters in an area. Knowledge-based economic clusters play an important role in encouraging regional innovation and competitiveness to increase the contribution of science and technology in economic development. Due to the important role of the clusters in economic development, it is necessary to seriously manage their performance. The purpose of this paper is to study the Performance Management Practices and Key Performance Indicators implemented in Bandung Techno Park (BTP) as one of the leading Techno parks in Indonesia through the literature review method. This research revealed that there are a number of standard or similar KPIs widely used in many STPs, such as the number of startups created, economic development produced, the number of innovative products made. The study also proposed two additional performance indicators for BTP to complete its goals, which are: economy generated in the area and profitability of STP. The contribution of this research is to provide BTP with a reference for evaluating organizational performance through the use of standard KPIs. Future research can use standardized KPIs that have been validated with a quantitative approach to investigate and evaluate organizational performance. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see how big the level of interest of entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and locus of control as well as interest of enterpreneurship partially and simultaneously in final year students of Faculty of Economics and Business Telkom UniversityThe research method used is quantitative method with data collection which gained by spreading questionnaire to 296 respondents. The respondents involved are final year students of the Faculty of Economics and Business. The questionnaire used in this research contain 37 statments with five points likert scale. Sampling methods used is nonprobability with purposive sampling technique. In explaining the result of the research, the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (T-Test and F-Test) and coefficient of determination. The results obtained in this study based on the results of the t test showed that digital literacy has a significant positive effect on interest of enterpreneurship and locus of control has a significant positive effect on interest of enterpreneurship. These results are proven by hypotheses that reject H0. Based on the f test obtained the results that there is a significant influence simultaneously between digital literacy and locus of control on interest of enterpreneurship. The coefficient of determination obtained with the value of R Squere of 44,9% means that digital literacy and locus of control have an influence on interest of enterpreneurship of 44,9%.

Abstract

Telkom University has hopes for its graduates to be able to create a culture of research and innovation that is useful in improving the quality of life of the community. Efforts to realize these expectations are needed digital literacy and  digital capability as a foundation and provision in thinking, learning, communicating, working together, and working that will later foster personal innovativeness. The purpose of this study was to see how big the condition of digital literacy, digital capability, and personal innovativeness and how the influence of digital literacy and digital capability on personal innovativeness in Telkom University graduate students. The study used quantitative methods with questionnaires as data retrieval as many as 377 respondents. The respondents involved were telkom university's final-level students. The questionnaire in the study had 36 statements with a five-point likert scale measurement. The sampling method used is probability with the proptionate stratified random sampling technique. The results of this study are explained through data analysis techniques in the form of descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, hypothesis tests, and coefficients of determination. The results obtained from this study indicate that digital literacy has a significant positive effect on personal innovation and digital ability has a significant positive effect on personal innovation. The coefficient of determination test shows that digital literacy and digital ability variables have an influence of 35.8% on personal innovation, while the other 64.2% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Di era modern saat ini, kegiatan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) berkembang sangat pesat dikarenakan banyaknya orang yang melihat peluang pada usaha tersebut. Salah satu cara agar bisnis UMKM dapat memaksimalkan produktivitas bisnis yang dijalankan adalah dengan memiliki nilai personal innovativeness yang baik dengan cara memanfaatkan pengetahuan digital literacy dan digital capability yang dimiliki. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat seberapa besar tingkat digital literacy, digital capability, dan personal innovativeness dalam perusahaan dan bagaimana pengaruh digital literacy dan digital capability terhadap personal innovativeness pada UMKM di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data yang diperoleh dari menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 376 responden. Responden yang terlibat adalah para pemilik usaha UMKM di Kota Bandung. dengan hasil penelitian bahwa tingkat digital literacy pada pelaku UMKM di Kota Bandung termasuk ke dalam kategori baik, yaitu sebesar 83,28%. Tingkat digital capability pada pelaku UMKM di Kota Bandung termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik, yaitu sebesar 89,29%. Tingkat personal innovativeness pada pelaku UMKM di Kota Bandung termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik, yaitu sebesar 88,40%. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara digital capability terhadap personal innovativeness

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengambil objek pada Unit Subsidiary Performance and Synergy, Innovation & Partnership (SP & SIP) Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi beban kerja karyawan dan mengetahui apa saja faktor-faktor internal dan faktor eksternal yang memengaruhi penyelesaian pekerjaan karyawan Unit Subsidiary Performance and Synergy, Innovation & Partnership. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara semiterstruktur dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data Model Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Unit SP & SIP memiliki 3 sub unit dengan kondisi beban kerja Unit SP & SIP overload dikarenakan sumber daya manusia masih kurang yaitu hanya 1 karyawan dalam setiap sub unit. Faktor internal yang dirasakan oleh setiap karyawan adalah adanya gap kompetensi yang dirasakan karena perbedaan latar belakang yang cukup signifikan. Faktor eksternal yang dirasakan oleh setiap karyawan adalah kelelahan dalam bekerja, harus menjaga semangat dalam bekerja, diberlakukan sistem kerja matriks, serta lingkungan kerja yang nyaman. Abstract

Beban kerja sangat berpangaruh bagi sumber daya manusia, beban kerja yang optimal mencerminkan kualitas sumber daya manusia pada perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kondisi beban kerja sekaligus mengukur sumber daya optimal.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, data diambil menggunakan angket serta divalidasi menggunakan wawancara untuk menganalisa beban kerja yang diterima. pendekatan deskriptif dilakukan untuk menggambarkan sebuah objek sesuai apa adanya kemudian membantu proses pengumpulan data yang dapat memberikan gambaran berupa karakteristik objek. Data yang telah didapat di analisis menggunakan teknik analisis data Full Time Equivalent untuk mengukur beban kerja yang.Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan terjadinya overload pada salah satu karyawan, dengan indikasi adanya beban tugas yang tidak merata sehingga adanya beban kerja berlebih pada salah satu karyawan di sub unit Accounting.Saran bagi manajemen yaitu dilakukannya penambahan 1 orang karyawan Officer sehingga dapat mengatasi permasalahan beban kerja ini. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja pegawai YPT pada Divisi HC serta menganalisis jumlah pegawai optimal pada perusahaan. Aspek-aspek yaitu penggunaan waktu kerja pegawai, kodisi beban kerja utama pegawai YPT pada Sub Unit AVP Human Capital System, Policy & Culture, kondisi beban kerja tambahan pegawai dan jumlah pegawai optimal untuk posisi Sub Unit AVP Human Capital System, Policy & Culture. Fenomena dalam penelitian ini diolah menggunakan metode Full Time Equivalent. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu didapatkan melalui wawancara terstruktur dan observasi. Narasumber yang terlibat adalah 3 pegawai pada Sub Unit AVP Human Capital System, Policy & Culture. Narasumber akan diwawancarai terkait penggunaan waktu kerja selama satu tahun yang meliputi uraian tugas, rata-rata waktu penyelesaian tugas dan frekuensi pengerjaan tugas. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, diketahui bahwa pendistribusian beban kerja Sub Unit AVP Human Capital System, Policy & Culture merata. Sub unit memiliki 3 pegawai dengan beban kerja utama kategori inload dimana beban kerja tersebut sudah sesuai dengan kapasitas kerjanya dimana beban kerja yang dikerjakan sudah optimal dengan jumlah pegawai 3 dan jumlah pegawai optimal menurut perhitugan beban kerja sebanyak 3 pegawai, untuk itu manajemen juga tidak perlu melakukan penambahan jumlah pegawai pada Sub Unit Unit AVP Officer HC System, Policy & Culture.

Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan aspek penting dalam keberhasilan suatu organisasi. Pada saat ini perusahaan dituntut untuk memiliki sumber daya manusia yang unggul untuk dapat bersaing dengan para kompetitor. Salah satu faktor yang membuat sumber daya manusia lebih efektif adalah dengan adanya Job Profile. Job Profile merupakan gambaran komprehensif tentang tugas, tanggung jawab, kualifikasi, dan keterampilan yang diperlukan dalam suatu posisi pekerjaan. Pada penelitian kali ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif menggunakan teknik analisa data dengan metode Miles and Huberman. Dimana penulis akan mengumpulkan data menggunakan metode Interview, lalu data yang didapat akan direduksi dan disajikan dengan sejelas mungkin agar mudah dipahami. Ditemukannya keselarasan antara dua narasumber, memudahkan penulis dalam pembentukan Job Profile kali ini, dimana didalam Job Profile penulis membagi nya menjadi Job Description dan Job Specification. Saat ini penulis hanya dapat mengolah data dengan teknik Miles and Huberman. Dengan berkembangnya jaman, diharapkan para peneliti yang akan datang dapat menggunakan teknik analisa yang baru, untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih bervariasi.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of entrepreneurship education and the university's entrepreneurial ecosystem on the entrepreneurial intentions of final year students in the city of Medan. The purposive sampling method was used with a sample size of 290 students. This research applies a quantitative approach and is analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Primary and secondary data were collected through distributing questionnaires, and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The research results show that entrepreneurship education and the university's entrepreneurial ecosystem have a positive and significant influence on students' entrepreneurial intentions. These findings provide an important contribution to the development of educational strategies and entrepreneurial ecosystems at universities to encourage interest in entrepreneurship among students, which is expected to be an agent of change in reducing unemployment in the city of Medan. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and digital skills partially and simultaneously on work readiness of Telkom University Undergraduate Students Class of 2018. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, with collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 375 respondents. Sampling using probability sampling method with the type of proportionate stratified random sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that emotional intelligence and digital skills partially have a positive and significant effect on work readiness. Emotional intelligence and digital skills simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job readiness by 23.8% and the remaining 76.2% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
