Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the Role of Audit Quality in Moderating the Effects of Auditor Competence and Government Internal Control Systems on Fraud Star Prevention. The population in this study were all Inspectorate Civil Servants in Bogor Regency totaling 99 people. The research sample uses census / saturation techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used Partial least square path modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis. The results of the study: auditor competence and SPIP have a positive effect on fraud star prevention, audit quality and SPIP strengthen the positive effect of auditor competence on fraud star prevention

Abstract

Increasingly tight business competition requires companies to focus more on maintaining customer loyalty as one of the most important assets in long-term business sustainability. One of the problems that often occurs is the low level of customer loyalty even though promotional strategies have been carried out actively and continuously. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Customer Engagement, Brand Trust, and Promotion on customer loyalty at Brand Executive. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents who are Brand Executive customers. Data analysis techniques used in this study include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and partial tests (t-tests). The results of the study indicate that the three independent variables, namely Customer Engagement, Brand Trust, and Promotion, have a significant effect on customer loyalty. These findings indicate that customer involvement and trust in the brand are the main factors in building long-term loyalty. However, promotions that are carried out appropriately and relevantly also make a positive contribution to strengthening customer loyalty to Brand Executive.

Abstract

The problem of knowledge and protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) among academics and young creators is lacking to protect the results of intellectual creativity. The purpose of community service activities is to create a healthy, competitive, and sustainable creative ecosystem among academics and young creators. This podcast activity uses a qualitative method with stages (1) Material Planning, (2) Selection of Resource Persons, (3) Recording and Production, (4) Publication and Distribution, and (5) Interaction and Evaluation. There were 8 resource persons attended by 43 students. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' understanding of the importance of protecting works and innovations legally, encouraging active student participation, and forming a community that cares about intellectual property protection. Evaluation of the assessment of the understanding of the IPR knowledge podcast with an average score of 96.6%. Students have a very good and comprehensive understanding of various aspects of Intellectual Property Rights presented in the educational podcast.

Abstract

Pelatihan pencatatan keuangan berbasis digital merupakan salah satu upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) binaan Telkom Witel Centrum. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat literasi keuangan dan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam menggunakan teknologi digital, seperti aplikasi KasirAja dan SmartSeller guna mendukung pencatatan transaksi dan penyusunan laporan keuangan yang akurat dan sistematis. Pelatihan mencakup materi tentang peran strategis UMKM, tantangan yang dihadapi, perencanaan keuangan, pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan, serta digital marketing. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep akuntansi, kemampuan penggunaan aplikasi digital, serta pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih profesional dan efisien. Keberlanjutan manfaat pelatihan didukung oleh pendampingan lanjutan, akses sumber belajar digital, serta monitoring dan evaluasi berkala. Kegiatan PKM pada pelatihan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kapasitas UMKM binaan Telkom Witel Centrum dalam menghadapi persaingan pasar dan mendorong pertumbuhan usaha yang berkelanjutan di era digital.
