Abstract

The problem of knowledge and protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) among academics and young creators is lacking to protect the results of intellectual creativity. The purpose of community service activities is to create a healthy, competitive, and sustainable creative ecosystem among academics and young creators. This podcast activity uses a qualitative method with stages (1) Material Planning, (2) Selection of Resource Persons, (3) Recording and Production, (4) Publication and Distribution, and (5) Interaction and Evaluation. There were 8 resource persons attended by 43 students. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' understanding of the importance of protecting works and innovations legally, encouraging active student participation, and forming a community that cares about intellectual property protection. Evaluation of the assessment of the understanding of the IPR knowledge podcast with an average score of 96.6%. Students have a very good and comprehensive understanding of various aspects of Intellectual Property Rights presented in the educational podcast.

Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan salah satu indikator utama dalam menilai keberhasilan layanan jasa, termasuk dalam penyelenggaraan ibadah haji dan umrah yang sangat bergantung pada kualitas pelayanan. Kepuasan pelanggan tidak hanya mencerminkan keberhasilan suatu biro perjalanan dalam memenuhi harapan jamaah, tetapi juga menjadi dasar bagi keberlanjutan usaha dan reputasi lembaga penyedia layanan. Fenomena yang terjadi pada jamaah Tour & Travel Al-Anshar Haji & Umrah di Bogor menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pelanggan belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan harapan, sehingga diperlukan kajian lebih lanjut mengenai faktor yang memengaruhinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan jamaah haji dan umrah. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian sebanyak 108 jamaah yang telah menggunakan layanan Al-Anshar Haji & Umrah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui instrumen kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan indikator kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Data dianalisis untuk menguji hubungan serta besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap tingkat kepuasan jamaah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 64,4%. Hal ini berarti semakin baik kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan, semakin tinggi pula tingkat kepuasan yang dirasakan oleh jamaah. Temuan ini mempertegas bahwa kualitas pelayanan merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, biro perjalanan haji dan umrah perlu memperhatikan aspek pelayanan secara menyeluruh, mulai dari informasi, fasilitas, pendampingan, hingga kenyamanan jamaah selama proses ibadah. Dengan demikian, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam membangun loyalitas jamaah dan memperkuat daya saing usaha di bidang perjalanan haji dan umrah

Abstract

SME sustainability plays a crucial role in strengthening local and national economies; however, many enterprises face high risks due to limited access to capital, demand volatility, and disparities in operational capacity. This study aims to develop an SME sustainability prediction model using composite index–based pseudo-labeling and ensemble machine learning. Pseudo-labels are constructed from six key indicators revenue, profit, operating costs, average production volume, business scale, and number of employees and categorized into three sustainability classes. The dataset consists of 400 SMEs operating in Palembang City, with Random Forest based feature selection employed to identify the most relevant variables. The evaluated base models include Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine, and Gradient Boosting, while ensemble approaches comprise Bagging, Boosting, and Stacking. The results indicate that Logistic Regression achieves perfect accuracy (100%) on the test set, suggesting potential overfitting, whereas the Stacking ensemble provides more stable predictions with an F1-score of 0.918. Statistical validation using the Friedman and Wilcoxon tests confirms the superior performance of ensemble models compared to single learners. The contributions of this study include an objective pseudo-labeling method for unlabeled datasets and the development of a robust predictive model that can support policymakers and SME stakeholders in identifying sustainability risks and implementing evidence-based interventions.
