Abstract

Dalam menetapkan kriteria evaluasi ini, kami ingin mempermudah penilai kinerja dosen untuk menginput peringkatnya. Selain itu, dengan ditetapkannya standar yang dirancang untuk mempermudah penugasan dosen berprestasi. Algoritma AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang berkaitan dengan evaluasi kinerja dosen berprestasi di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Alwasliyah Labuhanbatu. Algoritma AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi output dosen berprestasi melalui aplikasi database. Diantisipasi dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja dukungan keputusan evaluasi ini, fakultas teknik akan dapat menyelesaikan masalah pengambilan keputusan selama penilaian. Kemudian dapat digunakan untuk merampingkan proses menghadiahi atau mengkompensasi dosen berprestasi di lingkungan fakultas teknik

Abstract

UD Building Shop. Abang Adik Rantauprapat is a business that is engaged in the sale of building goods. Transactions are still recorded manually in the form of notes, data processing and reporting often experience data inaccuracies and delays in delivering data information. From the results of research conducted, the researcher intends to solve the problems faced at UD. Rantauprapat's brother. Therefore, an information system design is needed. In developing the system used in the manufacture of this goods sales application using a structured approach, namely the user centered design (UCD) method where the data collection techniques used include a methodology consisting of 3 basic processes, namely analysis, design, and evaluation consisting of survey methods , task analysis, persona, product backlog, design guidelines, prototypes, user testing, and heuristic evaluations. The development method uses a structured method with several tools and techniques such as context diagrams and data flow diagrams. The programming language used in designing and implementing sales information systems is PHP MySQL. The results of research at UD.

Abstract

To develop the potential of students, in every curriculum, evaluation is very important to pay attention to, considering evaluation as a tool to assess and measure the level of students' abilities in addition to understanding the changes that occur in students' daily lives. The 2013 curriculum involves several criteria that must be taken because there are three domains of competence to be assessed, namely attitude competence, knowledge competence, and skills competence. Meanwhile, inclusion of students with achievements in the report card supplement sheet or Study Results Card (KHS) is very important as a benchmark for students in improving their achievements, as well as as a reference for entering high school as usual and screening for scholarships. Therefore, it is necessary to find a method that usually chooses weighted criteria so that it can be used as a reference in determining outstanding students.

Abstract

The results obtained from the Economic Stimulation Counseling and Training on August 26, 2021 with the number of participants who took part in the Extension and Training carried out by 50 people by complying with the health protocol standards issued by the government, before carrying out activities the training facilities were made in a distance according to the standards. wash hands and wear masks both before and after activities. In the delivery of the material presented, it was very well received by the Extension and Training Participants as much as 80%. Before carrying out the activities, interviews were conducted. Based on the interview, it was found that 17 people did not know MSMEs with a percentage of 34%. From the purpose of community service on the Al Washliyah University Labuhanbatu campus, the response was very good and brought changes to the community around the campus who took part in the Counseling and Training. After the Stimulation Counseling and Training was carried out again at the end of the elaboration of the material by the community service team which it was known that the information received by the community was very good, judging by the results of the interview, it was known that there was a good increase of 14 people with a percentage of 94% compared to before the counseling and training was carried out. . The shortcomings obtained in the Extension and Training are due to other factors, such as the different abilities of the participants, so it is necessary to carry out Counseling and Retraining to the community around the campus area in the future

Abstract

Analyzing the effect of social security on performance productivity, the most dominant factor on employee performance productivity at PT. Asrindo Citraseni Satria Cemetery Hall Kec. Mandau District. Bengkalis Riau. The population in this study was 263 people. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method and simple linear regression analysis method. This type of research is associative research, and the data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through a study of documentation and a list of statements which are measured using a Likert scale. The data was statistically processed with the SPSS 20.0 for windows program, namely the t test model and the determinant coefficient (R2). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously social security has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of employee performance at PT. Asrindo Citraseni Satria Balai Makam, social security has a positive and significant partial effect on productivity performance. Based on simple linear regression processing, the results of simple linear regression are obtained as follows: Y = 3.077 + 0.810X, from the figures obtained, the level of social security obtained is 3.077, which means that there is a positive relationship between social security, performance productivity will still have a regression coefficient of X of 0.810 means that for every one unit increase in the social security variable, the productivity of performance will increase by 0.810 units. R Square of 0.677 means 67.7% of performance productivity at PT. Asrindo Citraseni Satria Cemetery Hall Kec. Mandau District. Bengkalis Riau can be explained by variations in social security and the remaining 33.2% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The research aims to describe and analyze the learning media used at two universities located in Rantauprapat City during the pandemic and New Normal, namely at Al Washliyah Labuhanbatu University and Tarbiyah Al Bukhary School of Science (STITA) Labuhanbatu, North Sumatra. This research method is a qualitative descriptive method for respondents in this study, lecturers at Al Washliyah Labuhanbatu University, and lecturers who teach at the Tarbiyah Al Bukhary College of Science (STITA) Labuhanbatu, North Sumatra. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out using questionnaires and interviews with lecturers who teach at two universities in the city of Rantauprapat. Based on data processing, it was concluded that the results of the study showed that the learning model used was Online during Covid-19 and the Blended Learning learning model, a Learning project, during the New Normal period. Teaching lecturers use learning media and remote communication media using Google Meet, Google Classroom, zoom, and WhatsApp. Based on the results of interviews with lecturers at Al Washliyah Labuhanbatu University and lecturers who teach at the Tarbiyah Al Bukhary College of Science (STITA) stated that the difficulties experienced during the pandemic and the New Normal in the learning process were internet access, lecturer skills in using media and creating media e-learning based.

Abstract

Blended Learning brings a paradigm shift in education, both for students and educators. This research will help identify the challenges and opportunities associated with implementing Blended Learning, so that it can be better adopted and adapted to enhance learning in the future. This study aims to determine the effect of the blended learning-based learning model on learning outcomes in the Invertebrate Animal Taxonomy course in semester 2 students of the biology education study program for the 2022/2023 academic year. The research method in this study was a quasi-experimental method, taking samples using a simple random sampling technique. The sample of this research was students in semester 2 of class A as an experimental class who were treated with a learning model based on blended learning and students in semester 2 of class B were given a conventional approach. The results of the research in this study are the learning outcomes of the Experiment class of 84 and the Control class of 70. The results of the t-test in this study obtained a tcount of 2.99 and table at a significant level of 5% of 2.00, then tcount > ttable based on this shows that the Blended Learning-Based Learning model influences student learning outcomes in the Invertebrate Animal Taxonomy course.
