Abstract

This research aims are understand the preparedness of tourism administrators and the merchants in disaster earthquake and tsunami anticipation at beach tourism area of Pariaman City. The samples of this study are 10 person of tourism administrators and 55 persons of merchants at beach tourist area of Pariaman City. The data of preparedness level of tourism administrator and merchants is collected by distributing the questonnaire for quantitative data. Based on the study result showed that the preparedness related to knowledge of both earthquake and tsunami was categorized as prepared for tourism administrators (76.8%). and for the merchants was categorized as less prepared (70.5%). Related to the plan of emergency response of disaster for tourism administrator was categorized as prepared (74.8%). and for the merchant was categorized as less prepared (66%). Related to warning system of disaster for tourism administrator was categorized as prepared (73.75). and for the merchant was categorized as less prepared (70.2%) Related to the mobillity of resource for tourism administrator was categorized as prepared (73,5%) and less prepared for the merchant (64.3%). Of the four parameters above, it can be denied that the tourism administrator in the prepared category, namely (74.8%), while the merchant preparedness is in the category of less prepared (68.2%), this the training and socializations of earthquake and tsunami disaster preparedness at beach tourism area of Pariaman City is required to be periodically implemented.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the problems of teachers in dealing with children with special needs regarding the implementation of inclusive education. The method used in this research is a literature review study. Literature study is a research design used to collect data sources related to a topic found in the field. Data collection for literature studies was carried out using the Google Scholar search tool. The appropriate and required screening results contained 5 National Journal articles based on the articles found and analyzed. The results of this research are that teachers have problems dealing with children with special needs, namely teachers have difficulty in designing lesson plans, teachers have difficulty developing the learning methods used, children with special needs are difficult to manage and infrastructure needs to be considered in order to increase the convenience for teachers in dealing with children with special needs.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah proses dan hasil belajar yang rendah pada pembelajaran matematika kelas III  SDN 103/II Tanjung Agung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatan proses dan hasil belajar matematika menggunakan model make a match di kelas III SDN 103/II Tanjung Agung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas sebanyak dua siklus masing –masing siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas III SDN 103/II Tanjung Agung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di semester dua tahun ajaran 2024 di SDN 103/II Tanjung Agung. Data penelitian ini di kumpulkan melalui teknik analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari hasil persentase ketuntasan jumlah nilai siswa yang mencapai KKM pada kondisi awal 36,36% atau 8 siswa dari 22 siswa yang mencapai KKM, pada siklus I siswa yang mencapai KKM 59,09% atau 13 orang dari 22 siswa, dan pada siklus II yang mencapai KKM sebesar 86,36% atau 19 orang dari 22 siswa. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model make a match dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil matematika peserta didik kelas III di SDN 103/II Tanjung Agung.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of religion, product quality and brand image on users of halal products (Study on Halal Network International-Herba Penawar Alwahida Indonesia in Bengkulu City), to test this, researchers used quantitative methods with primary data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires distributed to 58 respondents. The analysis method used in this research is multiple regression analysis method with IBM SPSS 26 application. The results of the study based on partial hypothesis testing (t test) show that religious variables, product quality and brand image partially have a significant effect on halal product users. This can be seen in the results of the religious variable test on halal product users which has a Thitung value of 4,343 > Ttable 2,004 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, the results of the product quality variable test on halal product users which has a Thitung value of 9,235> Ttable 2,004 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, while the results of the brand image variable test on halal product users which has a Thitung value of 9,679 > Ttable 2,004 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the F test religious, product quality, brand image together have a positive and significant effect on halal product users. This can be seen in the Fcount value of 44.306 > Ftable 2.775 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained Rsquare of 0.711. This shows that the dependent variable of halal product users can be explained by the independent variables of religion, product quality and brand image by 71.1% while 28.9% is explained by other factors outside the variables studied.

Abstract

Pendidikan multikultural memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam membangun karakter siswa. Pendidikan ini dapat meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa, termasuk komunikasi lintas budaya dan sikap menghargai keberagaman. Keberagaman budaya di Indonesia adalah kekuatan sekaligus tantangan yang harus dilestarikan, sehingga perlu dipersiapkan tenaga pendidik yang professional dan memahami keberagaman. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, pendidikan multikultural dapat menjadi bagian integral dari sistem pendidikan, mendukung karakter siswa yang adaptif, inklusif, dan peduli terhadap keberagaman budaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah narrative literature review, dengan fokus pada penerapan pendekatan pendidikan multikultural dalam membentuk karakter siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan multikultural tidak hanya menanamkan nilai-nilai seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan toleransi, tetapi juga mempersiapkan siswa untuk berinteraksi secara positif. Meskipun dihadapkan pada tantangan globalisasi dan keberagaman latar belakang, kolaborasi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat sangat diperlukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung. Tujuan akhirnya adalah menghasilkan siswa yang cerdas secara akademis dan memiliki karakter yang baik, siap berkontribusi positif dalam kehidupan masyarakat.
